Love this place! I love how this boba place has so much variety and the portion is huge plus if you get on their page on Facebook, you’ll be able to get a free upgrade on your drink (larger size). The customer service was great! The guy was friendly and introduced me to a light refreshing drink. Peach something with peppermint and mango jelly. The only downside is that I love popping pearls/popping boba however you want to say it (the stuff they put on froyo) but they don’t have that here at this time. Looking forward to come to this place next time I come visit Cali!
I love love fantastic service!!! The tea chef told me if you dont like it well make you another one. Then did make me another one and gave me a sample before sealing it. ☺️ The community patronizes the small buiz around us and I love when the buiz shows extra care to the community who patronizes. Definitely a win for Northridge.

I really liked Bon Bon tea house. I went for the first time with my daughter and my girlfriend. The worker was so nice and patient when he was taking our order. I give this a 5 star rating because i liked this place so much that im gonna make it a tradition with my family to go at least once a week. There is so many items to choose from that its literally gonna take all year to actually pic the same thing twice. I highly recommend the aloha pineapple slushy with boba

This place is positively fantastic. Ive personally never been a fan of bubble tea or anything along those lines so businesses like this usually do not ever spark my eye, but I was dragged along one day to try it out because I was told, theres so many other options to choose so I thought Id give it a shot.And Im so glad I did. Now I cannot attest to their tea options because I am no fan of tea, but their milk smoothies are bomb. They are unbelievably amazing.Their staff is super friendly and energetic, and look like they actually want to be there.And the sizes of their drinks are fantastic. A small is no such thing. Their smallest size is probably the same as an extra large are Wendys. And then if you simply check in on Facebook and show them you get a free upgrade to their large, which would simply be impossible for me to drink before it turns warm.This place is delightful. It tends to get very busy, but its not that bad.

Living in Conejo Valley — we are pressed to have good tea and boba; so whenever we pass through the valley we make BonBon a designated stop.Their tea is always flavorful and I don’t think I’ve had better boba anywhere else.
This used to be a go-to boba spot, but I dont think Ill be coming back anytime soon. Theres always a really long line. In their attempt to serve all of the guests, theyre making mistakes on the orders and service is suffering. Half of the drinks I got were made incorrectly, and its not like Im making weird requests. Theres literally 10 other boba places in a 2 mile radius that have similar offerings and prices.
My favorite Boba place in the valley!! I usually go to the Winnetka location but was in the area and decided to try this one. It is just as amazing as I imagined. Currently they have you order inside, wait outside, and call your name for pick up.They have a variety of flavors. My personal favorite is the kiwi peach and my husband likes the pistachio. We usually do the milk smoothies but they have milk tea and slushes as well. You will not be disappointed.
Going off of the tea and boba alone would earn this place 5/5 stars.However, employees need to learn which products work for people with allergies. My first two visits the employee working at the counter confirmed that the Taro slush was dairy free. It wasnt until my third visit where a more knowledgeable employee explained that it wasnt. Fortunately I had minor reactions, but I will be sure to ask specifically for allergy menus if I return to this store againAs side from that, theres usually a very long line and the phone number doesnt work for mobile orders. The boba and tea are incredible, but I have had negative experiences.I am very thankful for the employee who helped me during my final visit.
This is literally my favorite boba place. My go to boba is the cookies and cream boba, the boba itself is so fat and chewy but the smoothie is soo good as well. Ive also tried the coconut smoothie boba and it is also really good. Nothing will top the cookies and cream boba for me though. The drink isnt too sweet and it doesnt overly taste like chocolate, its just right. Plus the cups are super cute
My brother had just graduated CSUN and we went here after to celebrate. He just filled his free drink card after many months but they denied the card and said they went digital. I thought that annoying but it was good boba.

Been to a lot of boba places but this is the clear favorite. Drinks that tend to really taste like the ingredient as opposed to a flavoring. Personal favorites are the taro snowy milk (which has actual chunks of taro!) and lavender honey milk tea. Staff is nice too
One of the best boba locations Ive been to. I like how the cups are shaped although they dont fit in my cupholders lol. Be sure the get their watermelon slush boba if you do come here! You wont regret it!
Always make my drink just the way I want even with me having them make about 5 adjustments to my taste. >.< always have pudding, get the orders out fast and do free aize upgrade with checkin! Tons of flavor options, lactose free options, everything you can think of and every drink I have orderes has tasted amazing !

