GREAT FUNKO SELECTION! I forget there’s a BoxLunch inside of Ontario Mills since it’s kind of hidden and it’s a smaller store compared to other locations. However, this store has an amazing variety of pop culture/anime clothes, jerseys, and merchandise. I visited to pick up a few Funko Pop! exclusives and they had plenty! They had a $10 pop deal for ALL pops, including exclusives! I didn’t experience any wait time to checkout and the girl at the counter was pleasant. I think I found my new BoxLunch of choice. Note, if you’re claustrophobic I don’t think you’ll like it as it’s very tight here. Overall, I really enjoyed this location!

Giving this store a 1 star is a lot an employee, by the name of Erica was very rude to me and my son we made several purchases over $100 and I asked her if I can throw something away in the trashcan and she took out the water bottle that I threw in the trashcan and handed it back to me. Is that the way you treat your customers lunchbox.I will be getting in contact with lunchbox management and corporate office very rude no customer service whatsoever.

I googled souvenir shop and this is what popped up while its a cute store with lots of great items themed for all ages it was not a souvenir shop. We looked around anyways but because it was a little on the pricey side we decided to look for another store to bring souvenirs back home. Staff was there but didnt interact with us at all.

Really great shop to find really cute anime and movie items. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. They also have good deals when they have their sales. Definitely worth checking out.

Tiny location for a BoxLunch but jam packed with cute merchandise and clothes! Prices are a little steep, but if you catch a sale you can score some really cute shirts and trinkets. The standard offerings include Disney merchandise, POP! figurines, Marvel and DC Comics stuff, Harry Potter, Avatar the Last Airbender, and Studio Ghibli things. Stock rotates out seasonally so its always worth checking out whenever youre at the mall!

I love the inventory for my nerd tastes, but I wish it was a little less crowded with racks. And Id love to look thru all the tshirts in clearance but having them folded and stacked deters me.

Its a nice store, but it severely lacked customer service skills.The worker who helped me was eh, pretty subpar for a very basic transaction in terms of assistance and speed. I was just there to pick up an item that I bought online.When I first stepped up to the register, no one helped me when there were three people at the register (two facing the register and one standing behind the register). They were just there talking amongst each other for a long period of time. And I was RIGHT at the register by the way. I waited there for about 10 to 15 minutes before I was helped by a worker standing behind the register. And even then, the workers during my visit were not acting professionally. Theyre flirting and teasing each other in front of a customer.What should have been a max 10 minute transaction, turned into a 20 to 30 minute transaction.

The associates are very snobby and not welcoming, mind you this has been my 2nd time ever going in that store. FYI ladies in order for you to work with the public you have to have customer service and communication skills….

The place was clean, the service was decent, the menu was somewhat extensive (fried rice, dumplings, noodles, ramen, sushi boba), however, the food really lacked in flavor. The fried rice in particular did not have much flavor at all, and the dumplings we got had little stuffing in them. The mango Boba was good.

I like box lunch but I feel like Hot topic and then share the same distributor of stuff sometimes here its a little cheaper or a little more expensive the only thing is that I believe AND I HOPE its true that they donate food to people in need thats as much as I can hope for I know it might be a false pipe dream but hey at least its better than what the others offering

Box lunch has such fun stuff! Whatever needy thing you may be interested in youll find it here. Whether you enjoy Anime, Video games, oldschool TV shows, Harry Potter, Disney, I bet they have something youll love. I want to buy it all! Just make sure you sign up for their online rewards club. You get 5 $ off for your birthday on top of clearance or whatever it might be! Ive only gotten great deal here and quality service! Box lunch Rules!

Right now im in wheelchair im tall guy 61 and my wheelchair didnt fit around the store. My sister in law had trouble moving round the store and only saw 2 part of it
