Pros: very polite and attentive server, clean space, very spacious with nice pictures on the walls, very accommodating with orders, garlic fried chicken was good, korean taco was great. Seasoned fries were fresh and yummyCons: spicy fried chicken was tasteless version of hot that just burns, steamed dumpling tasted bad (def. Not recommended),Tip: pickled radish is SWEAT, not sour.

Their chicken wings are so crispy and tasty!! My kids specifically love their soy garlic wings and cheese dduckbokki! So delicious 😋 I also like thier seasoned French fries. Looks like they have new ownership and the people are so nice and the food got definitely better than before. Great hangout spot to watch sports. You need chicken and beer!

Dude, bro, get to Bonchon Chicken right now. The fried chicken was excellent, I got spicy which was not too hot and very tasty. I also got pork buns, they were excellent. The tacos were much larger and I heard they were good. Couldn’t even finish all three.Look, if you like chicken and you haven’t tried Bonchon yet, what are you doing? Thia was my first time here, and it definitely wont be my last! We ordered apps to eat there and ordered our entrees to go, since we were taking food to our friend. Bryan and Jacob were the FOH servers. They were very knowledgeable about the menu. We got the suggested beer and were very pleased...which prompted me to buy a 4 pack from their selection of craft beer to take home. The food was on point-good job BOH, nailed it! The service was excellent. I hope the owner sees this, you have an excellent crew! Cant wait to go back!

These Bon Chons all serve differently and seem to be going down hill. The prices are extreme and there products arent the same.. Came here to Blossom Hill because Santa Teresa sucks! To get the radish in a small container instead of the usual container. Ill be calling the corporate office. I dont recommend them anymore. Higher prices low quality, customer service sucks. They dont answer phones and they scam. Fraudulent menus. You order and you dont get the items they had with no warning. I dont recommend them anymore. They gave us a small container for sauces and we paid the usual high price for what we are use to. We usually get the big container like the rice container. Disappointed ☹️

Incredibly tasty chicken. Its not just the sauce, the meat itself is perfectly tender, juicy and delicious. The bolgogi fries were a little too spicy for my taste, but thats a matter of taste, you might like it that way. Kimchi was spiced just right, and I was surprised how much I liked the pickled turnips.

Quite popular Korean fried chicken restaurant, also offering a few rice and noodles dishes, of course, beers too. The order took quite some time to serve, though they did apologize for the delay. The chicken wings and drumsticks were surprisingly large. They were fried crispy outside and not dry inside, coated with soy or spicy sauce. The soy flavored were sweeter, but saltier. Personally, I prefer the spicy sauce which had just the right kick and not too sweet! Excellent coleslaws!

First time here. Was looking for a new local place to order chicken wings and this is it! They were super delicious. I wasnt sure which sauce to order as you could choose from the soy garlic, spicy or half and half. We chose the soy garlic sauce and it was really good, looking forward to trying the half and half next time as I think that should be a nice balance for my taste buds. We also ordered chicken strips, again very nice, meaty, not overly battered. The one thing we appreciated was that the oil used seemed to be very fresh and didnt have an aftertaste that many places do. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

First visit @ Bonchon and we absolutely enjoyed the food and the staff!We ordered the Japchae, its the best Ive ever eaten! I have co-workers who are Korean and they bring their version of it and doesnt compare! It was sweet and spicy, plenty if vegetables, meat, and noodles. There was so many levels of flavor.Also, we had the soy garlic wings, we couldnt get enough! We ordered a small, which comes with 5 or 6 wings and ordered another order one after eating 1 wing. It was crispy and juicy inside! The soy garlic sauce was so delicious. We will definitely be back!

Very similar but juuuuust a little different from the Bonchon Chicken that was on Newark St in Jersey City. The menu is a little different and this place offers table service, plus its a little bigger.Id go back, it was pretty good. The pot stickers are the same but some of the dishes offered are a little different. This place also offers beer, soju and wine.

Horrible experience! I had the sliders in Sacramento. Found the restaurant here. Needless to say complete waste of money 💰. Actually not following their own menu, our sliders didnt come with all the fixens, but they put them on burger buns!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Check out the pictures and dont waste your money! If you are craving for fried chicken, this is the place to go. If you are looking for more traditional Korean dishes, there are better game in town. We went in for late lunch. The plates (several) were dirty and not properly cleaned. Although the servers were friendly and attentive, it is really difficult to enjoy the food if the first impression is bad. I do suggest you do take-out of their fried chicken instead of doing a sit-in meal if you have a choice.