I was told this was the best boba place so I drove for a half-hour and can confirm that it definitely is. I ordered the milk tea boba and it was amazing. I recommend asking for a bit less ice because it does get watered down pretty fast but I this place is amazing and I will definitely be coming back.
Best boba in town. Ive tried many and Bon Bon is the real deal. Their boba is always fresh, just the right chewyness and flavor. It sounds simple but most boba places dont always get it right. Bon Bon does it consistently, they have it down to a science! They drinks are also flavorful but not overly so. Some of the teas are brewed as opposed to being mixed from powder and you can taste the difference. They just get everything right and deserve the 5 star review. If you have never tried the red plum slush, give it a shot, it is my favorite, with h boba, of course!
I rarely come here and the drinks are great but certain customers can be very rude. Specially the younger crowds, they have no manners, a teen would say I saved your spot and a whole group comes in. I hardly complain because I love this place so much but someone has got to say something to the young crowds. Please fix, I should give this rating 2 stars just to show Bon Bon that this a frequent problem and I hardly come here because I live 2 hours away. Thats how much I love Bon Bon Tea House!
Bought 9 boba milk teas for the fam with the normal 15 to 25 minute wait time which is totally fine by me, but my sis didn’t have the new app and after she paid for them the manager didn’t want to honor the big purchase because she said, “You already bought them (it’s too late).” Just felt kinda sad after (I like getting points when I buy stuff especially 🧋). After that scenario you get hesitant in coming back. Almost $6 a cup of milk tea w/ boba every cup counts. Situations like these shouldn’t happen. Next time think about it, because this may happen to you on your next visit.
Small but cute boba place with a large selection. I particularly enjoyed the Oolong Tea with Sea Salt Vanilla latte foam. The snowy milk was a bit too sweet for me. Ive been hearing good things about the potted plant style so Ill try it next time Im here.
I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened here in Northridge. Initially the drinks are really good now as time goes by,the quality of their drinks depreciated to so so...The latest experienced I had was last Saturday and Sunday. Came in 2 consecutive days which is quite my norm ( sometimes 3x in a week ).I’ve been getting the classic milk tea. It was Very frustrating. The milk tea has no taste at all... quite diluted when prepared… they put so much ice in it. I let it slipped off, but then the next day I ordered the same drink, same size and I mentioned to the cashier lady about the same tea I ordered yesterday was awful. The cashier asked me “…would you like more sugar in your drink?”. What kind of solution is that?????!!!!!!! instead of fixing how the tea is being prepared sugar is the solution??? Really Bon Bon tea ???? This is how your company fix a problem????? SUGAR?????!!... I saw her went inside but came back to the cashier very quickly. The verdict... well it was still the same as yesterday. VERY DISAPPOINTING . It’s like this tea house is like a hit or miss on each day their tea is being prepared.There are other tea houses around that makes tasteful boba tea. Bon Bon Tea House you are just an overrated place.....
Amazing place with great boba. However, make sure to watch what times you go there and if its busy or not because a lot of the CSUN students and highschoolers (thats how they looked like) use this as a nice location for meet-ups and to get some boba. This may make the line really long, but if you know what you want and youll wait for it, get ready for some nice drinks. The place itself looks nice and cozy with lots of seats and even a couch in the corner of the store. My favorite is the Mango slushie, with boba of course.
Best boba in the valley. They get your drink out without making you wait forever even though their line is almost always out the door. Great place to study or just hangout. Always love getting boba tea, but I recently tried a strawberry yogurt drink and it was amazing. It’s like yakult in a soda I think? Tastes like cream soda. So good.

Came here with my girlfriend based on a recommendation by a friend. The milk tea prices are pretty good compared to some others that Ive been to in the valley. We ordered 5 drinks for us and family. They were pretty fast with our drinks, didnt have to wait for more than a few mins. Staff was friendly and theres free WIFI, the password is posted on the cash register.As for the drinks, they were pretty good. The boba was cooked perfectly with some chew to them, and not overdone and super soft. Not my favorite place for boba, but it might have been my choice of drink.
Good place to grab a boba drink. The sizes are pretty big though, pretty much your choice of large or extra large haha. This location can get packed though at times, I have seen lines going out the door. Parking is plentiful, but its a shared lot with all the other shops in the shopping center. Check in on Facebook/Yelp to upgrade your drink to the larger size for free!
Great boba joint! When you come here, there will probably be a huge line because their boba is really good. I always get their sesame milk tea or pandan milk smoothie (my favorite). Recommend this place!
The boba here is actually really good, probably some of the best boba Ive ever had in tea. On the other hand, the tea tastes burnt and/or low quality. It leaves my mouth feeling dry after every sip as a normal, milk, or flavored tea.
Ordered a rose tea drink and it tasted like liquid hand soap. The cashier was nice enough to switch the drink for something else which also tasted like soap. I also tried my friends coffee milk tea and it tasted like burnt coffee. Not a pleasant taste at all. Friendly service but I would not come back for the drinks ever.

