Love their spicy chicken or pork bowls plus their dragon roll! Very nice owners of this small restaurant. Bowls come with a small spinach salad I put into my spicy rice bowl. Goyza were tasty too.
This place is very good don’t hesitate to try it out they have really good spicy pork and beef bulgogi as well as fried salmon rolls and many more, very authentic tasting I once put it on the back burner and regretting it now, I will definitely be back more often
One of my favourite places to grab lunch. Delicious hot and fresh food with filling portions and the absolute best prices around.Theres not much seating, but staff is friendly and welcoming and you never have to wait long for your order.Absolutely recommend the chicken katsu bowl with a side of vegetable tempura if youre hungry for something filling and warm.
Ive come here a few times and its always such good food for a very reasonable price! My friend and I went and I got the avocado roll and the chicken bowl which together where about $13 not including tip and the bowl is so much food.My friend got one of their special rolls (the carburetor) and the amount of crab everything they used was astounding (I wish I had a picture). My friend said it was the best sushi shes ever had 🤷🏻♀️

I ordered the shrimp tempera ramen and unagi lover rolls. Very decent portion sizes but ramen was burning hot so I only took a few bites and ate the entire roll. I truely wanted to love this place but the ramen and wasabi left something to be desired. The wasabi was very bland and ramen didnt taste homemade. For me wasabi is the deal breaker for me. Im very sorry to say, but I was quite disappointed.
Came here for cheap sushi. I drive by here every day and am glad we stopped. The staff was great, the price was right and the food was delicious. Diverse menu with a wide range of options. Look forward to our next visit. SO good!

Fast friendly service. The restaurant has only 5 tables but, even at 1230, we were able to secure a table for two.The menu can be broken down to essentially two things; rolls and bowls. Hmmm... interesting name for a restaurant... we ordered a bulgogi bowl and a spicy pork bowl. Both were excellent. Both also came with an unexpected side salad. It was too much food for one lunch. BONUS! I have lunch for tomorrow. I will be back.
The owner asked me to come to work at 8 and finish by 9:00 am on my first day today to work in his establishment. Now he is refusing to pay me for the hour and had asked me to not come anymore. He has wasted my time, I was compassionate enough to offer my time to work to help them out. This is totally uncalled for. Poor management and exploitation of employees! He should be reported to the labour bureau and the cops.
Food is well worth the price. However, if youre looking for a bowl of ramen, they offer four bland choices; dumpling, veg, shrimp, and seafood.. I was disappointed but settled for the spicy chicken bowl and was satisfied. Bowl and Roll is worth a stop, you might even find a new spot to eat now.
If you want a simple lunch for a good price, this is the place to do it. Always delicious, fast and friendly. Ive gone here dozens of times and Ill continue to do so. Love love love this place

Really great Mom and Pop type place. The people working here are super nice and were patient with me as I looked over the menu. I had one of the bowls and a roll and really enjoyed both. Perfect to takeout.
I usually go here when I visit the Charles Schulz Museum. Its good. Ive had better strip mall sushi and ramen. But the quality is consistent and the people there are friendly. I cant complain.

I had spicy tuna rolls with a side of kimchi (mixing cultures, I know) and they were both tasty. There was not even a hint of spice in the spicy tuna rolls however. The kimchi did have great flavor and spice, so maybe eating the spicy kimchi then the milder rolls made it seem like the rolls had no spice when maybe they really do.Maybe try eating the rolls first then the kimchi and see how it goesRegardless, I recommend this place for the quick service and good value :) The 8 good-size pieces of sushi and kimchi side was $9.76, not including tip.

Have to say 1st, the food here is awesome. The only thing I didnt like, was, after ordering and paying, it takes 40 minutes to get your food. Thats a long time to sit/stand and wait.

After seeing article in press democrat we thought we would try Bowl & Roll. Ordered ca roll.....smelled a little fishy with too much rice on the rolls. Also tried tempura shrimp roll....same problems, smelled fishy and batter for tempura not crispy at all (no panko just fried batter). Ordered chk katsu, this was crispy with panko breading but tasted a little burnt (i think from the oil used) chk katsu served dry no sauce over white rice. Prices were noticeably cheaper than our normal place but the food was disappointing. Place was clean, people were nice but i would rather spend a little more and get food we can enjoy.
Ramen and tempura was under seasoned. Dipping sauce had to have been days old. Sweet people but the food is not up to par. No wonder the place was empty.

Food is good and service was friendly. The menu on the google lsiting or yelp listing that I was gping off of is not the prices of the current menu they have on display, so be prepared to pay a bit more.

2023-10-28 03:02:12I think it’s under new ownership. The salad dressing is not something I care for it’s a little sweet it would taste better with ginger or just a simple ranch dressing. The flavor was good on my food but the rice was a bit mushy to my liking. It’s always dark inside the restaurant. I the light bulb is yellow or something it really makes it harder to read the menu. Im not too picky so I would go back. My husband said the shrimp was good but the rice was mushy. I like my bowl I was good but maybe make it spicier because every thing is kind of sweet. I’m looking for a salty spicy tangy flavor.

I got a ramen bowl and a katsu bowl and the noodles were practically mush and absolutely flavorless. The katsu was unseasoned and burnt. The only edible thing was the white rice. The restaurant is dirty and there are dead bugs on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money here.

2021-02-07 16:51:07I went 3x in 1 week. I had everything from sushi to Ramen to fried appetizers. The Food was above average and reasonably priced. Service was super friendly. The only downside is they are a little slow from when you place your order to the time you receive order... No matter when/what I ordered it was a 30+min wait. This didnt change regardless of the food type nor the busy-ness at the time... At least you know it was made fresh!Also cool to know that this is one of the only places Ive visited to offer more than 2 flavors of the Kimura Ramune sodas. If youve never had one you need to try one. Theyre Neat, fun & tasty; you may have seen them before. Theyre the clear glass bottle sodas that are sealed with air pressure and a marble. Kids love them too! Comes in Lychee, 🍓, original, peach, many more! (See pic)

All bowls come with a side salad.The sushi is very tasty and fresh but the pieces are too big to comfortably eat in one bite. Not really a fan of the ramen. They also sell Ramune sodas. The owners are pretty friendly.
