Brigantine Seafood & Oyster Bar in Escondido

The SWORDFISH was all that and then some! OUTSTANDING! Ennocente, our server could not have been better. He picked the perfect dish for everyone at the table. Blackened salmon with kale was out of this world. Fish n chips were solid, too. Vanilla Bean cheesecake.

This is the first time Ive been to this location, but Ive been to three other stores in SD County, and this location executed at a very high level for me. The fish tacos are classic, and the service was impeccable. Sometimes the South County stores can be a little too cool for themselves, but the staff here was friendly and helpful. Now that I know this location is here, Ill definitely be back.

The atmosphere was relaxing. The service was pretty quick, and the refill was fast, but the food was just disappointing. The price of food was fair, but I wish the food was a better

The atmosphere is very pleasant, nice patio with waterfall and it’s quiet even though it is just off City Center Parkway. The food is very good and on Wednesday, it is half price wine all day. The salads can be ordered as halves and it’s reasonably priced and enough. The mud pie is addictive. The staff is very attentive.

The service,the staff,and the food are all wonderful. I wasnt a fan of the clam chowder as it tasted sweet. The waitress suggested a shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were succulent and juicy, and the cocktail sauce was perfect.My husband had the swordfish,and the bite he shared melted in my mouth . Delicious! Highly recommended!

Every time I come here its a great experience. This is my favorite restaurant in Escondido. I definitely recommend the Coctel Del Mar. I get it every time I visit. I also love the Oyster Rockefeller. They are so flavorful and a must experience if you like oysters. I like to sit at the bar because the bartenders give unparalleled service. Every to-go order I do is always correct. (Dont forget to tip) the beers on tap are good, and they do have a full bar. Taco Tuesday is a hit, and the happy hour is like 7 bucks for nice tapa sized options. I love the macadamia nut crusted Mahi Mahi, and the wagyu burger. My wife and I also love the brig house salad, the dressing is so good. I also like the shrimp and crab chopped salad. Parking fills up very fast during prime time, but there is a ton of parking options because of the grocery store parking.

Had dinner last Sunday with my family! The oysters were very good and fresh! Claim chowder soup was fantastic! Friendly servers! This is our second time here. Really recommend it, especially if come with family!

Brigantine is our familys go to place for fresh and delicious seafood! The restaurant is beautiful and the service is always fast and friendly!

The bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp is fantastic. Inside is too loud to have a conversation, but outside is fantastic. Heaters to keep you comfortable, no wind, great lighting, water feature making up part of one wall. Inocente was our server and reviewed the gluten free options on the menu. An absolutely wonderful evening..
