First time and it was great time. Came here during lunch hours and the food and service was excellent. The waiter was very nice and always check up on us if we needed anything. For the price of all you can eat, it was definitely worth it.

Waiting in this spot for about an hour now we were told it’s a 10-15 minute wait. My thing though if you running a restaurant with high volume of guest. You should be more organized at least let your guest know apologize for the inconvenience. Nothing. Seriously. The middle section is closed off apparently this place used to be a hot pot spot. So observing, the staff clearly their understaff, but can tell their unorganized because they all keep running around like chickens with out heads. There are more people waiting outside this door. Ridiculous service I can agree it’s complete crass. I would not recommend coming to this place to eat. The reviews never lie. We just left because there was so many people overcrowding the entrance I was like nope to many people in here and out side. They really need to get it together, literally wasted our time and gas. Whoever was reading this don’t come here I repeat your wasting your life and time and why the heck were the servers in the back giggling and laughing like people were getting up reaching to grab utensils spoons and tongs. Unsanitary how insane.

Service was super fast and our server was so kind and funny! (She reminded me of my mom 🥹) The beef brisket was my favorite. The dipping sauce and salad were delicious as well. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

The waiter inside is very kind, she keeps helping us change the baking tray, and she is smiling. It’s been a long time since I saw such a good service staff. The food is also delicious. The price is worth going again and again. Please ask the boss to help the staff. Salary, because they are so nice!

All of the meats were excellent. The side dishes were also quite good. The owner/boss was very helpful in taking our order and serving the dishes promptly. The staff performed their jobs like well oiled machinery. Our table of 8 really enjoyed the meal and left very happy.

Grand opening - All you can eat KBBQ for a great price starting $20!! Lowest price since 2016. The quality of meat is very good and I enjoyed it very much. They offer unlimited side dishes and I love supporting small businesses.*Downside*I had a strange vibe they are new to the food business. It is family owned and service was not very good when I went on a Saturday. They took a long time passing out the meat we ordered. Service was very slow and even serve the wrong meat to several tables. I even overheard one table mad about the service and threatened to not pay (typical Karen)There’s room for major improvement and I hope that when you do go you will be patient and sincere. Not for Karens. Karens need to stay away please

This place is located in a strip mall on Colima Rd. Just past Paso Real Road. Upon checking in with a party of 6 we were seated pretty quickly. Sides that were presented immediately included salad, bean sprouts, potato salad, Kim chee, and macaroni salad. Grills are in table with vent hoods above you. This means youll probably smell like barbecue after your meal. Some kbbq places have the vents sucking air right at the grill.They were not busy when arrived but had three or four parties already there as of 1:30 PM. The server took a bit long to ask us what meats we wanted first but no biggie. Just a bit more difficult when you have have young ones and a baby.We ordered Menu A which is 19.99 per person and 12 for kids. We ordered the beef bulgogi, brisket, and thinly sliced pork belly.All the meats and sides were fresh and tasty. The familys favorite is the brisket, rice paper and daikon wrap. For Korean bbq novices try making a little wrap with brisket, bean sprouts, a bit of rice, salad and dip In sesame oil.

We were served 2 rounds of meat and then were not helped at all after that. After dining for only 30 minutes we had tried to get the attention of our waiter who clearly ignored us as we had our hands raised and were asking for him as he walked by. We left after being there for a little over an hour. Beef belly was very good, brisket and bulgogi were alright, although I was disappointed with the quality of their kimchi. We will not be returning.

Came in for lunch on a Wed and wasnt too busy, we got seated down by the busboy or helper and got our banchan(sides) he was very nice. Server came over few moments later, we ordered our food drinks and steamed egg sides. We did not get any water until or first meat was almoat cooked on the grill,we had to ask 3 times for our drinks, people next to us also were already eating with no drinks. We asked multiple times for our water and also our steamed egg and soup. Took about 30min for our steamed egg as he forgot and was already cold. At this point the busboy I think his name was Elizares was the one helping us with everything, he was so helpfull and nice. Everything we asked the server he forgot,had to ask 2-3 times over and over to remind him, he did not do a good job, the busboy that day was amazing helping us and helping alot of his tables with refills and sitting people down. The server looked very lost and did not know what he was doing, .To top it off I observed the waiter yell at the busboy(Elizares) in front of customers like if he was not helping him enough, I thought maybe it was an owner as you do not talk to someone like that infront of customers. Nope it was just a waiter yelling at the busboy that was doing all the work and actually helping us. Service from waiter was terrible, that busboy was awesome that day helping us and multiple tables.Food was pretty good once we got it. Owner needs to be around and speak to his waiting staff.Server stars 1, busboy and food stars 5.

Very busy lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Two servers were very busy taking orders for at least 10 tables. They manage to bring all the request. The korean ribs was soft and really good. Sides include salad, kimchi, cucumber, macaroni, rice paper, bean sprouts and glass noodles. Ordered also the tofu soup, corn cheese, korean pan cake and steamed egg. All are really good.

This is the first and last time I will ever be going to this restaurant.I was celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary with my husband this weekend. We had a weekend getaway and drove from Washington state to Cali to participate in the pride parade which was in the area. I walked into the restaurant with my one of my close friends and she was discriminated against by the owner. He refused to serve us because one of my best friends identified as a trans-female. We asked nicely that he referred to my trans friend as a she/her. Instead he did not respect her pronouns and started to raise his voice in front of the other customers. Eventually enough was enough and we left the restaurant.

