Broderick Roadhouse in Walnut Creek

So happy I finally tried this gem downtown walnut creek. I sat outside with a friend and her small dog during happy hour. Their happy hour menu has a great drink/food selection and their burgers are to die for! I cant wait to go back and try more things on their menu. My food came quickly and the food that was delivered to other tables looked delicious as well.

Nice place downtown Walnut Creek!It is a lot smaller than I anticipated but it is well decorated in Western decor. Nice selection of local beers.The food was very good - you can tell they make everything in house. Had the crab cakes for appetizer - they were large and tasty accompanied with a spicy red pepper sauce. We also had the Blue Burger and the cheese steak - both were very good.The server was nice and attentive.Pretty nice lunch.

Very friendly staff, a great atmosphere and quick service for a small restaurant was all positive aspects of this place. I ordered the chicken sandwich and upgraded to garlic fries. Fries didnt have much garlic flavor and were more drenched and soggy than anything. Chicken sandwich had thick hard breading and not much flavor to it either.Id go back to try something else as they had plenty of other burgers and sandwiches on the menu that sounded good but I wont be in a hurry.

Came here for a work lunch on a warm Tuesday afternoon. My team and I were set immediately and provided menus and waters as soon as we sat down. I had previewed the menu prior to coming in, so I was stuck between the fish sandwich or the chicken sandwich. When it was my turn to place my order, I went with the fish sandwich (with naked fries) and the peach-a-boo.My sandwich had a light breaded coating and perfect bun to slaw ratio. This sandwich was a bit messy, but the flavor made up for that. The drink was really good and refreshing. Great mix of flavors and served in a mule cup.I recommend this place, great variety, food comes out hot and fresh, and the vibe is cool too.I will return!

This place as good reviews, so we tried it out. The staff was attentive and helpful with our reservation of 20 people.The front patio was nice. I chose the Chicken & Waffle breakfast…it was served extremely plain and the flavor was the same, plain. I did like that it was a thigh instead of breast.Two thumbs up for great coffee ☕️!I may return to try other menu items, as my friend raved about the Chicken Bacon Burger.

We came at happy hour and got Triple Play Sliders, Buffalo Cauliflower, Chopped Cobb Salad, and Naked Garlic Fries. Food was good and the service was fast and super friendly. The garlic fries were not overpowering, which we liked.

Wow that was great food. Tried the Johnny cash & garlic fries. It has a mix of yellow red peppers on its . It has a nice sweet lil heat to it, with homemade BBQ sauce . The old fashioned was made correct. I would definitely recommend and will be returning

First time here. I ordered the fish sandwich. HUGE! Also regular fries. Both were delicious. Cant wait to come back to try something else.

Awesome experience for Sunday brunch! Sat outside and started with some Bloody Marys. For food we had the pork verde fries and the spicy chicken breakfast sandwich. Both were good, but the chicken sandwich took the prize. Delicious, unique, and filling. Recommend!

Located in downtown Walnut Creek, I didnt realize how small the restaurant was when I booked for a party of seven, but they accommodated us well! The boozy milkshakes are EXCELLENT and food portions are large enough to share. It was a busy Saturday and the servers needed roller skates, but stayed friendly and turned over quick service.
