WOW! If you are someone who loves or even just likes pepperoni pizza then you need to try the 120 pepperoni pizza with black garlic. I also highly recommend getting a side of white garlic sauce. The black garlic is an additional $3.99 and $.99 for the side of white garlic sauce. The flavors of the black garlic take the pizza to the next level. We also ordered a large 1/2 cheese, and 1/2 Margherita pizza which was on point as well. The pizzas are thin crust which we love. We will definitely be back for some more of that game changing 120 pepperoni with black garlic. Pricing is fair. There is only 3 tables inside and 2 tables outside so seating is limited. I would recommend eating there. Have it served on the pan so the pizza dough stays crunchy. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed.

Ive been following Burattino on Instagram from our home in Utah, so when we were in LA for a recent trip, we drove to Rancho Palos Verdes, about a half hour from our hotel near Disneyland, to try it. The pizza was amazing. Possibly my favorite pizza joint. The pie was loaded with flavorful black garlic seasonings, cheese, pepperoni, and fresh ingredients. Seriously this was some of the best pizza ever. Well definitely stop by again next time were in LA.

First time here. Cashier probably one of the local kids. Cute and knowledgeable. Explained menu items. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with black garlic sauce. 25 min wait time. There were three tables inside and two outside. Pizza came out. And whoa, believe the hype, this was delicious. Thinner crust. Black garlic sauce gave it a different flavor and the pepperoni had amazing taste.

As I traveled 50+ miles to get the crunch experience, I didnt receive it. I follow on social media and seeing the pizza out the oven Im sure its crunchy....when fresh out. Although, The pizza was good but I expected better. Im not sure if it was because my pizza was given to me boxed or? The staff was friendly, the employee taking orders was very nice and welcoming! She was very good at multitasking and making sure people that were waiting outside got their orders. I would visit again if I am ever in the area!

Ive been waiting so long to try this place since watching their Instagram page. I ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza with the black garlic sauce & the Buffalo chicken wings. The pizza was a thin crust that was crunchy with every bite. The black garlic sauce was tasty. The chicken wings were moist, cooked perfectly and just perfect heat. Service was outstanding. They welcomed you and were very patient with me when ordering and thanked us when we left. I see why they are busy all the time.

Been following these guys on insta for some time. We had a gig in HB so we figured another 20min drive would be fine. (we drove up from San Diego)We had an XL 120 with extra cheese.Is it the best pizza? No. But it IS a solid pizza and IS great value for the price.I think I need to try something else next time. Would I drive up from SD just for a slice again, probably not, but if yoy are in the area definetely give’em a try!

Its a really good spot to get some really good pizza. The pizza has a nice thin crust, which is a little crispy but you can still fold and enjoy the fresh ingredients.The place is small so its best to order to go. Ive been to two of there locations in Carson and San Pedro. Both are equally good!

The pizza made at Burattino taste so good. They really do use a brick oven to make their pizza and when it comes right out of the oven it’s very warm. The pizzas are so good while they are warm. The inside is small with only two tables but there are tables outside too.

The owner has to be one of the kindest people I have met. He is always so happy and friendly. We travel almost 7 hours to come and enjoy the pizza. We highly recommend the cheese lava pie and 120 pepperoni pizza the wings are also very delicious. You have to try the white sauce and black garlic seasoning! Everything is beyond delicious 🤤

Pro: The employees are very kind.Cons: I literally witnessed (in this order) a white short chubby woman with long hair and long nails wearing NO GLOVES touching customer’s pizza with her hands, then scratching her face… her nose… and then touched someone else’s pizza, then rubbing her eyes, and then touches another pizza as they come out of the oven! Didn’t wash her hands at all! Very unsanitary! No thank you! Got my money back and immediately left!They are said to have good pizza, but not at the cost of unsanitary behaviors.

