All I have to say is they know how to cook noodles (al dente). The tonkatsu ramen has the creamy fatty flavor you are looking for and the shoyu has the subtle salty light broth you are searching for in the Central Valley. However, my favorite is the broth less ramen bowl and chicken karaage on the side. The brothless ramen may be hard to break up initially but its worth the work with the flavor bomb that the chef crafted. Chicken karaage with a sprinkle of lemon is the best side-kick to your noodles that youd be wondering what youve been missing your whole life. Hands down best ramen in Fresno/Clovis area.

I wanted to like this place because of all the good reviews. However, it just didnt hit the spot. The flavors were too concentrated to enjoy. This was our opinion. The kids didnt like the ramen as much, they tried to like it but it was just not the taste we expected. Dont think this is your at home ramen, way different. Acquired taste for sure. Great service though. $65 for family of 4

Nice ramen bowl. Very simple and easy to order. However I am a bit disappointed in the lack of variety and complexity. I at least wish there was more to drink and more to choose from. There are not that much toppings and you also have to pay extra for it. Thought their meat is extraordinary tender and umami. You would have to pay at least 3$ extra.Overall, simple and you can be pretty content with the ramen quality. But I wouldn’t come here often as there isn’t much of a variety.

Came here on a rainy day, which is the perfect weather to enjoy ramen. We enjoyed both the chicken and pork ramen bowl, both were excellent. Huge bowl, chicken cuts were grilled and plentiful. My tiny gripe is for the pork (tonkotsu) I only received 2 1/2 slices of pork. The ratio of the pork to the noodles wasnt merely enough. What really impressed us was the bao aka steamed bun, what a twist! It was more like a tri tip Steam bun taco! So delectable! We would come back just to eat these, you should definitely try! Great service the entire time and a cozy spot.

My wife and I tried this place after we got hooked on Ramen recently. Our go-to spot was closed so we tried Brothers for the first time.It was pretty disappointing. The added ingredients were lacking, overall flavor was okay, but the biggest issue we had was with the portions. Normally I struggle to finish my order and my wife has enough for two meals. We both easily ate this meal in one sitting. Not advocating for quantity over quality, but considering our order was lacking in both departments, we felt shorted. We may try them again at somepoint, but only if our options are limited...

What I found interesting is the Karaage. It was unexpectedly good. The way the lemon added this layer of flavor to the very distinct Japanese ingredients already flavoring the meat was nice. The noodle. You get to choose to add your own toppings, and each come with additional charge. I don’t think there was anything special. It was a nice bowl of noodle, but not something I can’t get over. I must commend the fact thar the soup didn’t have that over stewed, salty flavor. Usually in the evening some restaurants don’t change their soup and the soup is left very salty. The soup in this instance tasted neutral like it should.Lastly, they don’t serve tea. I’m so use to ordering hot tea with my Ramen, I walked away feeling slightly disappointed. It didn’t feel complete. But after experiencing the vibe of the place, I understand that serving hot tea with noodle is not the aim.

Very nice staff, clean, and great service. Ramen was very delicious. I got spicy Tonkotsu and a Teriyaki Chicken Bao. The Bao was *chefs kiss*. Small menu but big flavor. Definitely recommend.

Overnighting in Fresno and came here on recommendation from hotel staff. Good Ramen, no doubt, but the star of the dish was the Bao bun! Very flavorful and fresh! Add at least one of these to your meal. They lose one star because I specifically ordered the Bao bun as an appetizer and it came out after I was done with the Ramen. Aside from that… a enjoyable experience and good atmosphere to have dinner.

We went to their restaurant in river park and ordered the tonkatsu base ramen. It was our second time there and the first visit was great so we thought of coming back to order the same ramen. This time, our experience was horrible. We had our orders quick but they tasted nothing like the one on our first visit. Everything was very salty and we both came home feeling lethargic after. I had suffered headache for hours that night from all of the saltiness. We decided we won’t be back anymore.