We brought in a party of 13 to a $20/person AYCE 😭 So, already, obviously, we suck. However!!!!! The service was impeccable, even though they did (very obviously) ignore us at times. Totally understandable though, and we got our orders in eventually, so props to your bus-ladies! It has been awhile since Ive eaten at this location, it used to be Shabu 88. To be honest the food is like any other Korean BBQ spot. I was hoping after new ownership it would be better. Not to mention the service. It was a slow day around the time we were there and our group of 6 people kept being overlooked. We were even cut short on our eating time. They had cut us at 1hr 30min when their advertisement says 2 hour limit. Not to mention they also limit the order amount and didnt bring the food on a timely fashion. As soon as a bigger party of Koreans came in, my party felt forgotten.

We arrived around 6 pm and we didnt wait long before getting a table. There was plenty of smaller sides, all my favorite stuff like salads and kimchi. Our server immediately took our order, you can order 3 items at a time.My favorite items are: short ribs, tongue and ribeye. The other stuff are good too. Ambiance is normal for a KBBQ place. We were all just busy cooking the food and eating the food. Really good food, and clean place with decent service. They regularly change out the grills without having to ask but you might have to flag down the waiters for water, cups and utensils. They do have a limit on certain menu items like the beef tongue and steamed eggs. Overall would come again and would recommend!

This place was really special. I came with a group of 5 on a busy rainy day and we were seated within an hr which is not too bad considering they were understaffed. We chose dinner option B and were delighted to see that there was a butcher on site. The quality of the meats was really high and the sides didnt leave much to be desired. The kimchi was delicate yet fermented to perfection and the boneless rib eye stole the show! I will definitely be back.

Horrible waitress who would constantly give us an attitude when we were trying to order. Around 80-90 minutes into our 2-hour window, we asked our waitress for 3 servings of 1 type of meat because we really liked that type of meat. She only gave us one. So we later asked again for 2 more after we finished that serving, which she then subsequently only still gave us 1. We asked her for another serving after, to which she said our 2 hours are almost up. We were confused because if she had just given us the 3 servings the first time we asked, we wouldve been able to get those 3 servings well into our window. I asked for 1 more serving, and she just walked away. She returned with 1/3rd of a normal serving and THREW the meat with the sauce onto our stove. This was the RUDEST restaurant experience Ive ever been to before. I dont even make google reviews, but this warranted it. Know that even though youre only paying $20 for the cheapest option, youre really getting what you pay for. The staff doesnt acknowledge you, eating up your 2 hour eating window, and then is rude to you all throughout when you ask for food. I will NEVER go back here again. Dont come here if you want an enjoyable kbbq experience.

My family and I wanted to try a new KBBQ All you can Eat restaurant for a celebration and from reading the reviews we wanted to try out Buga. Nothing against the staff, this review is for the clown of an owner or the manager that runs the restaurant. No restaurant of that size should have only two wait staff working on a weekend considering how full the restaurant was. 🙄. We had to keep repeating where was our order and when we finally got our order we had to wait at least 20 minutes for an order of only 3 meats. What made it even worse was after waiting those twenty minutes we would only receive half of the order we asked for. The kicker of it all is we hit the 2hr eating limit, which has never happened to me ever going to a KBBQ restaurant. Beware if you decide to go to this restaurant. They don’t deserve their 4 star rating.

The food was ok. But the service was awful. Many tables gotta wait 5-15 min for a server to come. And the server would forget what previously promised the customers.I ordered my hot water since I sat down, trying to remind the server every time he/she (different people) came, but the water didn’t come until 1 min before I signed the receipt.This is definitely the worst experience ever.I didn’t want to pay tips at all, but I still did.Will not recommend but I hope they will improve.

To be honest, the food here was great, but the service was awful. One of the waitresses constantly ignoring us, and when we complained about it, she was acting like it was your fault. And the worst part is that you will have to pay mandatory 18% of the gratuity. I can imagine where that altitude came from, cuz no matter what you will have to pay at least 18%. Never again going back to that place..The tofu soup and the egg is only limited to 2 bowl in one order for a family of 4. They stop you from ordering and will tell you to finished the meat first before ordering. The reason why we keep ordering is, we want a continues grilling and eating and dont have to wait for the next order..When we finished our meat as the waitress said, it took 30 minutes to be notice for our call to order....Why stop as from ordering as long we know we can finish what we order..thats very rude. The service was really really good. It is my first time writing a review and im writing because of their great service. They cleared the empty plates right away and served the meat quickly. The hall was really busy, but the servers always took orders in a good manner. My friend was also satisfied with everything and told me the price was worth it. I personally liked the beef belly because I prefer thin sliced meat, but thats just my personal opinion.Both the staff and the owner are friendly. The meat is also delicious and fresh. I think the meat is pretty good, but one aunts service was very, very, very bad, and the experience was very bad. The five of us went to eat and order some food. We waved our hands for a long time, pretending not to notice, and then ignored us and went to the white men at the table in front of us to order for them. You can only order three items at a time before you can continue to order. This is quite normal, but after all, There were five of us eating relatively quickly, and today there was no one else taking orders except this aunt. There was only one big brother who collected the food (very positive and nice person). Every time we wanted to order, he pretended not to see it for a long time. Come and order it for us, not to mention that it really affects the dining experience when it is limited to 120 minutes. During this period, I ordered a bowl of soup from him. It took about 20-30 minutes and it still didnt come. And I saw that the customers who were much later than us had served several bowls of soup, so I asked him why my soup hadnt come yet, but he He pointed to the kitchen very impatiently and said, Theres a kitchen, they cook, you can wait. His tone made me feel very uncomfortable. He didnt come for the last hour or so. When I finally asked him again, he said very impatiently that I wasnt. Did he give it to you? Both types of steaks are served frozen like ice cubes. The marinated meat is very salty. The tofu pot is so small that two people can only order one portion. I really don’t recommend this place. There is absolutely no reason to come here a second time.