I live in New Orleans but Instagram shows me this places pics and videos every single day. While in LA, we made the drive to finally get the pizza we drool over on a daily basis.The staff could care less that we were huge fans and that this was the highlight of our trip. The pizza was just ok. It wasnt nearly as beautiful as the ones we see on IG nor did it taste like anything special (the side of white garlic sauce was the only thing that made the pizza worthwhile). Our appetizers came out long after our pizza so we werent really interested in them any more.Certainly a bit disappointed. Weve been looking forward to this moment for so long and it was just blah. We had planned to come every day of our trip and try out different pies but were so underwhelmed, were just gonna find other places to eat instead.This feels like a breakup lol 🥹

I never knew you could mess up pizza 🫠. I went to the location near San Pedro and I was so excited to have pizza I’d been craving it all day but I was closer to this location instead of the location in Carson which is where I originally tried the pizza and loved it 😊 this location on the other hand was HORRIBLE. I ordered. 3 pizzas and two of them have NO SAUCE ON THEM AT ALL 🤯 like how and why would I order a cracker with just cheese and toppings 🥴🥴😋 I called to let them know and they basically said you can drive another 35mins back and bring the pizza for a refund or there’s nothing else that’s the way they make there pizzas now I understand having a lightly sauced pizza but as the pic shows not a drop of sauce on the bread . The once star is for quality at this particular location and customer service was disappointing I should’ve just ordered Pizza Hut. I hope they fix this.

Made the drive from Orange County just to try the pizza! Ordered online and it was hot and ready when we arrived. Parking can be tight so we grabbed it and had a picnic at the park across the street. Love the place. The pizzas are amazing. I love the Croatian pizza! So good. They also have a soon to come pizza Gochujang Chicken Pizza which is amazing! Its a great fusion of Korean cooking and pizza! The spicy chicken is spicy enough- You add cheese and spicy chicken plus cilantro and it is extremely delicious. But what makes it super special is the kimchi sauce. You pour the sauce over the pizza and it makes everything more wonderful. The sauce gives a silky flavor lessening the spiciness. Its a nice burst of flavors. Overall, awesome pizza and look forward to eating more Gochujang Chicken pizza.

I will re-post my review here on Google since they have deleted my comment on their Instagram post. I was nice with my original comment, but I wont be here due to them deleting comments and only leaving positive ones.The wings are absolute trash. I was told when I ordered that they would be baked in the oven. Awesome, I thought. Not as crispy as if fried, but still having some color and texture. When I opened the box I immediately thought Well, they look a little lackluster. No good caramelization or crisp. I picked one up and my suspicion was confirmed. It nearly fell out from between my fingers due to how soft, rubbery, and wet it was. The wings had the texture, flavor, and color, of boiled chicken.Due to the lack of color from the oven, I expected it to be raw inside. Surprisingly, it wasnt, but as I bit into the wing I felt a piece of loose bone in my mouth. I took it out and looked at the bone inside the wing. It had been broken in half completely. Burattino is either buying extremely low quality wings or they are bashing them with a hammer before cooking them. At this point, I said nope, closed the box and called it on the wings.The pizza I ordered was slightly better than the wings, although, it had zero crunch in the crust, despite that being one of their claims to fame. I also almost choked on the cheese a few times but managed to drown the lack of flavor with some arguably okay sauces. Unfortunately, a half-decent sauce can not give Burattino another star from me.

This pizza is garbage. I’m not joking. I ordered the cheese and it was nothing but dough, sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Not even crispy. The pizza looks nothing like their social media advertisements which is why I went there. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I ate two pieces and the trash got the rest. The hype is real! These guys are doing a lot of online marketing. Big line outside and everyone, myself included had driven pretty far to get there after seeing something in tik tok or Instagram. No dine in options FYI.Pizza is thin crust which isnt what I prefer, but was cooked perfectly. I tried the wild boar pepperoni with mushroom. Also had the Korean wings. Nice meaty wings with a bit of heat. The wings do get soggy so open up the container ASAP. I’m sure the left overs will toast up nicely at home.

Cannot say enough good things about Burattino Pizza. They have some crazy cool toppings that you cannot get anywhere else and their sauces are in the same boat. I got black garlic sauce which was crazy good and will boar pep and sausage along with regular pep and sausage on the other half. All the toppings were rich in flavor. The speed of getting my Pizza was super quick and it was cooked perfectly. Cant wait for my next L.A. trip!

