This place is amazing I definitely recommend staying here. Tanya was amazing but she is no longer working in the office. The community is nice and also quiet. Everything is locals as far as Trader Joe’s Other grocery stores, great local parks, the iron Trail.But if you’re reading this please do not move in to building 445 apt 18 the the neighbors above this apartment are very loud and also have a child you won’t be able to work from home enjoy a nice dinner at home or even get a goodnight sleep because how loud it is and you might feel like the kid is going to fall through the roof. I have asked them several times to keep it down and also contacted the office. Nothing has worked so if you’re reading this please do not move into 445 apt 18

Looking for a new place to move in is definitely not fun. However, I had an amazing experience with this community and I feel it is important to share.First positive aspect was the excellent customer service provided by David Cano and Tanya. Both possess one of the best customer service skills Ive encountered while searching for a new place to live, and that is very much appreciated! Tanya who conducted my tour was very knowledgeable about the property amenities pros and cons.Very clean and very comfortable well kept community! The apartments I toured were super clean!Looking forward to move into my new place soon!Thank you for helping me :)

We absolutely love the location! Its right across the street from a shopping center with a Starbucks and Trader Joes + its 2 stop lights away from the City Center! Very quiet apartment complex and the view of the lagoon/pond is always nice!

After living two years here, maintenance staff are very but office staff are not reasonable - they will not understand after listening tenants request or requirement. Its easy to fool any new and desperate tenant. The quality in each apartment has a shallow wall and outlet are weak. This might as well be under 1800/mo.Tanya hes not here anymore, maybe shes relocated or quit.

I made a review of this place 2 years ago and for some reason it “mysteriously” disappeared like a paid agency somehow cleaned it up.The process for application is convoluted at best with a staff that is neither empathetic to their client’s needs. You see beautiful pictures? Most are edited and when you get there does not remotely reflect the apartments nor its “luxury” homes image.The staff are borderline rude and the owner of course protects them since they operate like the Russian mob with an official Russian-esque secretariat who peruses your credit and mocks you for having bad credit even when you are at the average standing. Disgusting.Like most establishments out there these days, do not just rely on the internet. Go and visit the place and “sense” the people who work there. More often than not they will try to hook, line and sinker you with their supposed luxury home yet its small and far from premium. Look elsewhere for your living needs. There are a lot better options out there.

Ive lived here at the Bridges for 3 years now, and I have to say the leasing agent Tanya S. is just amazing. She listened to my complaints of a disruptive neighbor and noise and was supportive in finding a solution. We just moved to another unit I didnt even know was available until she called and told me. She always tries to find a way to help the residence. We love our new place and glad we are still at The Bridges. AND...the maintenance staff are top notch! Angel and Rafael...they have a desire to help whenever they can and go above and beyond. They are friendly, efficient, and very kind. Any request Ive made they are quick to come and address the issue. I would recommend living here because of how me and my family have been taken care of. The apartments are not bad either! :-)

Im living here for more than three months and Im happy all about the place, neighbors, and office. At the beginning I was a bit hesitant because of some negative reviews. I found the place and area pretty quiet, clean and the agents especially Tanya and maintenance crew very honest and helpful. some people might complain about the shared service bills which I have had the estimated rate from the office at the beginning and had considered it.

Moving into a “luxury apartment” for as much as the rent is I think the leaking toilet and dryer should have been fixed before moving in that way I could use my toilet and do my laundry. Kinda frustrating. The apts are beautiful inside besides that.

Such a beautiful place to have events. I’ve been to many weddings but also my daughters cheer year end event for Cal High. The service is great and love the wine/beer bar in corner. (it was a line all night long so obviously cheer parents like to drink a little too.

I loved this place for the last 6 years living with my family. Our kids have amazing friends and love the family life here. Kids play outside together parents all talk and hang out. We were told yesterday no more. They said they were throwing our toys and cars out if they are outside again. SAID TO CHILDREN. Im so disappointed. 4 familys are working to move out of here. It should be a family place where kids can play.

