2023-11-08 07:17:35Had a long layover and walked the airport end to end looking for the best place to grab a bite. This is it. Ordered the pork rice bowl and was super impressed. Delicious. I really appreciate the use of fresh ingredients (I could see a worker cutting herbs as I walked up). Went back later and grabbed a boba tea and apple tart. Both winners.

2023-11-15 00:55:14The Vietnamese staff making the order for me was so nice — she helped me customize my vermicellie bowl so that I could get more veggie and less noodles as I desired. That vegan veggie vermicelli with eggplants, tofu, and lots of herbs and pickles, was so tasty! They have so many options including healthy and vegetarian ones. The whole team were friendly, and the sitting area is clean and well lit. The only complaint is that they use too much plastic. I wished to dine in but they only gave out single-use plastic containers, and they gave the containers in a plastic bag even when it’s not neccesary. Hope they will have dine-in option with reusable bowls and utensils soon.

2023-10-02 18:02:43Glad to have an alternative to the usual fast-food options at SNA. Quality Vietnamese food made fresh to order. Cant go wrong with their famous spring rolls. The sandwiches are an easy and delicious meal on planes. The coffee is excellent no matter what time of day. Airport prices are of course on the high side, but still worth it for unique flavors and fresh ingredients than the usual processed foods.

2023-12-02 22:00:01Excellent pork bahn mi, and the coconut mushroom soup was very good. I ordered it spicy and it wasn’t, but still very tasty. If you like boba drinks, the Thai tea was very rich and tasty and the boba was perfectly cooked

2023-10-23 01:44:10Please go! They’re super overpriced for Vietnamese food at this location but if we don’t continue to go, they will go out of business. Qdoba next door was hopping with patrons but Brodard barely got any business.

2023-11-15 20:11:44My ribeye bahn mi and apple tart at Brodard’s Express is one of the BEST airport meals I have EVER had in 40 years of travel to 30 countries — the sandwich had flavorful beef, vegetables and sauce and a baguette that was crisp on the outside soft on the inside. The apple tart was appropriately flakey and flavorful. Service was friendly and warm. The adjacent food court isn’t wonderful, but it’s worth it for the food at Brodards! Highest recommendation!

2023-10-30 17:48:32While Brodard Restaurant has a clear edge over Brodard Express in terms of food and service as expected, the latter was still very comforting on a long trip with fresh herby flavors, delicious macarons and kind, calm smiles. Thank you for making an enjoyable airport experience possible.

2023-10-07 19:22:54Worth showing up early for Brodard! Past security in terminal C. Tastes true to their main locations, slightly smaller but still delicious and made fresh to order. Also have pastries if you’re looking for a quick snack. Awesome addition to John Wayne.

2023-11-02 01:31:42Conveniently located between Terminal B and C (possibly closer to C) next to Gate 14.There is a seating area to sit and eat. Most spring roll options are available as pre-prepared for a Grab-and-Go service if youre in a rush.Highly recommend the Thai tea or Milk tea with Boba. If you ask for no ice (like I do) the cup will only be half filled, they do not top off/fill the cup (tea amount is pre-set)