Easy choice for boba if youre ever in the valley/in the area. Dont make the n00b mistake of forgetting to check in, as you get a free upgrade on a drink for checking in either on yelp or Facebook. They have the bucket-style cups, so be aware if youre planning on sticking these in a cup holder. My favorite drink of choice is the honey green tea with boba (as always) but they have a great selection of different teas, milk teas, and fruit drinks. I believe they actually even have a lot of non-dairy milk options as well for those lactose-intolerant among us.Great space, good drinks, fast wifi and plenty of seating to hang out with friends and catch up in, this is definitely my go to spot for boba in the valley!

The Bon Bon Tea House is located near Cal State Northridge so it attracts many aspiring students. I have been ordering drinks from BBTH since 2014, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees or my drinks. I have recommended my friends, coworkers and many others to check out the area and they love the drinks, and the vibe of BBTH. The boba and drinks always taste fresh, compared to many tea houses I have ordered from (some times I get drinks that taste as if it suffered from freezer burn or it has been marinating in the freezer’s odors). It’s also a great place to socialize with other people. The manager I met from BBTH is a great person and she exuded charisma and confidence. Would definitely be stopping by soon.
Just thinking back to the drink I had, the snow milk with caramel, pudding, and boba, makes my mouth water. There is apparently always a line, but the line goes relatively quick and the drink is worth it. Will be coming back for more soon.

So, if you go here, youve gotta like Boba. What is boba? Well, if youre asking that question youve come to the right review. Actually, wait, this may be the wrong review, because all I know about Boba I learned yesterday from drinking a Snowy Milk, Chocolate flavor.First of all, you should know that the drink I ordered came in a sealed plastic cup. Literally sealed! They must have a machine in the back that does that. It was pretty cool.Secondly, the Chocolate Snowy milk was like an icy cold chocolate milk, which was good, with surprising pops of this chewy round material that is small enough to come up the very thick straw. Thats the boba. Its got a pretty chewy texture, kind of like a mixture between a gummy bears texture and like...a papaya or some other melon. So yeah, basically a melony, gummy bear textured thing. As far as flavor goes, the boba didnt seem to have much of its own flavor, so the overall experience was basically the chocolate milk experience. Overall I liked it. I was surprised by the boba, but pleasantly so.Elsewise, the service was prompt, the establishment was clean, and the cashier was really helpful. You just walk in, get straight in line at the cash register, order your stuff, and then eat/drink it wherever you want. Super casual. Music was playing, too.

I was one drink away from collecting a free drink on my reward stamp card. I went in today at 10 pm to purchase two beverages and I was told by the employee on register at the bon bon located on 9663 reseda Blvd that she couldn’t honor my free drink for some unexplainable reason (the stamper or stamp cards being stolen). She mentioned my 90% stamped card is invalid since the new rewards system rolled out. As a loyal and respectful customer I assumed she would just honor my drink or at least offer me a solution or contact for my concern. As of now I’ve downloaded the new rewards app. But ultimately I’m upset and frustrated that my responsibility and fair earnings of your previous rewards system has gone to waste due to someone else’s wrong doing.
I went to Bon Bon last week on the way back from downtown Los Angeles, and I was pleasantly surprised at how fragrant their macha smoothies are. I thought that the atmosphere was quite nice, and although there was quite a long line during rush hour, it moved quickly enough for it not to be a hassle.
I got the lavender green milk tea potted plant style and it was super good. The atmosphere is really chill and they provide games like cards against humanity and jenga upon request. It came out to around $5 for my order which is the same as a grande frappe from Starbucks but trust me, this is way better than Starbucks.
This place is definitely a high schooler hang out. The place is fairly nice but way too crowded and overpriced. They microwave the tea! They dont even have hot water to throw tea into. Got my tea and it was slightly above room temperature. If you like sugar water, this place might not be too bad, but if youre over 25 and one of these and cup of coffee or tea, look elsewhere.

