While busy working on a Saturday night, I thought it would be nice to order a high-quality meal that tastes delicious, so why not Broadway Heights? Their food is phenomenal and their Focaccia Bread Sandwiches are to die for. I loved the Turkey Pesto Melt. Also they have an amazing selection of desserts made by Dawn, who is absolutely amazing at what she does! Check them out today!!

We always get treated so well when we go. The food portions are huge. One of the best ceasar salads in Chico. The sliders are a great starter. Our favorite entree is the pesto chicken sandwich and the chicken parmesan. The staff is very attentive. Wonderful dining experience.

After reading great reviews, we met friends from almost 2 hours away for lunch in Chico. Our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She even stood on a chair to take a photo of all of us! The grilled cheese sandwich was delicious, but I didnt love the tomato soup. Everyone loved their meal and next time we meet we will ask for less bread as the other sandwiches were made with thick pieces of bread. So hearty and delicious but a bit too much bread.

One star is because the waitress was nice. The salad was brown, the ranch tasted like mayo and they made one of the pizzas wrong and didn’t offer take it off my bill but to make a new one, we had already waited two hours for our food and did not want to wait any longer for a new pizza to be made. Loaded potato soup tasted like flour. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Absolutely fantastic! Got the Thai Chicken Sandwich with the potato soup. The sandwich is huge! The soup was creamy, red potatoes and the garlic was just enough. The chicken in the sandwich was actually seasoned...like during its cooking, not just with the stuff on the sandwich. This sounds simple but surprising how many places are too lazy to season each step. They make their own peanut sauce! So good that I forgot to take pics.Our server was very friendly and knew the food and anticipated our wants and needs before we could think to ask.

To be honest, the service was the best part. The food was bland and over-priced, and the portions were merely adequate. The restaurant is laid out strangely, and because of it, you feel isolated. The food isnt kid appropriate, and its hard to find parking.

Unique second story restaurant with nice window seating :) We ordered the Stuffed Focaccia Ring for an appetizer, it came with a tasty garlic parm sauce and had the Chicken Parm sandwich with some garlic tomato soup; Margarita Calzone. Everything was delicious 😋 Very filling appetizer! They also have unique, tasty sounding desserts as well, so next time Im going with something lighter to be able to try them for sure.

Came in here on a whim after spending a weekend in Chico. The staff was friendly and this was by far one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. My fiance felt the same way about the sandwich she ordered. Broadway Heights is now on our list of go-to places when we visit Chico.

This place is golden. I was excited to try this place out. There was a wait for lunch which in my opinion is a good sign. They were understaffed and the servers hustled. They really hustled while not sacrificing quality. I even watched one server send something back before taking the dish to the patron because it wasn’t right. That is quality control which they must consider the standard. I watched them work for about 15-minutes while waiting for my sandwich and I was very impressed with everything. They know what they are doing and it was obvious that the stress didn’t get to them. The food was perfect and the ingredients used…unbelievably fresh. I’m looking forward to going back.

I usually love Broadway heights, this time though we were disappointed. We came for Mother’s Day lunch. The waiter was sweet but he seemed like he hadn’t been serving for long. When we asked for sparkling water he looked confused and asked if we meant soda water. When he finally brought us our San Pelegríno, he seemed surprised that we would have wanted a glass for it. When he brought our appetizers he did not offer us small plates for them. Also saw our kids food on the line for a while. Groups that had been seated long after us were already getting their entrees while half our order was sitting on the line. Our waiter did not check in with us even though it was pretty obvious there had been a screw up with our order. Almost seemed like he was avoiding us a little. Once we did get our order, my moms salmon patties were not very warm. I’ve served before for many years so I understand that every now and then, a server or kitchen will screw up, it’s nothing personal. Just seemed like they were not on their A game today. Debating if I would wanna go back again because my first experience there was good.

