I love this store and the employees. Always kind and helpful. Post covid just disappointed with their products lately. There’s no salad bar, and baked goods are not the quality they used to be. My cranberry orange scone with 3 cranberries and almost no orange flavor. Love this place and hope it gets better.

Today was my first time visiting this store but it want be my last everything was excellent from the customer service too all the different varieties to select from all of your needs and desires.I truly appreciate how helpful staff was attentive to help, Vegetables and fruits were fresh and smells amazing ..oh my goodness the brisket sandwich is to die for I purchase 3 when I say bomb. We’re happy to see more healthy options with having Bristol Farms here in YL.😀. I love the smoothie/coffee/tea/bakery/natural living/fruits/veggie/flowers/ Bristol kitchen etc., and so much more. Thankful that it’s a kid friendly grocery! I found that out when my son had spilled a drink by the deli area. This wonderful man at the deli came out and told us not to worry. That someone will come out to take care of it. Thanks you! I recommend this place to a everyone who wants to start living a healthy life!😀

Bristol Farm is my favorite food shopping place and I love the bakery, the deli, the fresh fruits, and the Juice Bar there a lot. Recently some staff changing at Juice Bar makes me feel hard to order juice there because the employee who makes the juices there complains to us many times, such as too busy work here, I haven’t had a brake, you have to wait, etc. so I have to look at her moody face and felt like it’s my fault to order the juice so she got the pressure from her work, and it’s by default that I had to tolerate a long wait time. I usually go to order juices after finishing the Yoga classes at Yoga Six Yorba Linda which is in the same shopping center, but now it becomes an emotional burden to go to the Bristol Farm Juice Bar every time to wish if I am lucky this time to meet a happy employee so I don’t have to look at a bad face there.

This is where you go when you want a top tier quality grocery shopping experience. Yes, it is well above average pricing compared to other markets but those who come here know that. This kind of market is not for everyone. I come here because I absolutely appreciate the customer service excellence and quality products they offer. Can always expect it to be clean and organized.I like that I can leisurely shop without big crowds and customers who shop here do not make a mess at the store like you sometimes see at other markets. You know when you see random items left in wrong aisles/sections because customers change their mind and leave them wherever throughout the store? It doesnt happen here. The staff here really do care about your shopping experience.Some items I love to purchase here- Poke in the seafood section by the pound. They offer ahi tuna and salmon poke. Ive tried different supermarket poke offerings and Bristol Farms has the freshest quality. Way better than poke restaurants!- Bakery items. There was this huge hype over the maple pecan danish shared by Chrissy Teigen on social media. I hunted for it and it was sold out at this location! They only make them once per day in the mornings but the bakery staff graciously offered to make fresh ones even though I only wanted to get 1! This made me love coming here more. I got fresh made danishes straight from the oven. It took 30 mins but I didnt mind. I ended up getting 2 after all. Because it was so darn DELICIOUS, I came back the next week and got 4 more!- Deli salads by the pound like the Asian green bean salad and the spinach pasta salad. I like the quality of their made in house deli salads. Some items offered at the Newport Beach location arent offered here but hopefully, it will be soon.- Snacks specifically chips. Not Frito Lays but those odd brands you only see at healthy or premium markets. Sometimes they have promotional pricing and some items that are not available at other stores like Sprouts or Mothers Market.- Frozen food items. They have interesting selection.There is plenty of parkingThey have senior hours from 6:00 - 7:00 amThey take mobile pay i.e. Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and probably Apple PayThey sanitize shopping carts after each useThey require masks to be worn during your visitThere are marked areas for social distancing during check outI wrote too much but I hope it helps whoever makes use of this info!

This rating is based on the juice bar only. Bristol Farms is one off my favorite places, but they have disappointed me too many times with the acai bowls. It seems they never have enough acai anymore. When I first started getting the bowls here, they were filled to the top, the lid wouldnt even stay on. Now its hit or miss but its been miss a lot lately. Time to find a new acai place.

Disappointing purchase. Usually we drive to Costa Mesa Bristol farms (was Gelsons) to purchase Swordfish but since we live in Chino Hills we decided to give Brea an opportunity. They only had 5 pieces of swordfish to choose from which was disappointing already and after cooking it last night, all we can say is “disgusting”. DID NOT EAT IT. $29.99/#Looks like we will be driving to Costa Mesa for FRESH FISH.

First time here. Lots of choices, everything appears to be fresh. My rating is based on the bakery, my berry parfait was dry, chocolate chip cookies, were good, not great, the cheesecake was very good.....for the prices of what I paid (you pretty much have to sell a kidney), I was expecting better.

Purchased cake from bakery refrigerator section. Asked if it was fresh. She said she’d made it this morning. Served that evening. Chocolate cake was definitely stale and very dry. Strawberry mousse filling was hard and tasteless. Not the first time I had this experience. For that price they should make sure they are perfect. Will not purchase their cakes again. However, their cookies are exceptionally delicious. Should’ve gone that route!

