Very good addition to the Redwood foodie scene. All the dumplings were fresh and flavorful. The skewers were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Service was prompt. Small wine list with few choices by the glass. But all in all a great experience. We will be back. Oh, their chili sauce adds a wonderful heat to their dishes. It’s rich and garlicky with a nice heat!

Needed a restaurant like this in RWC! High quality ingredients prepared in simple but delicious ways.Most of the dishes were excellent, but the salads were a bit off. Im not sure what it was, but something just didnt taste right. The grilled skewers and the dessert were 😋 though.Well definitely be back, but well keep in mind that the portions are small. The menu is designed for sharing and tasting a bit of everything, so the bill can be a bit high. This isnt a place I would go for a regular lunch or dinner, but it would be perfect for a special occasion.

We came here after the Barbie movie and Im so glad we did!! Everything was delish but the green onion pancake and grilled octopus were my favorites!! We tore into the har gow so quickly that I didnt even get a picture until we were almost done! Great, friendly service and not too crowded when we visited (we came pretty late though). Definitely recommend.

Went for late lunch there - interesting menu with yakitori, dim sum, congee, dumplings etc. All things that I love! They have lunch specials, either ramen+dumplings for $20 or congee+Chinese donut for $15. I opted for seafood congee (add$1) and wanted to try haw gau ($11/3 dumplings) and a couple of oysters ($2/oyster) - oysters were fresh, delish - they have $1/oyster for Happy Hour so am excited to try that! The haw gau was hot, shrimp filling was good - only nit I would say is that no soy or hot sauce on the table. The seafood congee came in a pretty good sized bowl, and I asked for some white pepper and they brought in a small condiment bowl, so would suggest they get some bottles to put the pepper in rather than let customers use fingers, but that’s a small nit. The seafood in congee was shrimp, clams; plenty of seafood and the congee was well seasoned. The donut in the congee soaked up the porridge and was delish! Also had a glass of Calpico Lychee; service was great- wish these guys luck! Would definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

This is a new spot we wanted to try it out.Food was good not outstanding. Super cute spot. Cucumber salad has raw garlic so just be aware if you do order it make sure you don’t have a meeting or something like that after. Besides that the food is good.

The food is fresh and inventive. The grilled calamari is a fun share dish and the delicious dumplings each come with their own spicy sauce. We love the seaweed salad and the perfectly grilled lamb chops. They provide an extensive list of sakes and happy hour discount with alcohol and appetizers at half off.The service is attentive and helpful. I wanted to keep this place a secret, but I dont want them to go out of business!!!

Large variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean dishes. Some very good and others not so. Porridge and quail eggs were good. Fried smelts were over salted. Bone broth soup was meh. Better at nearby ramen joints.

Delicious food and nice atmosphere, but overall, a bit too pricey for regular patronage.The ramen bowl was large, tasty and good value. The cold noodles are excellent, but I could have easily eaten two of them. The dumplings are good, but they are more than double the price of other local establishments. The paper based self service ordering feels a little too casual for an upscale meal.

The food at the Brochette Dumpling and Grill was so enjoyable. The lamb chops were excellent. The calamari was delicious. The soup and noodles were very tasty and enjoyable. The Kalbi beef was so juicy and tender. I would highly recommend the Brochette Dumpling and Grill to anyone that I know. This gem in the heart of Redwood City is a star. It rates an A plus in my opinion.

We wanted to check out this new place in downtown Redwood City and came here with friends. The interior of the place was nice and clean, modern decor. The menu has a variety of dm sum (Chinese tapas). Traditional food, nothing unique, but the price was a lot more than we anticipated. Six people for lunch, we ordered a few starters, a couple of bowls of porridge, four bowls of noodles and some skewers, the check total came to $300!! We were very surprised, so our lunch came to $50 per person. Green onion pancakes and spring rolls were like kid size. Potstickers, dumplings, porridge and soup noodles were tasty.Not sure if we are going to go back anytime soon...

We love all the skewers were YUM. The price is just right for the quality food, good service and the ambiance of the place itself.This spot has good sake, I think the sake cooler would be an interesting experience for next time.It was a fun night, will definitely be back!

The most amazing ramen I’ve ever had. I got the spicy black garlic miso. The dumplings and pot stickers are so fresh. Amazing oysters for only $2. Our server was also incredibly kind. I will definitely be back

Delicious dumplings, fresh oysters, premium sake, many different appetizers and skewers. Weve been there three twice during their soft launch and will be returning many times.
