2023-08-08 17:33:02My recent visit to Bonchon, an Asian fusion restaurant, left me with mixed impressions. The spicy chicken dumplings were an absolute delight, offering a true explosion of flavor and heat that I thoroughly enjoyed.Moving on to the chicken bowl, it held its ground without reaching exceptional heights. It landed squarely in the middle - not bad, but not particularly remarkable either.Service was a definite highlight, with attentive and prompt staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. It’s worth noting that the restaurant was relatively empty during my visit

2023-07-04 00:39:04Pros: the crunchiness of the chicken is really good. You can get different options like wings, thighs and boneless wings. They have also few options, however most of them are spicy. They have 6 tables outside, under umbrellas. Price is reasonable and portions are just right.Cons: none really, maybe that you have to go inside for refills, or that the side dishes are very basic (you can see, nothing big)

2022-07-31 05:55:31Signature bonchon Korean fried chicken, super crispy and right amount of sauce. Sometimes the crispy texture is a hit or miss in some bonchons I have had it before, this place got it perfect. Also had korean beef tacos and chicken friend rice, both were excellent.Great customer service too.Fun place to have some drinks, eat food and hangout as a group. In pictures:1. Korean fried chicken wings and drums combo with half soy garlic and half spicy sauce. With pickled radish 5/52. Korean tacos 5/53. Chicken fried rice 5/5Would recommend to eat it fresh in-store to get the awesome crunch of the wings.

2019-03-28 04:00:27If you want crispy chicken look no more. Bonchon has the crispiest, flavorful chicken I’ve ever tasted. They have a variety in their menu and it will not disappoint. They have spicy and mild. The sides are great too. I don’t like cole slaw but theirs is good! This is nothing like regular chicken...you must try it! Service is great and staff are super friendly as well!

2023-06-29 18:43:56I know that there are many great fried chicken place out there. Why would you need to pin a chain restaurant like Bonchon? Well, it is because its consistency. If you crave fried chicken regularly, you need to rely on a chain restaurant. And if you seek quality fried chicken, I would say Bonchon comes to my mind. I love the korean flavor into the chicken to pace myself out of the bland flavors of day-to-day food. Tips: what I ordered the most is actually the tender/breast rather than the wings since it has more protein and more filling than wings.

2019-04-03 00:10:42Good Korean style fried-chicken. This place can get quite busy, which is always a good sign. The batter is not quite as light and crispy as Ive had at other places, but its still very tasty. The spicy chicken here is pretty spicy - theyll do half-and-half spicy and soy garlic, so choose that if youre not sure.

2021-07-12 00:32:23After a year of takeaway and delivery only its so nice to have fried chicken dining in where its fresh and crunchy. This Bonchon location is nice and feels pretty new. Theyve got tvs all around with sports playing. Servers were very kind and attentative. Chicken was good as always. We got tried a new sweet chili flavor with our usual favorite soy garlic. The sweet chili flavor was good but too spicy for me to enjoy too much of. We also got popcorn shrimp and edamame. Popcorn shrimp was good as expected. Edaname was a bit sad, seemed like it was just boiled and a bit of salt shaken on it.

2023-09-30 19:19:189/27/23 Good food, big portions, but lackluster customer service and unreliable to- go order kiosks. I placed my order on the kiosk, and noticed another customer waiting while Ashley was standing at the counter. I waited for 20 minutes and received a text that my order was ready. Ashley said that she would check the order but then....no response? Another employee mentioned that they just received my order from the kiosk and are working on completing it. I wanted to cancel my order as I had a limited amount of time for lunch, but the employee said that it should be done quickly. I waited another 10 minutes when it was finally completed. Thankfully, I double checked my order and found that they did not include pickles. Yes, the employees were apologetic and offered free drinks/sides and a discount, but I feel that they should have checked on their customers orders when we were obviously waiting for a while. So disappointing. I will be ordering from a different location.

2021-07-08 04:04:13The zucchini fries were too salty and they tasted like paper because they put them hot in the paper bag. The plastic utensils were cheap and weak that it was hard to eat with them. The fried chicken can be ordered plain or drench in sauce but you cannot order plain fried chicken with sauce on the side. The Bibimbap was not served in a hot stone, it was not good. The japchae was bland, missing the regular salt/sweetness to it. They ran out of juice and pineapple juice, water was it! The whole experience tonight was horrible. I will not return and I do not recommend it.

2023-10-23 06:56:38Having lived for a year in Korea while I was in the military, Im a sucker for Korean Fried Chicken. I have to make a stop here every time Im in town for business. Its a chain restaurant, but you cant get this kind of food everywhere in the USA. The service isnt outstanding, but it also isnt bad. I always get my food to go, and just eat it in my hotel room.My staples here are Spicy Wings and Soy-Garlic Potstickers. I try other things, but just always go back to these two.If I could change one thing here, it would be to offer Kimchi as a side instead of Pickled Radish or Coleslaw. I love Kimichi, but the Radish is just barely acceptable in my opinion, and Im not in the mood for Coleslaw with Korean food. They *do* offer Kimchi here, its just not offered as a side option with the regular menu items I order. Kimchi is just the ubiquitous side item for Korean food, and it surprises me that they dont offer it more freely.
