Chicken itself is good but the spicy sauce is not brushed all over the chicken, only partially applied. Side dishes extra? What is K-chicken without the radish? Trays are sticky.

I loooooove Bonchon!! If you have never had Bonchon’s double fried Korean chicken wings brushed with their savory soy glaze, you are totally missing out. I’m so glad they opened an Artesia location. Everything I ordered was flavorful and well seasoned. The service was top notch and friendly. I would give this Bonchon 10 stars if I could!

I’m so happy another location opened up!! It’s in a super popular, spacious plaza not too far from Cerritos Mall.They have the same yummy items from Costa Mesa location, but they also added new ones such as kim chi mac and cheese and chick sandwich. I love the variety of items to choose from…truly something for everyone - even for picky eaters!

I love bonchon! They have such a good variety of food. My favorites are the spicy chicken wings, bulgogi tacos, fried rice and japchae. P.s. the spicy is pretty spicy 🌶The decor is super cute and the staff is really friendly. Bonchon always hits the spot when I’m craving fried chicken 🤤

Ordered boneless, original and spicy to go and received a bunch of tiny pieces of chicken that were dry and lacking flavour. Some original pieces were good but wasted money and time driving there.Clean store, nice service but the chicken totally missed the mark.

Soft opening experience was great - the food is well made, chicken is crispy but juicy and the service was welcoming. Speed was good for a new store - it took about 20 min to get our food during a semi-busy time. We will be back!

Bonchon is hands-down, the best Korean fried chicken chain. Its chicken wings are crunch and crispy. You cant go wrong with soy garlic flavor.

The wings in soy garlic AND spicy flavors leave me wanting more! Perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The Mac & Kim Cheese and Corn are so good. Wish I had room for the bulgogi tacos. Ill be coming back for sure!

When I entered this restaurant, I was treated with such respect. The workers were so kind and helpful, especially Encar and Eric. The food was also amazing. I ordered the soy garlic wings and boy oh boy were those amazing. I am definitely going back and I suggest you do too.

This is our go to chicken wing place. There must be something magic about their fryer because the wings come out crisp on the outside and perfectly cooked and juicy on the inside every time! Super nice staff and family friendly.

“Spicy Chicken” might as well be just plain chicken. Spicy needs to be spicy and the fried rice was not tasty at all. No salt or “spicy chicken”. Very disappointed.

Bonchon is a good environment to go to and I love the music that they play and the cashiers have very good customer service I would recommend this restaurant for my friends and relatives and family members to go to and the prices on the food is very priced very well.

The size of the chicken was too big. I ordered wings, but they were too big and not fresh. This is my 3rd time going, and it was delicious the first time...ㅠㅠ

The price is incredibly expensive, the portions are small, and the food is so salty that some of it is inedible, so I dont really want to recommend it.