And Tanya her fellow colleague was so very nice all the time. Rafael was a lifesaver and always there when you needed him. I will forever appreciate the kindness of the staff and the community while living in San Ramon.I’m gonna give Rafael another shout out because he really came through for me in the end. The sales associate was great I think her name was Tanya. She showed me around to tour a 2X2 apartment. The location and grounds of the apartment complex were nice well kept however the apartment homes were small, out dated and cheap quality. Very surprised I thought being in San Ramon I would expect better quality especially for the price!

I recently moved here back in Oct 2021, and I want to give a shout to Raphael and Angel.They have made the week leading to my move in as well as post move wonderful. Both are very helpful and getting fixes done quick. Like for example one of the draws in the fridge broke. Instead of having me wait 3-4 months waiting for part Raphael went above and beyond to get me a replacement during the hectic week of the month.I also like to thank Tanya and Tanya, for answering all of my questions promptly and getting my work orders in but also made the move for me very smooth.

I really loved living here!Pros-1. The neighborhood is quiet.2. Very dog friendly.3. the tenants keep to themselves4. the office staff are responsive & nice (have a problem go to Nicoya)5. grounds are kept up nicely.6. They just upgraded all the thermostats to nest.7. It’s great to have Nob Hill & Starbucks across the street.Cons-1. the water & garbage bill is pretty high ($130+ per month for 1 person). I already pay $2500+ in rent, water & garbage should either be included or discounted.2. Parking can be a bit intense... if you plan on having a 2 car house or frequent house guests, I would recommend an apartment in the back where there is more open parking.

We rented a pretty spacious 2 BR 2 BA unit with good storage space which is rare with a welcoming pet policy which is also rare. Nice pool, hot tub and exercise room with well maintained grounds. Friendly and helpful staff which took prompt care of the few repair issues we encountered. The draw back is the complex is old and our unit needed upgraded cabinets and carpet. Also we had a ground floor unit and careless upstairs neighbors can make it noisy as there is no soundproofing between upstairs floor and downstairs ceiling. We would rent there again if we have a need.

An incredible experience I have had moving in to my apartment. I secured an apartment sight unseen while I was in San Diego getting ready to relocate to the East Bay Area for work.Tanya was kind and very professional and moved very fast to help me to secure the apartment!! She talked me through all the steps I needed to take right up to the moment I was to sign my lease agreement.Upon arrival, Nicoya was ready to go over everything with me and hand over my keys. These ladies did not skip a beat and for that I am very grateful. Relocating with a child was enough to deal with and the way they worked together to get me situated made me feel at amazing ease.I couldnt have chosen a better place to live in even if I wanted to. There are many amenities close by; a strip mall right across the street, the Library and Community Centre 2 minutes away. The City Centre Bishop Ranch is 4 minutes away with The LOT movie theatre. Target, Home Goods and Whole Foods right across the street from there!! Elementary and Middle Schools a stones throw away. A beautiful neighbourhood!!! Need I say more?...An overall wonderful experience!! Thank you very much!!!

My husband, me and my dog signed one year lease to in here. We love this luxury rental, we like the water fountain, pool and gym. This gated community is so safe and its so convenient that we have NOB hill food, CVS, and restaurants right across our community. My dog loves here because she can see squirrels and ducks in the community. The air is so fresh because we have so many trees and nice flowers planted here. We usually left our patio door open during the day. It just feel so safe and comfortable living here. The leasing manager Nicoya is so nice. And whenever we have maintenance issue, they solve it promptly and professionally. Nicoya and Julia are so nice and helpful that one time I had an accident with my finger, a wide cut open wound. They helped me to stop my bleed promptly and helped me called ambulance right away, I was so thankful they were there. So far, we lived here almost a year, we had only one minor dishwasher issue because we stuck our spoon in the machine and the maintenance guy fixed it right away. Only one thing that we were unexpected is that the community will improve the apartment during the time you living in. Its good that they repainted my patio and outside. But it took about 3 weeks time, so my dog cant use the patio for the time. But after the repaint, it looks so much nicer and fresh now.