Finally got around to trying this place. Crispy thin crust, great flavors perfect balance of cheese and sauce. Very generous with the toppings as well. The pizza was still warm and crispy when I got home. Chicken Wings was also delicious. Parking is small, so its an issue during rush hours. Friendly staff.

Didnt seem like 120 pepperonis, which wasnt a bad thing considering how big the sausage chunks are. Also didnt seem like extra cheese she sauce was a little skimpy but capital D-licious! Friday night, 8 people seated, small diner style seating..only 5 tables and a few 2 seaters outside. I ordered 3 calzones..was told it would be 40 minutes...AND with that, we got a few beers and a 2 liter..and patiently waited..40 minutes..food was nominal and filling. I waited almost a year to visit this place after viewing it on Instagram. Finally flew from the East Coast to the West Coast and put this place as one to visit and brought my family. Entered the establishment all excited and it was a huge disappointment. Service was horrible. No one explained the various options such as the levels of cheeses. The pizza was ordinary and again the service was horrible. Don’t recommend putting this on your must visit list. Just look at the photos. This is the San Pedro location

Great pizza. Customer service was awesome. Cool little place. We sat out front on a beautiful night and had one of the famous XL Black Garlic 120 Pep, one Lava Cheese Pie, and a Bianca with bacon. I’ve passed Burattino Brick Oven Pizza for years, and I finally checked them out tonight. They always seem busy, and I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I also love pizza, so why not! I ordered the XL 120 pepperoni pizza online through Postmates for pick-up. When we arrived, they had ample parking, and we found a parking spot right away. Pick-up time said 8:58p, but I got there at 8:45p, waited until it said ready for pick-up. We walked up at 8:55p, and the lady who helped us took our pizza out of a warmer bag. So I guess my pizza has been ready!? I’m sure it was in that bag for a while because my pizza wasn’t hot. Also, the lady who helped us (NOT the girl in a pink hoodie on Halloween night, the lady working next to her) just gave us our pizza. There was no “thank you”; she was just like here. She didn’t offer us cheese or peppers. She looked like she didn’t even want to be there. HOWEVER, she had a whole different attitude with the guy behind us. She gave him his pizza and offered him cheese and peppers, and said, “thank you, have a good night.” For me, customer service is everything! Also, how long was my pizza sitting in the bag!? Ugh, so frustrating because I was there at 8:45p waiting for them to say it’s ready through Postmates. Anyways, the pizza was disappointing. It was cold, it didn’t taste fresh, and it was just not that great. :(

I gave 5 stars because the pizza was very flavorful and tasty... The girl that helped me was super nice and the white garlic sauce is BOMB... My one and only complaint is that the edges were a little to brown for me... Its a thin crust so burnt edges are wack... I will 100 % go back because like I said.. Looking at photos & advertisements on Instagram for a few years now, I finally pulled the trigger to drive from Santa Monica to Rancho Palos Verdes for this pizza. Ughhh, soooooo frickin disappointing. Its not even good cold, barely any sauce or cheese. Theyre pretty stingy with both cheese & sauce. I think you gotta eat it right there as soon as they bring it out the oven. Nothing about this pizzas appetizing or savory had to come home and put more cheese on it and I dont like alot cheese on my pizza, super disappointed it is not worth the drive not worth my attention..The staff is young and they use profanity in front of customers. The counter ladies werent friendly AT ALL. Its true what they say about Instagram, everything is fake on there. I will UNFOLLOW

Second time here, very New place for great pizza and wings. We ordered a black garlic style pizza which was actually white sauce topped with cheese, tomatoes, basil, garlic, very delicious. Im only posting this as a two because the service was terrible! The pizza is great! But not sure if its worth it. Ordered online and it quoted me 1 hr 20 mins which was 8:38 pm. Im ok with that because at least they set their and my expectations. But when I got there, it wasnt ready and I thought I overheard them say were making it right now. I drove all the way home and realize I was giving the wrong order. So I drove back to Burattino for the pepperoni pizza I paid for and it was burnt up. Now I have to wait for then to remake my pepperoni pizza. Time is money, Im on break missing money right now! This pizza is one of our favorites to go to. I would highly recommend ordering ahead of time because this place can get really busy really fast. You can either call and make your order, or you can also order online. They can take around 15-45 minutes for your order, depending on how busy they may be.Everything here is quite delicious, and they have pizzas for everyone. If you dont see one that you like, they also have a Build-Your-Pizza option. They also serve calzones, salads, and hot wings. Highly recommend the Buffalo hot wings!They also have stamp cards, so every time you make an order (the stamps are per order, not per pizza), make sure to get a stamp so you can get a free medium pizza!They do have a couple of tables inside for Dine-In, but theyre usually taken since the inside of the establishment is a little small. You will most likely have to claim one as soon as you see an empty table to guarantee you have a place to eat once your order is done.

