Was excited to try this place out from all the raving reviews but it was a disappointment for me. First off, the floors and tables felt sticky, giving the feeling that it hasnt been properly cleaned in a while.Also, service was bad as it took at least 10 minutes for a server to come take our order despite only having one other table in the whole restaurant.Food wise, our fries came out warm and tasted bad. The fried chicken was ok but both of them has a stale taste to it, which would mean its been a while since they changed their frying oil.Overall, would not recommend this location nor would I come back here.

Place looks a little more commercial/chain like, however food is really good. We enjoyed the pork buns and the japchae. Service was friendly and attentive. We would try it again if we had the chance.

I love it here. My buddy got the chicken katsu. It was excellent. The rice is awesome. I ordered the takoyaki and theyre amaze-balls. Literally. The seasoned fries are just right with a little parm and an excellent home made Ketchup.Also ordered the Korean rib eye (bulgogi) tacos, pork buns, and 5 drums to go. Left overs are the best. Took over half the fries home cause the serving so large and gonna pop those bad boys in the air fryer later.

Full bar with Great fried chicken wings and legs! No waiting in line on a Thursday night. A family meal for $39 comes with 3 side dishes and 2 chicken flavors. This meal can easily feed a family if 4. Highly recommend Family Meal. Spicy flavor is very spicy so beware. Fried Rice is very tasteful. tteokbokki dish is not a favorite of ours as the sauce is spicy plain.

Hit and miss depending on chef and workers.I dont think they pay attention to online orders. My food was not ready by the time I scheduled my food to be. Had to wait an additional 15minutes.And my order specifically asked for no onions or scallions in my topokki. There was a ton in mine, but on top of that they overfilled the container with liquid. By the time I got home I had a pile of toppoki liquid in my bag. Utensils and napkins soaked.By the time I picked out all my onions there was no more cheese. The deep fried seaweed wraps were also soggy from drowning in all the sauce they put in my container. Picture of my soggy seaweed roll below.Ps. It was watery. No flavor but lots of onion flavor that my super pregnant self couldnt keep my food down.

I’ve only been to the Arden location and this is my first time here. I stopped by around 1230 for lunch.As soon as I walked in I noticed how this is more a restaurant theme than the Arden location. I was promptly seated and given a menu. The space inside looks nice with black tables and gray chairs. They also have a bar area! As far as alcohol they have draft beer, bottled beer, and bonchon wines! I ordered the lunch special that consisted of 4 wings and 2 drums. For my side I upgraded and got the seasoned fries. The food came out promptly and it all looked amazing. I breading they use is amazing!! I did like the wings much better than the drums but that’s just me. The fries were very good with their seasoning. Make sure to get the spicy Mayo it makes the food 100x better. The staff was super nice and friendly.

I decided to keep buying the chicken strips from the Natomas location because they still had the old recipe. We decided to order again today and I am VERY disappointed because they changed the strips here too. They are nowhere near as good as they used to be. They are hard, crunchy, and dry. They have way too much breading now and its gross. You can barely tell there is chicken in the strips anymore each bite because its no longer juicy. BonChon used to be unique and now they sold out to have cheap inedible chicken strips that I can just go buy at the grocery store. Its sad they changed one of the best things they had. My boyfriend and I will no longer be buying from BonChon and will try to find another Korean place that makes good strips.Change your chicken back to the way it used to be.May 23 Edit: I tried them again after they said they changed to the new thinner strips they show on the website. I got what is in the pic that you see with the black nails. Still over processed chicken. Very disappointing.

Fried chicken is amazing! Only reason for the 3 stars. Everything else here is bland, taste like they put diced chicken in a container of hot sauce then served it to me. Same with the tacos. Coleslaw is completely bland.Table was not cleaned prior to us sitting. Sticky.If I order here again, it’ll only be the fried chicken meals

Ordered the half and half 8 piece wings, and seasoned fries. Wings had an amazing crust and perfectly cooked on the inside. Fries were well seasoned, crispy and buttery smooth and soft on the inside. Overall, I will come back.

I REALLY need to learn the techniques for Korean style fried chicken. This chicken was crispy, tender, juicy and started that way from quite a bit! Would happily gorge myself on it again and again
