Worst experienceNot recommend this place to anyone.Gave us seats with water not wiped properly.had to grab chairs ourselves from other empty tables.Server were ridiculous rude, brought appetizers and literally threw on the table, no smile and no etiquettes.Flithy restaurant several tables were not cleaned for over 40 mins.Brooms and garbage cans laying around in restaurant and no one cares to pick that up. Felt like sitting around garbage.Order placed came after 30 mins and was wrong. Waited over another 20-25 mins but food was not brought back. Asked for manager and he shows up after 10 mins with phone in his hand saying he is too busy in the kitchen. Didn’t bothered to apologize and said he is ok if we put review on google.If front was so filthy and unprofessional, imagine what will be the view inside the kitchen.

Frank was our bartender and did a pretty bad job at servicing us. Paid a lot of attention to the sports patrons and had a lot of strong sports opinions did not get around to us before he was finished taking to the what I assumed was a regular. Coral on the other hand was so sweet and attentive.

Its $35 for twenty wings. They raised their prices again which is insane. I wont be back until they come down to reality. Building is half empty, line out the door since they are understaffed, sad to see a business drive themselves into the ground for quarterly profits.1 month update. Ill never be back. Restroom didnt have soap, how are people washing their hands? How are employees washing their hands?Server couldnt figure out how to apply the points I redeemed.Value meals 20/20 wasnt redeemable in store even though nothing on the app said that.Tried to redeem the 6 free boneless wing coupon from when I donated to charity and the server couldnt do it.The store cant even turn on its lights. I remember when bdubs had a minimum 40 minute wait for a table for SNF.I used to go to bdubs once a week for half priced wings. Ill be surprised if this location is open in 12 months.

Overcrowded, poor service no place to sit and the next day I found a second charge on my debit card of 80 dollars, after talking to the manager she charged me for the guy who was drunk sitting next to me and left with out paying his tab so they ran my card a second time with out my permission and after two weeks they wont refund me my money so I have to file a police report and deal with my bank, never going back. The manager and staff are not helpful at all.

It was college football game night! The restaurant show know how pack it will be and have the proper servers on deck! We sat in the bar area which had only one server, so our orders came extremely late!

Luckily had a great server, my only problem when I arrived to ask for a table I was standing there for 10 minutes unattended even though the place was empty employees were looking at me like I was going to ask for free food if you come here, just make sure you get someone’s attention to get you a table.

Sat down at the bar, my wife standing next to me, waiting for service, she wanted a quick water before to go across the street to go shopping art ROSS . The manger BO came by the bar and ushered us away, my wife was in the way he said and had to move away !!!!!! From a BAR no less !!!!!!!! Will NEVER come to this location ever again !!! Here they will seat you where they want. It doesn’t matter if there are empty tables, they need to seat you with the server they want l. You can wait a good 30 minutes when there are more than 10 tables emptyDon’t even ask for a boot because is a special treat like they are doing you a favor to eat here.. crazy!

I had such a great experience dining in today. I’ve been to this location before but never had such great customer service like today. Spencer was amazing! He explained all my questions from the menu and you can tell he cared to make sure we were happy. I am VERY big on customer service and spencer exceeded my expectations.

To be honest I dont usually hit up chain restaurants that often but I did have a giftcard from a year ago and gave it a shot. The texture was a bit off on the wings and there was an almost imperceptible difference in sauce flavors. The kicker was paying $8.19 for fries and then the reality of receiving a handful (literally)of mediocre fries. Would I give this place another try? Naw.

What a horribly managed mess. Took an hour for food to be brought to the table. The place was practically empty. The manager was not helpful in any capacity and while his staff struggled to even put drinks onto tables, he was at the host stand debating on where to hang a poster. Save your time and money. Literally anywhere in Santa Clarita/Canyon Country can give you better service than this place. Hell....7-Eleven could give you a better/higher quality dining experience as it compares to this place...

Got the Buffalo wings traditional sauce, fries and onion rings, so good. Had a little heat to me, loved them. Had some leftovers, ordered 10 pc. Get to do it all over again. Server was super nice. Great experience and if you like watching sports, Ive never seen so many tvs positioned in the perfect viewing angles. This place is like hidden gem. I must tell the world!

Always a long wait for ONLINE orders, even if you pre choose the time. I’ve had to wait multiple times for more than 15 minutes. Today was the last straw before posting a review: had to wait 30 minutes+ for my order, staff seemed to be looking for the order instead of letting me know the order was not ready which was obvious. Multiple things missing from my order & their phone number sounds as busy every time I dial so I can’t even let them know how poor their service was. Don’t spend your money here, go to Wingstop.