Amazing selection of produce, meals to go and they carry several brands. I drive almost an hour to visit Bristol Farms and it is totally worth it. Yes, its a little more expensive, but not having to be in a super crowded store searching for good produce is worth the money spent in my opinion.

I picked up a rib roast here for Thanksgiving today. Along the way, I picked up a few other beautiful things as well. I have to say the customers that I ran into or not the nicest in the world. A little bit more cutthroat than Walmart even and though there may be more money here, there is definitely lack of class when it comes to the customers. The lady that help me out today was Donna and I have to tell you guys she was the sweetest cashier I have come across probably in my entire life! She not only was quick with ringing up my items. She was kind enough to take a moment and ask me about my day and even the rose that I was going to be making for Thanksgiving seeing that I was stressed out and having a hard day.

Daniel holded me 12 minutes on the registry not recognizing the real 10 dollar bill without explaining what he is up to. At first, he did not even check the bill with the machine and he just suspected me at his glance. He did not even greed me when I said Hi. He wasted my 12 minutes and finally realized it was a real bill checking with his manager and processed the payment and again without explaining the situation gave me the change. It is first time seeing the employee checking 10 dollar bill, such a small bill. I felt very uncomfortable about his attitude checking it at his glance not checking it with the machine from the beginnig and not saying anything to me what he is up to. I bought only two things and was expecting a quick shopping but because of Daniel my quick shopping took me too long.

In love with this Bristol Farms location. Every employee Ive encountered has been super friendly. One lady went out of her way when I had accidentally picked up the wrong item. She was the lady at the register who didnt have any else in line so got me the correct time and was kind about doing the exchange. Lets not forget they have the best FRESH cookies!

My 15 and 18 year-old sons shopped at Bristol Farms in YL and were immediately followed around by the on-site store manager (Jasber) and others; asked what they wanted; told to immediately check out and were escorted to the register; then walked out of the store and further pursued ontside the store by an employee. They said that is the store policy. My sons were not loitering; broke no laws but were intimidated by the store employees treatment of them. The head store manager is unapologetic. We dont need this treatment in our community and residents shouldnt have such bad experiences as law-abiding shoppers. There are better choices for shopping.

Got a cookies n cream birthday cake for my wife’s birthday expecting better quality than the usual grocery store bakery. This cake was very dry to the point that it was just crumbling apart. To make it worse, my sister in law ended up finding a hair in her slice. Very disappointed in the experience we had.

I come here for their giant chocolate chip cookies, they are delicious. Then I leave,lol. But bristol farms does have fresh produce and the store is very clean. In addition, the staff members seem happy to be working for the company, if the company pays the employees well enough to be happy at work than good for them.

My girlfriend and my brother and I go in and as soon as we walk in we are being stared at and followed my employees there. We were there for less than 5 min. As we walk out an employee follow us out. We walk out and then come back to get a water and again we are followed by the employees. We get to the water section, then an employee named jasper comes around the corner and tells us to leave. We look at him confused and said “we are getting water” and he says “ok, get it pay for it and leave. I will stand right here and watch.” We get the water and he walks us to the cash register and I try to pay and it goes through. Jasper says it doesn’t go through and my brother pays and it goes through. I look at my transactions and he had us pay twice just for 1 water. This is not ok, we all felt harassed. My dad goes in later that evening to talk to him harassing a 15 year old, 17 year old, and a 18 year old. Jasper claims that they don’t allow kids younger then 15 in the store. We all felt harassed walking through the store and very disappointed in this experience. It was so bad that I felt like I had to record. I posted a little clip I have of jasper telling us to leave. A bachelors Friday evening and time for some of the best prepared Tri-tip beef roast at my local (Yorba Linda) Bristol Farms. What a treat! Flavorful, tender, juicy, and with a perfect exterior crunchy chew, before melting in your mouth. Add any of the assortment of grilled vegetables, ready to eat starches, complete salads with dressing, and a fine bottle of Cabernet from an excellent wine selection and Bristol Farms is a great one stop shop for a well deserved, sumptuous repast.

I purchased $40 of prepared foods and it was all inedible. Potato Salad and Macaroni salad were tasteless. Thai noodle salad was not fresh. Empanadas were soggy. Lemon feta anti pasta salad was soaked in vinegar and lemon juice and too acidic. I expect high quality food items from an expensive high end store like Bristol Farms. Not the case here at the Yorba Linda store. Very disappointing.

I would shop there more frequently but the parking is such a headache. And its not that great to walk with a buggy full of groceries to the parking structure. I hope they can stay in business. I would blame it on the city for being greedy and putting so many small businesses with so little parking. Its hurting Bristol farms and the other surrounding businesses. I believe its all due to greed!The employees at Bristol farms are amazing kind polite and helpful. Parking just sucks!
