Bongiornos New York Pizzeria in Solana Beach

This place it’s amazing, I think is the best pizza in the town!! Was delicious!! The personal is super nice and it’s very fast the service. The place it’s not to big but enough, you can order a entire pizza or only a slice. You have to come to this place!! .

Phenomenal food! Food is wonderful for a hole in the wall pizza restaurant. I lived in Italy for 6 years, and its the closest I have found to true Italian pizza (if it was wood-fired, it would be perfect), the same with their lasagna and tiramisu. Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly service, and reasonable pricing.The only downside is the very limited parking during busy times, and a narrow, very short parking area.

Pizza by the slice. Very delicious. Great value for money. Staff is very friendly. Seats outside and inside. Some limited free parking.

We are out of state visitors and this place popped up nearby. Little place but mighty flavor. We ordered 8 slices off their pre-made display. They heated them up and we were enjoying 4 different types of pizzas within minutes. Wish we lived here couse we would come back. Love the art work on the pizza box too that converts Into a bib - handy!

I try to support local spots and call them as I see it. For restaurants who don’t like the review…you can pound sand like a “Cafe,” spot in OB. They love the good reviews, but when a negative one gets dropped…they reply with more bs. What a joke. Anyways, enough of my rant. This pizzeria has an excellent selection of pizza options, however, tonight I opted for the Alfredo pasta dish. The garlic bread was incredible, the pasta cooked just right and Alfredo sauce was on point. Bravo Bongiono’s. Clean atmosphere & attentive service always adds to the experience.

This pizza is delicious! Its so crispy and the flavors are great! The staff is super friendly, the prices are good, and there is plenty of space indoors and outdoors. They sell pizza by the slice and whole pizzas. I highly recommended stopping by here to give it a try. You wont be disappointed!

It was my first time visiting this pizza spot and was happy I did. They have a large variety of different types of pizza by the slice and for a great price. I had two slices and a drink for under $10. The staff was friendly and service was quick. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating too! Very good 👍

Fantastic thin crust pizzas and sandwiches! They are pretty popular during weekdays lunch, but usually always have a great selection of pizzas to choose from. Pick a slice and they heat it up in the oven. Generous toppings and great flavor. Im a big fan of the monstrous sandwiches too. Definitely would recommend giving this place a go!

Not only is the pizza great, the service is even better. I don’t live close by, but it is worth the drive. Terrific variety, well-crafted, fresh ingredients, served with a welcoming smile. Really, what could be better?

If you are a true New York pizza fan and don’t want to drive to Bronx Pizza in Hillcrest, this is the next best thing, if not better. I’ve been told a few times that it is the former owner/partner at Bronx Pizza. It shows. The pizza is top shelf and the customer service is great! Very clean restaurant.