From the very beginning when we met the employee at the front, we had a horrible experience. She was inattentive and would leave the customers to go speak with other employees. When we sat down at a table, server was the only professional one that actually was attentive and cared about her customers. She is the only reason why this post is getting 2 stars rather than 1. The employee that brought out our food, threw our plates on the table in a very disrespectful manner and left. Our server noticed and came to our table and asked if we needed anything else and offered to bring out veggies. Shortly after receiving our food music began to play over the speakers, which began with some mellow songs. Soon after, vulgar music began playing and customers were staring at each other in confusion. This was inappropriate since there were many families with small children who did not need to hear that garbage. That will be the last time we return to that location, until management gets there team together and figures out how to run that establishment.

I typically go here in the late evening. There seems to be a disconnect between servers because I rarely have the person taking my order ever coming back to my table except for the check. It took me forever to order food. When I finally flagged down the bartender Lilith, she was very rude. She ignored me while I sat watching the dodger game and skipped me multiple times while trying to order a beer and food. I do not know what her problem is but she commented “You ignored me so I made you wait” before ordering my food and drink. My wings were cold by the time they came out. The service was so bad people around me commented on Lilith’s behavior. I would fire her immediately if I were the supervisor or owner.

Waiter kept forgetting what we were asking for. He was constantly fooling around and dancing with his coworkers in their little workers room. We ordered a cheesecake with the caramel on the side but they gave us a cheesecake covered with caramel. I politely told a waiter we asked for the caramel on the side and so he took it and brought us a new one. No joke he literally brought us a frozen cheesecake, straight out of the freezer, it was rock hard. I would say the food is below average but its pretty expensive I paid almost $20 for a burger. Went on Wednesday, January 23rd, and the food was great. There was a lot of traffic in the area due to about 5 accidents on FWY 14, and it visibly irritated some customers as they showed up. Wait times for seating and getting food were much longer than expected, but it looked like there werent too many employees. The waitresses that attended us were absolutely doing their best, however. Again, the food was great even if it took some time. Big thanks to everyone that works there, and I hope more people join your team soon.

The worst service! If you are going with a big group of 10-15 people DO NOT GO HERE! It seems they do not enjoy serving groups. We made a reservation, got seated, then received water after 20/30 minutes of waiting then after 45 minutes of us flagging a server down orders were placed, but we decided not to order and left as we felt the cooking of food would most likely take another 20/30 minutes and hoped two less orders our friends food would get to them quicker...I would not recommend.

As someone who has been coming to this location for the last 3 or so years, the most order and interaction I’ve had with this BWW has been poor. June 3, 2021: I ordered a BOGO 10-Boneless Wings deal through the app - 10 Parm Garlic and 10 Desert Heat. Ordered it at 7:38 PM and it arrived at about 1 hour and 20 minutes later (I figured the place was busy so I didn’t mind this); what’s unfortunate is that they only gave me 5 of each flavor of wing, so only 10 (even though the e-mail receipt literally says “BOGO 10 Boneless Wings (20 Total”).Having paid the full approximate $17 for the wings and with the additional delivery fee and delivery tip, I paid $28.49 for half of my actual order, which is abysmal. Therefore, I called the location and told them the problem (I spoke with a person by the name of Sandra, and they were very polite). I was given a credit for 20 boneless for next time in the event I order from this BWW again; I was advised to make sure to call the location before ordering so the credit would work, which is fine.Fast forward to June 10, 2021: one week later, I decided I wanted to use my credit for those 20 wings. I called the location at around 8:00 PM - I was asked if I could hold and I told them I could wait.I was left on hold for almost 19 minutes and then they straight up hung up, which I’ve never had experience with before; I’m at a loss for why they decided to do that, but I digress.Despite my continued visits to this BWW, I advise not ordering delivery or ordering toward the later times of the day, because they continuously screw up orders and their service goes downhill the later it gets (understandably I suppose). I’ve had multiple credits with this location due to them giving the delivery drivers the wrong quantity or type of food (this has been at least the third time), so it’s honestly better for your money to pick up the food and more favorable for you to avoid dodgy service by checking your food on your own before leaving the building.It’s not enjoyable being this critical of the location; despite enjoying the food they provide, their service and screw ups versus the price you pay are not in good alignment with each other.The only reason why this review has two stars and not one is because they try to rectify errors when you call them out for it and the food has always been fine.If someone has read this far into this review, I hope it’s of value to you, whether you be a consumer, employee, manager, or what have you.

I ordered from the website for a 20 traditional/20 boneless wings combo, with 4 different kinds of sauce, but I only received 2 and they were kind of tiny too, we didnt have enough sauce for the whole 40 wings and it ruined the meal. We ate like 15 wings and dumped the rest because we had so sauce left, and the plain chicken pieces were dry and hard to swallow at that point, so basically we finished just less half an order. I didnt get my ranch either but I dont really care about it, however the Asian Zing and Mango sauce were the 2 my friend wanted and you gave him none. I dont like to waste my time writing a complaint but today was such a huge disappointment to me that I have to do this now.P/S the owner contacted me and said they had my name on credit book next time I visit. I dont think I will come back anytime soon but I added a star just because they reached out and said sorry, which is not what all other restaurants would do. If I ever come back to the same store I will revisit this comment.