Big window sign said “10% OFF” if order with phone, so I downloaded the Bonchon app and ordered. After order was processed it did not give me the 10%off discount. I think that is call “false advertisement” We pick curbside pickup and waited patiently for them to bring it out, because it asked for type and color of my car. Waited over 30min and no delivery or name called. Decided to go in checkout the status and they said it was done and gave us the order. Was excited to eat but after getting into the car I was disappointed to find that they gave me the wrong items. Had to go back in to get the correct order. By the time I finally got to eat, the chicken and pork belly bun was cold and soggy.

The order was delicious, curbside was fast. However, when I got there I noticed a huge discrepancy in price. Online charged me $29 For 20 wings. The store had a $22 for 20 wings. I asked the server if I can get adjusted for the $22 price and she said no. She said that next time to call in to get that price and that theres nothing she can do for online orders. I was quite disappointed. I felt at least she could have cancel and reorder to satisfy the customer.

This had been a favorite of ours for a long time but lately that has definitely changed. It is very expensive but feels super cheap. $100 for 3 people without it being that much food.Food: we usually get the drumsticks with spicy and soy garlic sauce, these are still pretty good which why it gets more than one star. They nice and big and although i wish they were more saucy overall good.Service: the waitress did a good job and although we kept having to remind her of things it was good. The thing we liked the least and has totally changed was how cheap everything is. They now give you paper plates, disposable silverware, plastic cups and bowls. Just all around sooo cheap but yet the prices have remained the same. It feels like we ate ar taco bell. Very unfortunate.Overall we have decided to not come back which is sad to us. Just had a wonderful night at this Bon Chon restaurant. The chicken was super tasty and crispy. I cant take spicy so I had the soy garlic wings and legs. Others in the group had the spicy chicken and they said it was really addictive. All in all a delicious meal. We also tried the mango Soju and Lychee Soju both were yummy. We couldnt decide which was our favorite. The mango soju tasted creamier, which I loved and the lychee soju was delectably refreshing.I noticed that they had a bar area to sit and watch the game. We will have to come back and do that. Definitely recommend this Bon Chon Restaurant

One major problem here is inconsistency of the food quality. Its been my go-to place for Korean-style fried chickens for many years. Over those years, Ive seen their changes in their chicken size selections for wings (my family favorite) and their cut style changes especially for their strips (my personal favorite). Im not saying that there was a problem in that. Its pretty normal that a restaurant try to change and improve. The inconsistency comes down to how much chickens are fried and how they are coated with the sauce. Sometimes they are in a perfect condition that deserves full five stars. However, in many other times, they are too much fried and so hard to chew. These days their strips are thinner than before and when its too much fried, its so hard with dry meat inside, more like a cracker or something. Another problem that I see is the sauce is not evenly mixed with the chickens so some parts are much saltier and vice versa. I believe their foods will be wonderful without a doubt if they can maintain a consistency at their best.

Been to other locations and very much enjoyed the wings. Brought my wife here for the first time to have her try out this type of wing. What was supposed to be a nice quick run for some wings turned out to be a 1.5 hour ordeal.- The restaurant was not very full, but staff continually moved around rushing like they were overwhelmed. Props for the work effort?- It took us ~ 10-15 minutes to be seated- We placed an order and water about 10 minutes after being seated- Water was finally brought about 25 min after order being placed- tableware was finally brought about 15 min after the water- Asked about food a few times, especially after observing several other tables being given their food who had arrived after us- Finally brought our food an hour after ordering. They had clearly forgotten our order and rushed it out. They neglected to bring any sides.- Staff was very friendly, but clearly unorganized and no one was checking on us, we had to flag people down several times- despite all of the above, no effort to apologize or provide any credit/comp- hopefully there is never a fire and the front entrance blocked, or you will burn alive. The rear emergency exit was completely blocked (see picture).Dont plan to return.

Bonchon has some of the best wings Ive ever eaten. Their main attraction is their wings, which have two flavors: spicy and soy garlic. Both flavors are amazing. I would say that the spicy wings were somewhat hot, but nothing anyone who has eaten heat before can eat. For an amazingly affordable price, you can get a full plate of wings and sides here. The two times Ive gone, once as 2 and once as 12, individually I never payed more than 14 dollars. In addition, the staff are some of the nicest people Ive ever been served by. The other dishes are also pretty good. Ive personally had the dumplings, I think nori, which were good, but a little expensive. The atmosphere is very causal, and has a very family like vibe. Overall, as a place to go with friends, Bonchon has amazing affordable food and is my first choice for going out and having dinner.

