Great wings and French fries. Really enjoyed our lunch from here. However, when you order 30 wings, you really should get more coleslaw on the side than they offer. It’s silly that you get the same amount whether you order 5 wings or 30. Other than that, nice spot!

Much better service than during the pandemic. Service people keep watching the guests and bring their care. To eat in the restaurant was very pleasant experience. One thing is chicken was too crunch. What I expected was juicy and tender but slightly overcooked to me. But my wife loved that. It may personal preference issue. Seasoned fries was best. We loved it.

This is my nine-year-old sons favorite place for fried chicken every Thursday. Although the Korean fusion food is great, the place is small with about 20 seats in comparison to its Almaden franchise on Blossom Hill road.

Weve been anxiously waiting for this Bonchon location to open!We ordered the Bulgogi Tacos and the Japchae to go. It was so delicious and flavorful! However, its expensive & the portion size are small. For the 2 items, it totaled almost $38.

Reliable place to get some very crispy tasty fried chicken. The coleslaw compliments the chicken.Been going here for a few years, pricey, but chicken quality and taste is good and consistent.

Ive been here twiceand the wait times were ridiculous. I waited almost an hour for those pork buns. ( disappointed) Also, there was a group before us, they complained that they almost waited over an hour for their order. This is a constant issue at this location. Its always empty so idk what the workers are doing in the back 💁‍♀️

So I ordered the Katsu chicken. Took a while for the food. Chicken was luke warm. Coleslaw was tasteless. Cook in back was blasting his Mariachi music which seriously clashed with the restaurant music. Where was the manager telling him to turn it down? Young man at the counter was very friendly.

Finally tried this place after years of hearing good things and came away impressed. Chicken tender medium order was flavorful, but a bit dry. Coleslaw was excellent as were the seasoned fries. Only real complaint was that the prices were high. $40 for a 2 person lunch seems a bit steep IMO

The new kid on the block! Definitely wanted to stay in this place out since the moment I saw they were coming. The location and ambiance is nice. The menu was quite extensive which was surprising but good. Plenty of options for everyone. I finally settled on the Korean tacos with spicy chicken. I will say they were okay. Not the best, not the worst. I should have tried their wings but the fact that they dont come with fries, you cant substitute and they are very limited on the types of sauce that they are tossed in threw that out of the window. I also felt they were a bit pricey based on what the dishes include. I probably wont be back but glad I tried them.

My wife and I stopped there today for lunch after a quick trip to the DMV.We entered the restaurant around 2:30 pm. We were the only customers there at the time. After being seated, the cashier served us, and took our order. The food took 20 minutes to come out, which felt long considering there werent other customers. We were not even offered water. The cashier/server girl only gave us water after we asked, 5 minutes after we received our food.Heres the thing. I would be more understanding and forgiving if the restaurant was packed and busy. But it wasnt. The cashier/server girl only stood behind the counter. Her customer service skills were minimal at best, maybe shes new so she needs more training. But it feels like common sense to offer the customer water at the very least, and being more proactive about making sure the order comes out on time.If this is the standard of service at this establishment, Im not sure if Id be willing to come back. The quality and speed of service at the DMV was higher and faster respectively than this place.

Was excited to try BonChon and thought it would be a quick fix. We came in and placed an order (10 wings, takoyaki, bulgogi, fries and rice) at 5:20 PM on a Friday and only had order ready at. 6:06 PM. I felt horrible for the staff since every other customer was irritated and came up to complain about the long wait and I didn’t want to add on to that however management should try to understand what could’ve been done better that day (understaffed? Didn’t start prep far in advance?). It was an extremely long wait for a fairly simple order. And had I not checked, they forgot my bulgogi and takoyaki. Food is good but not 40 min wait good.

Chicken is delicious but I ordered tonight paid 3270 for my order went there was told to be 5 minutes then told him to be 10 minutes then told it to be 5 more minutes then told they didnt have my order in the kitchen but they had it in the front of the restaurant. After 1 hour of waiting I didnt get my order and I still havent received a refund obviously they are inept and not very smart. Ended up leaving at 9:25 with nothing and no refund yet.

Ordered the chicken strips yesterday which are normally amazing at other Bonchon locations. They were small pieces each about 1/8 to 1/4 thickness. More like beef jerky than chicken This location must be a franchise because the quality is very low compared to the Sunnyvale and Fremont locations. Very friendly staff however.

Waited 30 for mixed batch of old/reheated and almost no battered fried wings. Wings look unappetizing even for my very hungry teens. As seen in the picture, burned/recooked ones are on the left; and freshly made have minimal battered - looked like wings were fried then tossed in also minimal sauce.Definitely worst Bonchon wings weve ever had. Well never comes back here again!

First time I tried them, the drumsticks and wings were really dry and gross like they’d been languishing under a heat lamp all day. Second time I tried them was told my order would be ready in less than 10 minutes. After 15 minutes had gone by, I started trying to get the attention of the lone waitress/order taker/food runner to no avail. 30 minutes later she finally said, ‘Oh let me check on your order’ after which she promised me it would be done in just another 5 minutes. When I finally got my order, 3 of the drums were tiny and the boneless tenders were dry little pellets.

Came in to order my food at 1:22 pm. Was the only customer there at the time, 5 customer came in after me. But for some odd reasons. Their food was done before mine. Been almost 45 minutes, food is still not done yet. If I knew this, I could have went somewhere else. And I cant believe I tipped them too! First impression is not so impressive. A waste of my time and money.P.s. finally gotten my order at 2:13 pm . Just 9 minutes short of an hour! Lol

The chicken isnt addicting but it is good. Ive tried their Soy Garlic and Spicy chicken and their pork belly buns. However, the price is way too high for what it is. You can find the exact same crispy chicken in other asian restaurants for much less. As for their traditional Korean dishes, theyre not that great, especially for the high prices.

In light of current pandemic, you’d think they would wear masks, at a minimum. 1.5 star reduction for this poor decision of not prioritizing employee and public healthy safety

Just had takeout beef bibimbap with family for dinner. It was pretty much all rice, and it was old to boot. Just two pieces of sad beef in my serving. Trader joes frozen bibimbap is better than this, and its more than $10 cheaper. Would give zero stars if possible, it was that disappointing.

The best chicken ever! Soy garlic is the best flavor. Spicy is waaaaay too spicy for me and hard to enjoy. I wish they could maybe combine soy garlic and spicy together and it may not be too spicy. Tried seafood and also bulgogi fried rice and theyre both good. Shrimp xumai is not good. Tokiyaki is pretty good. Chicken is best eaten right after you get it. Wait is long if you dine in because the place is small.

Customer service is very poor. They messed up my pick up order & when I asked if they could please fix it, the cashier said with zero remorse, there is nothing I can do about.. No refund and would not provide a complementary meal later. The food is good but the service is hit or miss.

The service is heavy, you can see that they dont help each other, the chicken is given raw. And the wait is very long Ballan to another the one from Santa Teresa is bad that happens. Pk they are paid the minimum hourly, the worker is not happy and the client pays the consequence.