I was in my 1 bedroom apartment for 6 months while transitioning to a new job. The management team is Outstanding! Any questions you have are answered quickly and completely. I had one issue with a shower faucet and I reported it and it was repaired right away. Great location as well, very close to Office Complexes and shopping centers!

I was a resident at Bridges for 9 months and it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Nicoya and her team were always very responsive and accommodating. I loved the apartment. It was right on the canal and had a wonderfully large patio. My favorite thing was to sit on the patio with my dog in the mornings and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. It was so serene with the ducks, the birds, and the trees and flowers were wonderful. It was like an oasis! Additionally, its proximity to the Market Place is exceptional! Walking distance to grocery, fitness, multitude of restaurants and pharmacy. And lastly, Iron Horse trail is just outside of the parking lot, so every morning, my dog and I were able to get a nice 2-3 mile jog in to start out day!

Why I recommend Bridges at San Ramon:* Excellent location on the East bay area. Close to 680 and with Iron horse trail so close that you can bike or walk to the new shopping center. It also has a market place just 5 min walking with good restaurants like Thai, Indian or Chicken wings Also I recommend Hopyard bar, on Thursdays they have Pliny the elder beer.*Staff so friendly and helpful. We had one incident at the beginning of our lease, and Nicoya and her team helped us and followed the incident until it was solved. It was something that we really appreciated.*Updates. They did some improvements like upgrading to Nest thermostat on the apts. or set up the lockers for package delivery. (The only issue is that deliveries carries still drop off packages outside apts).*Staff Maintenance. Amazing staff, Rafael is always monitoring the apartment complex and he is so helpful. Every request that we had, he and his co-worker helped us pretty quickly.*Nice apartments

I haven’t moved it yet. I move in officially one week from now. I am all the way in Hawaii and Mrs. Nicoya, the manager, has been so astonishing. Bridges one of the calm and friendly communities i have seen. I have been there for my new rental. Beautiful scenic views and accessible from the main commercial area close by. School and bart are the only which are min 15 to 25 minutes to access.

I lived there for 3 years. It was great for 1 year of that. New owners and management and before I know it my water garbage was 170-220 a month. They claimed that they got bigger trash cans. I asked where...and of course they just werent there yet and never appeared. I believe they secretly charge for irrigation which they are not supposed to do. Might I add that a house water and garbage payment is only about half that amount every other month! Recently, an old neighbor got in touch with me. Their electrical fan caught on fire and made the place not safe for her to live. Well, legally they must give her another apartment or pay for housing...nothing. Three day eviction notice and a sorry, dont know what to tell you bye!...Completely illegal. I loved the place before. It is sad that it has changed so much!

All the queries are answered immediately, all the issues and maintenance are attended to very soon, most importantly they know what they are doing. This is my 4th year here and I am very happy and would sure recommend Bridges at San Ramon to anybody. I have to mention Rafael.. he is the go to man for all the maintenance, a friendly n prompt guy who is very good at his work.

I woke up one morning and had no water coming out of the tub/shower. i reported it right away, and very soon after a maintenance person was there to look at and fix the faucet, a piece had broken and was replaced. Awesome service!

I lived there for 13 years. I was forced out after I had had an electrical fire that started in laundry room inside the walls no fault of my own anyhow the fireman show up quickly my animals were safe except after I got over the oh my god stage I couldnt find my Pomeranian Noodle I knew he was going to be around somewhere minutes later I look up at my apartment and walking down the steps is one of the fireman holding Noodle so gently in is hands I guess Noodle ran back into the apartment he was the first one out I open up the door a d Said to my 2 dogs and 3 cats run for your life I come find you when it safe Noodle was the first one out Noodle since passed away Feb 21 2014 9:23am dye in my arms while waiting for the car to take Noodle to the vet he was 18 years old Man I miss that little guy anyhow they evicted me so they could upgrade and charge more money and didnt place into another apartment kick me out onto the streets that day 5pm my friends help me out. I used and won my case law was on my side. No your rights in any situation knowledge is power

Amazing location, service, but be aware of quality of dwelling is low. Bad outlet, constant breakdown, poor insulation, and common household pesticide are found in the apartments.
