2023-06-21 23:22:41Went here because it was around the corner from where I go bouldering. Great post workout meal. Went in and the man behind the counter took us a bit to sit down. Not a big deal.So here is the situation, the menu highlighted shows two parts. The blue and the red. The blue is family courses and it shows a lot of selections and the red is all inclusive which include prime steak and wagyu. We got the bullta because of the wagyu. We were allowed three meat selection at a time. First was the prime rib, wagyu, and brisket. While we waited, there is a all you can eat area where you can load up on kimchi, salad, sauces, japjae and whatever Korean side dish and soups they have.Got to grilling the meat and the wagyu was very disappointing. It was very tough and chewy. Ordered another one and it was slightly better but still tough and chewy. I guess they gave us wagyu chuck. We stopped ordering the wagyu and we got every other thing on the menu. What was very delicious was the lamb bolgogi which we kept on ordering on top of brisket as well as the prime steak. Also a robot sometimes comes around and serves you the meat order. I would come back again. I didnt even bother with the appetizer but looking at the menu again I would probably go and try that out.

2023-04-23 05:04:42We had a massive party and a lot of fun at Bullta. Side dishes were all delicious and there was a wide range to choose from. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we cant thank them enough for our wonderful night. Alcoholic drinks were yummy and they did provide us some virgin margaritas as well. Cant go wrong having an experience here!

2023-02-21 04:47:24Great Experience! Vibe and Atmosphere with smokeless grills set up at your table and the banchan buffet self serve. The Menu choose different options from family style menu to premiums it’s all delicious like the La Galbi, Plain meats cause you can dip in sesame oil and salt or get some sauces and mix it up add veggies too like the onions, mushrooms and bell peppers, Seafood the shrimp can be hard to peel after grilling, spicy chicken is great also the marinated meats. The Banchan Buffet self serve pick up your tray and go for it what a good idea! Love the jjapchae, soft tofu soup spicy and good 😊 veggies, sauces and variety of sides I noticed it changes sometimes. Great staff and friendly servers always checking if we need more water or placing more orders from the menuBeverages of course soju goes with bbq and the bar side with its fancy cocktails.Overall it’s my favorite for lunch or dinner with friends and family

2023-04-25 02:50:47Best Korean BBQ Ive been to! I love the salad bar. The sides are much more flavorful than other restaurants Ive been to. The meat is very fresh as well. Not to mention, they have SMORES!

2023-09-28 21:41:34The food was outstanding, but our server told us we were only allowed to order the most expensive item on the menu, even though we were there for a group business lunch. We are not high paid employees, but we get together once a month for lunch and would have loved to make this place a regular for us. It won’t be. The bill for 6 people was over $300! Most of us only had water to drink. My manager had a coke. $50 each for just lunch is way too expensive for us. I am not the manager, but I put the check on my credit card and told everyone just to pay me $40 each, which is still very expensive for lunch. I question whether this is really the restaurant’s policy or whether our server just wanted to make a big tip. (He added the tip on himself). In fairness, some of my co-workers could not make it, but at no time during the reservation process did anyone tell us that we would not be able to order from the menu. We could only order the full $39.95 Korean BBQ (not even the family selection). The restrictions really spoiled the experience, even though the food was very good.

2023-01-08 18:48:47The buffet is expensive. There is a 20% off on their website. The appetizers and banchon are self serve. There is a variety such as wings, fried rice, cold Xian noodles, japchae etc. The meat selection is more limited compared to other Korean BBQ I have been to. Overall its a once in Awhile place because of the cost . Restroom was clean.

2023-10-21 04:04:48Bullta is great. All of the meats were high quality, well sliced, and seasoned. The self service bonchon is awesome, you get exactly what you want instead of some sides you might not like much. The service was really great too, we never felt pressured or like we had to wait too long. The atmosphere was pretty typical for KBBQ. We definitely will come back and bring friends!

2022-06-02 06:05:08I pass by this place all the time and it always look busy so I figure it must be good! So tonight I came for dinner and as soon as I walked in I recognized the owner from Ninja Sushi (another frequent spot of mine).Anyway, so my group and I decided to go with the more expensive AYCE option that includes the wagyu beef. Usually at most KBBQ places, I just eat LA galbi and steak and my husband likes his bulgogi. Well, tonight I was just ordering wagyu because it was delicious! Best bbq meat option ever! I hope they keep this on the menu for a long time.Oh, lets talk about the banchan. Whenever I go to a KBBQ restaurant (I love Kbbq btw) I always tell them to give me like a bowlful of kimchi because I just cant get enough. I love this place because I can get my unlimited fill of kimchi and all the other side dishes. I tried almost all of them and they were all good! I think I would go back just for the banchan alone. And did I mention they have smores?? One of my old fav kbbq place, which I wont mention by name, used to have smores on the menu but they no longer have it so Im so glad that this place has it and its all you can eat so you can have more than one!Overall, I had a great experience. No complaints. Everything was clean, the service was good and the meats and banchans were excellent. Would definitely come back before the mass finds out about this place and it gets super busy.

2022-05-19 00:30:01Always trying to find new places to eat in the Sacramento area. A friend sent this to us and we decided to try it out. We thought this place was pretty decent so we came back two days in a row. The first night we came, we ended up waiting 45 minutes for two people. It seems like they were not fully staffed, so a lot of the tables were empty. They did just have their opening so Im sure they are still working some things out.We had the Bullta menu and its very extensive. The meats come out in these metal bowls that kind of remind me of dog bowls but theyre great cuz they stack well. The bowl doesnt seem like it holds a lot of meat, but when youre starting to put it on the grill you realize theres a lot of meat. I love their banchan and some of their snack items are located at the buffet bar. Its kind of cool because they have the metal lunch trays and their sectioned out so you can grab a bunch of things.I highly recommend getting the brisket, galbi, and finger ribs. The ramen is pretty decent, and definitely not spicy so if youre worried about that youll have no problem. The steamed egg is also another great item to order. This will probably be our go-to Korean barbecue spot in the area. As of right now (May 2022), they will only see you if your entire party is there and they currently do not take reservations.

2023-08-30 17:24:09Enjoy the variety and quality of meats. The bonchon bar is good (though if youre not careful youll fill up there and eat less meat!) There were many sauces missing last time I was there, which made me sad. The miso paste, sesame oil, and house sauce mixed together were good, but wouldve liked the rest of the listed sauces to be there too.Staff were very friendly and took good care of us. They will make fried rice on the grill at the end if you ask for the Bullta Finale.Sometimes the music gets a tad too loud, especially during the birthday song (but its a celebration, right?).Price isnt too bad either at $40 per person for the full menu.