I fell in love with their California sandwich its filled with Avocado, sprouts, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, mozzarella, mayonnaise and House mustard, I added turkey on it and it was mouth watering delicious. The prices are up there but it is definitely worth it because the portions are large for a full size sandwich. I will most definitely be going back for more 😁

I forgot a box from my large order and an employee drove to my location to deliver it before I could even offer to pick it up myself from the restaurant due to my own mistake. Johnny is a great manager here and deserves his own shout-out. Ordered ahead for mothers day take out. 7 entrees. Asked for no mayo because of dietary restrictions. Was disappointed to find club sandwich covered in mayo. Didnt have time to go back as everyone was together and ready to eat. Disappointed in the pasta salad as well. The pastrami sandwich which my son shared with me was great but not what I was wanting. My wife regularly asks for their Greek salad and shes always pleased.Been going here though a couple different owners and names.They changed their hot pastrami to to my detriment and their tomato bisque has always sucked but everything else has always been good. I like the building, didnt try the pizza but sandwich and salad were few options and pretty bad for vegetarians. Bread got kinda soggy fast and the salad was romaine with a bit of added color not much taste. My sister eats here often for lunch and loves it, but I probably wont be back (I could be convinced to get pizza if friends wanted to go there).

It has all the necessary charm that a great restaurant needs; comfortable seating, a cosy classy yet casual atmosphere, and perfect views of Downtown Chico, and great food. They have one of the best menus and a great assortment of reasonably priced meals. I have yet to eat something off their menu that I did not find to be exquisite.

The calzones are to die for, the Caesar salad is the BEST, all the sandwiches I have tried are fabulous, and the Bowls theyve recently added are amazing because they are delicious and yet guilt-free ! I had a party here with about 40 guests..Amber our hostess was wonderful.. they set up the party area nicely with white linens and ice water, which was fabulous because it was a 97°.. we ordered 3 protein for our buffet, we were not happy with the marinated tri tip, but the chicken parmesan was good and so was the salmon.. both salads were delicious! The party was not rushed.. I would recommend this restuarant..

Would have been a 5 but didnt like the location of the table. It was right in the middle of where everyone was sitting or standing waiting for tables. Fantastic food, incredible staff, a feather in downtown Chicos cap. Vegetarians, carnivores, this is the spot if you love baked vegetable dishes, real New York pastrami, awesome tomato soup, foccacia bread Reubens, an unsurpassed salad selection, did I mention the real, like, really real New York pastrami? Ordered chicken parmesan for myself and the salmon cakes for my fiance. Both of our meals were simply not good, vegetables and rice were horrible undercooked(and we like Al dente vegetables). Couldnt even eat my chicken parmesan, it was crunchy and seemed undercooked as well, and I dont mean it had a crunchy crust, the meat itself had a very strange texture. The marinara sauce tasted like it was straight out of a bottle, probably Prego or something generic. Salmon cakes were alright. Staff was very friendly and it was a cool location but will not be going back for food.

I will never be able to fully explain how much I love this place. Ever since it was known as Jascos its had the BY FAR best sandwiches in Chico. And I hesitate to call them sandwiches. A Broadway Heights sandwich is a sandwich like a 600 dollar wagyu filet is a steak. If youve never been here. Go. Go now. Over priced. Hi Scott, Im responding to your request. My wife and I entered your establishment and got a glimpse of the slate board listing specials. The greeter met us immediately and seated us in a back corner apart from the main restaurant, a location where there is a big chunk of floor damage. We looked at the menus and the server arrived. We asked what the specials were as we didnt get to fully read them upon our entry. She told us what they were and we both decided on the specials; a tri tip, sandwich and a bruschetta chicken sandwich. The server asked us which type of salad we preferred so we told her. There was never a mention that the salads were separately priced or that the type of salad would cost extra. We both ordered Iced teas. We expected our bill to be around $28. Once we received our bill we were surprised to find that the salads were at an extra cost and that the medium sized, never refilled, teas were $3.25 each. The total bill was $38.50 not including the tip. I can say that the proportion size of the sandwiches were quit acceptable, being good sized. However, I was not impressed with the small amount of tri tip steak that was provided. I estimate maybe around 2 to 2.5 ounces n total. The illusion of the large sandwiches resulted over the size of the bread.

So my friends and I went to this establishment to be welcomed by this rude, sour lady. Ive gone to this restaurant many times and she has been there, but wasnt THIS rude. She did it even ask if we wanted a seat she just said This is a private establishment and im going to ask you to leave and by that time my friends and I were STARVING and we were like what did you just say? And we just left because we didnt want to stay there any longer. As Ive said, Ive been there MANY times before and have had great food and OKAY service. This restaurant has good food with a pleasant setting and views. My girlfriend and I waited for our food but they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Much respect to the staff for noticing and being courteous. Will definitely be back.

Parking is hella easy because that three story garage is RIGHT THERE, which has to be one of the best parts. Get soup and a sammie.