One of the best cold tea centre. Huge varieties of flavoured tea. Crowded throughout day and night. Open till 1 AM, which makes this place more fantastic. You will have to visit multiple times to decide which one you like the most out of multiple options available.
Mornings are peaceful. The families usually come in the mornings. The nights are noisy and crowded. They get high schoolers and college students at night. Sizes are big (a little too big for me), and theyve almost always gotten my order right. However, one thing they dont follow through on often is sweetness. I usually ask for half sweet, but they dont reduce the sweetness at all. Workers are polite, but dont expect to get in a conversation with them.
They are have a great selection of drinks and ingredients that you can put in your drink. My favorites are Honeydew and Taro slush.They serve the drinks in a nice size cup but you can get a free upgrade by checking into Yelp or Facebook.
Great place to to for high schoolers and college students to hang out and sip on some boba tea. There are a lot of vegan options and just a lot of options in general. The music is basically whats on the radio mainly music college students and highschool students listen to. There are places to charge your phone and a comfy couch. The people who work there are pretty nice as well.
The choices are numerous, the staff is nice and helpful, and the drinks are really good! They are willing to throw in their opinion if youre not sure what to drink. Once you pay it only takes minutes to get your drink. This place is frequently busy.

Its a cool little hang out spot. Its basically a coffee shop but with boba. The variety of drinks is really nice but you have to try out a variety to know what you want. After that, it gets a bit repetitive.

Love going here. Service is quick and staff are friendly. If you check into Facebook you can get a size upgrade for your beverage. Its a pretty huge size but I love it. My favorite drinks are the Honey coffee with regular pudding plus boba and hot chai tea latte with aloe vera. The only complaint is that the hot drinks does not come in bigger sizes. By far its the best chai tea latte Ive had, its great during cold days or when I need to de-stress.

After spending the time up there we then left.Not until after more than couple of hours I realized that I do not have my cell phone.My friend called Bon Bon tea house but someone answered and said no cell phone was reported to be found up in the store.I then decided to find my phone and location from computer. Apparently the locatian is identified as Bon Bon Tea House. So I decided to drive back and went directly for the Manager of Bon Bon Tea House in Reseda to inquire.ALIA was the manager who came out. After I explained the lost of my phone. Without hesitation she went to the drawer and I noticed my phone was there. After short question and verification ALIA gave my phone back to me. I honestly appaled by the quick action and determined face that ALIA took.I thought my phone would have been lost. Thanks to the person who gave back the pbone to the store and THANKS TO ALIA for the integrity and trustworthiness that she displayed. I am a lot order than most of the young people and college people who are the main customer of this boba place. But definitely I will go back many more times to this store for my red bean slush with boba and honey green tea. Thanks everyone involved.
Ive been here since the very beginning before it was called Bon Bon, run by a sweet old lady with all quarky inside decor. Bon Bons definitely gotten bigger, and personally, better then Bounce and Boba My Tea. Always busy and definitely hip.A tip, I love getting Green Milk Tea, and over time myself and others felt things got way too sweet over the years. A great thing to do is to always ask for Fresh Green Milk Tea with less milk more tea please! Definitely on par, if not close to Half and Half.

Ordered oolong milke tea. Tastes bad..... It has a very bitter aftertaste which clearly comes from over-steeped tea..... This is such an easy item to make but they still screw it up.Never coming back again, at least not this one in Northridge, waited 25 mins to get a milk tea at 10pm in Saturday.Just not worth it.

Thai tea slushi is delish!!! You can also choose your level of sweetness from 0,25,50,75,100% sweetness. Ive tried 50 and 75% and it still tastes awesome 😋🤪😁🙃

2023-10-08 07:35:32I’ve been coming here for years now it’s been my go to boba place. service has always been nice except for today. We ordered a couple of drinks and one of them was too sweet so we asked for a different one. We wanted a green tea with boba it took about 20 for them to remake it when we went up and asked where it was she gave us a drink with a straw already in it and no boba. We gave it back and told her that the straw was already in it and there’s no boba so she went to the back and got us a new drink. We stepped outside and when we tried it, it was so bitter and sour we threw it away. Then some girls came up to us and told us that the drink they gave us with the straw and no boba was her drink and that when we told them that it has no boba and the straw was already in it they just opened it put boba and closed it back up. The drink wasn’t even a green tea. So unprofessional and unclean. Someone could get terribly sick from something like that ! 🤮

2021-11-25 21:05:40A great place to get some Green Apple Slush. This is one of the rare plave that will carry the Green Apple flavor for the slush. The wait isnt long but the hardest part about this place is finding parking. They get filled up quick, especially at night time. They also closed indoor sitting due to covid so youll have to sip your drinks outside.

2023-06-13 22:17:15Dealt with rude staff My first visit here.2 chicks that were making drinks were pointing at Me, glaring at Me, looking Me up and down, and clearly talking ill about Me.Cant think of any other reason than the fact that I am Black, thick, and was wearing tight shorts. It was gross and disrespectful.I dont spend money in places to be hated on or deal with rude and ignorant people.I wont ever be returning.Boba Truck Cafe is much better anyway in both product and service. I highly recommend them instead.