Ordered a burger, fries, and TWO 20 Oz soda bottles for delivery. Order gets delivered with NO sodas. I call and they try to blame the delivery person who barley spoke English. Im sorry, but YOU should have made sure you gave the complete order to the driver. Then they wont even do what normal restaurants do and offer something for the inconvenience. The worst experience ever at this particular location and terrible customer service from the moment we sat down at a table. Unfortunately for us things only got worse as the night went on, we eventually left from feeling so uncomfortable and misled by our server.We will never return back to this location ever again. I hope management eventually gets better and cleans up there because they all seem so lost with tons of miscommunications between eachother and very strong tension, which customers can easily pick up on. Don’t understand how 2 party groups that came AFTER us got there order first and mind you we only ordered 2 snack wings and a basket of fries. I don’t know approximately how long we waited but I sure could tell you that when our wings came in they were well done, which we DID NOT ask for and COLD. I saw her at the waitress station talking to another waitress not checking on our food. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, there were only 2 of us and the place was empty. I have since felt the need to edit my previous review, in the last six months there has been a steady decline in all aspects of the business. For starters it takes way to long for anyone to take your order, this includes if youre sitting at the bar. When they finally take it its never right. The food coming from the kitchen is subpar at best and then to top it off when they forget to bring out something you ordered they leave it on the check and want to argue with you that you got it. Sorely disappointed in the progression on this establishment.

Never again!. I decided to try buffalo wild wings in canyon country for the first time and i regret doing so. I ordered take out and arrived at the time they stated order would be ready however had to wait as order wasnt ready. Ok Not a big deal. The issue that really disappointed me was that the food was cold and the way they advertise is very different from what u actually get. The nachos in the sampler did not even have any cheese. I had to add some from home. Did not win me over with taste either. I definitely will not be going there again thats for sure.

Visited here about 3 times in the past 2 and a half years and each time have either regretted it or felt irritated at some point. Every time I have gone it has been relatively empty (max 20 people dining) and for some reason it always takes forever to get seated, be served, and waiting for the check is an eternity. So with a large 15 people group the wait was too long and unnecessary as by the time we arrived the fight had long since been over and there was more than enough room for several large groups. This is a great place to watch a game while eating lunch or dinner. The dining area is surrounded by TVs playing different sporting events.We come here for the wings of course. The food is appalling. I ordered a Caesar Salad which looked very inviting until I put the dressing on the top. The dressing was hot and spicy and I am sure that it contained jalapeños. Not the usual Caesar Salad dressing which if fairly mild. I sent it back and did not have to pay for it, thanks to our lovely waitress. I felt ill all night long and am still feeling bad at mid day on the next day. The menu is very confusing. I will NOT be going back, it was my worst nightmare. During our visit today on the first Sunday of the football season we had an awful experience. We went to this location early to try and get the best seats possible. When we walked in to the location we asked the supervisor on duty where the Saints and Patriots came would be played. The manager told us and I asked him to move the saints game to a different tv. He told me that corporate decides what TVs they have the games on and he can not change it. We settled with this. Once the games started we noticed that a game the manager told us was on a certain tv was not on that tv. When asked for him to correct his issue he did not. He refused to help fix the issue he caused. When asked to do something about it he failed to do so. This was the worst experiance I have ever had at a buffalo wild wings. When asked to talk to his supervisor I was given information not matching to what I asked for. Never had a problem with this place until today.. Michell tells us that we cant order 20 boneless wings, that we can order 24.. we say that we always order 20, and she asks if we count them.. i almost got up and spartan kicked her.... the rest of our visit i just wanted to jam my pilsner glass into her neck... other that that, the two stars are only for today

Boneless wings are unAmerican.My kids love the wings, fries, and fried pickles. Our server was a pretty cool kat but one thing....he said they dont have chives when they are clearly on a picture. He said they dont use them. Cmon Man.

How can you go wrong with BWW, well I about to explain 245pm on a Tuesday we are in the parking lot of BWW shopping very very quite kids in school rest of the world working so I thought except the BWW staff, walked in none to greet us, sat ourselves norm, so we sat in bar 1 person at bar eating already mind you, and another watching tv already paid, we sit and wait, and wait mind you bartender on phone texting and has made eye contact with us when we walked in, 305 still in phone so I look for a manger spoke with a server said he would grab HIM little did we know he ran a errand this was 315 we said the hell with this place and left as we are walking out I look back a bartender still on phone... that location is a farse at best same with staff, and as a restaurant owner myself we know how much customer service and attention will make or break a place... I highly suggest if you want great CS go somewhere else.. Good luck.