Food is decent, but the customer service lacks a lot. I’ve been here a few times, and my most recent visit will definitely be my last. The service was shockingly bad, for our waiter never came to check on us (he was socializing with other waiters instead) and didn’t go back over our order to see if anything was misstated. Our order ended up being wrong. I thought that was just one bad day, but recently I wanted to order a pick up and called. First, the number on google maps doesn’t go through, and second, we called another number and was disconnected multiple times. We ended up just making dinner ourselves.

Bonchon is an absolute favorite spot of mine to get wings. Theyre perfectly crunchy with amazing flavor and you dont even need to dip it in any aditional sauces, but if you choose to, they have a spicy mayo and ranch sauce that is also amazing!! Their service is great and their management is also awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of, and thats what makes this place even better! Bon chon chicken is seriously good. Like ridiculously good. However, French fries dusted with parmesan being $8 dollars is a bit much, as does 10 pc of chicken being $17. Its one of those things when you have a specific craving for it, its worth it; 8 out of 10x, its going to be what you wanted and your gonna do that weird dance we all do when we get super good food. But the wait is always long, and the price point is pretty high for what it is.

I cannot express the love I have for Bonchon chicken. I dont know how anyone could fry chicken so perfectly. The skin has the perfect amount of crunch. The meat is very tender and finger-licking good! The fried chicken here is literally the best Ive ever eaten in my whole entire life. It is way better than 99 chicken and incomparable to KFC. 99 chicken does have bigger chicken pieces though. Bonchon beats it in flavor and taste any day. Their sweet potato fries and beef dish was bomb as well. This place is packed and the wait can be very long, but once you get the chicken, nothing else matters anymore. They have different types of chicken, but my favorite is definitely the classic. My mouth is just watering thinking about this place. I cant wait to go back soon!

This is hands down the best Bonchon in San Jose!Just before I decided to give up on Bonchon altogether, the Blossom Hill location made me fall in love with their chicken all over again. I had several bad experiences over at the capital location and a few over at Santa Teresa so it was nice to finally see some people get it right.This location, by far, has the most consistent level of service and food. The lady that usually helps me (i think her name is Samira, sorry if i got that wrong) is suuuuper sweet and always remembers my name and order. She even makes an effort to make casual small talk which you never get at take-out places. As a matter of fact, the whole team there is dope and always puts out great service. Kudos to the chefs as well!I will ONLY go to this Bonchon from now on! Keep up the great work everyone!

Bonchon is amazing, but has had a miss for me recently. The chicken is out of this world, and spicy but tasty in the best way possible. You will feel alive and wonderful. We did go recently and the chicken was drier than usual, which surprisingly dampened the experience for everyone. We came on a Saturday night before 5pm. There were probably 4 people dining in and 3 people waiting to get takeout. The store is quite spacious compared to Sunnyvale location. Tried the place for the first and last time. Oh how I wanted this to work out. Phoned in an order for small combo (6 wings 3 drumsticks) garlic-soy on the wings because it had good reviews and 3 drumsticks (spicy). Also an order of steamed shrimp dumplings. Had to call back because they didnt ask for a side on the combo. I got 10 over-cooked drumsticks which I assume were garlic-soy because they were not spicy. Dumplings were bland. Ended up throwing out half of each order. The endame side was still in the shells. Here is a thought. Go to Luckys and spend $2.50 on a bag of shelled endame. Create 3 separate sides at $7,95 each.

I’m a Bonchon fan in general and this location is my fave. Always crispy, always sauced nicely, and they have the nicest staff in all the Bonchon kingdom. Cheap happy hour beer is icing on the cake. My only gripe is they’ve been running out of the cole slaw often, but it’s not enough of an issue to not come in.

When I went here when it was new it was the best fried chicken I ever had. Now their chicken legs are smaller and they dont seem as crispy. Also it was like $90 for 15 drumsticks, fried rice, japchae, and fries. So, Id rather buy a deep fryer and attempt to recreate thier fried chicken, and Id probably spend less than $90. Pretty horrible experience dinning out with my family. In addition to the disorganized wait list and letting a group come in and be seated, (I dont think they even look at the sign in paper or try to keep track of who comes in what order), the servers were mixing up food and bringing in the wrong food to several tables. I received my chicken katsu but not my medium order of drum sticks. After a bit of a wait I inquired about my drum sticks. The server Roslyn told me me they ran out and it would be 15min for another order. I pointed out that the table next to me got theirs and they were seated and ordered much later then us. The service was not thoughtful either. We did not chopsticks nor forks while the other table did.