Its understandable that Super Bowl Sunday is probably the busiest day. However, I placed an online order hours in advance and arrived 15 min before the pickup time (3:30) to check in early. Horrible owner. Placed an order online and 10 minutes later called to cancel. I will say that I accidentally called the incorrect location but was not told that I called the incorrect location, they said they would cancel the order as soon as it came through. The correct location called me 2 hours later saying my order was ready. Why it took them 2 hours to call me, I dont know. When we explained what happened and that we could not pick up the order, the managers (they said the the owner couldnt talk to me) explained to me that the owner refused to issue a refund even though their location didnt inform us to call the other location to cancel the order. Since Im being charged $90 for an order I never received, this business will be losing a lifetime customer. Its bad business practices to choose to lose thousands of dollars of business over one $90 order. I recommend never ordering from this restaurant solely based off of the owners attitude and unwillingness to talk to me directly.

I know this place gets busy but the one thing I noticed that seemed to make things a bit more chaotic than they needed to be was the fact that there wasnt a place for people who ordered ahead of time to go let a worker know they were there for pickup, whereas its just one line where people are passing you, cutting in line to order a pizza making you wait even longer than you needed to. Maybe some sort of line system would help the confusion? Its pretty crazy on the inside when youre waiting. Also, the seating is very limited inside making those waiting for orders inside, very crammed. Theres almost nowhere to wait patiently without feeling like someone gonna bump into you. The cheese lava pizza was my favorite compared to the Mercedes Pizza which were a combination of their different pizzas.The cheese lava pie was verryyyyy cheesy. I discovered Burrattino on Instagram. Thier pictures of thier pizza looked so good. My wife and I went there and without a doubt the pizza IS outstanding! The only problem I have is I live so far away from them. The pizza is made in a brick oven, it is quite delicious. The inside dining is a tad small about 4 tables but there is seating outside that can seat 4 adults (3 tables). They do not offer fountain drinks. The offer 2litter sodas or can sodas. I dont drink alcohol but I seen that they offer some beers. Try the 120 pepperoni and Black Garlic sauce. Scrumptious! There are many different pizzas to choose from. The place is always clean including the bathroom. The staff is very friendly. The service is great. The wait is not fast but its not long either. The pizzas looked amazing good with the thin crust cooked to perfection.. but when I bit in.. I found my tongue searching my mouth for a hint of flavor. From the veggies to the pizza sauce not a drop of flavor could be found and after my second bit I found myself searching the table for some salt or chilli powder to spicen things up.. but still nothing.I switched over to the pepperoni slices hoping it was just the veggie pizza that was lacking.. but NOPE! I could have saved my money and got more flavor from sucking on my salty skin from the hot and humid day it was.All and all you can do better and pay less buying a frozen pizza from the market. Weve tried the regular pepperoni pizza, the cheese pizza, hawaiian bbq pork pizza, and the pizza bianca ALL amazing. Took my my family and my inlaws to this place. The food was delicious. I would definitely go back. The only bad thing is that they only have a few tables to dine in. They have 3 tables inside and two outdoor tables. I would give it a 5 star if it wasnt for the searing arrangement.

So I went there today for the first time because somebody said I should try it since its in my city. I cant give it a good rating just yet because I wasnt able to try my pizza hot. They forgot to call my name and its no telling how long my pizza was sitting before I actually got it in my hands. If I had the rate some lukewarm Pizza definitely would give it a 4 out of 5 but its hard to really judge something when Im not entirely sure how long my pizza was sitting before I got it. Plenty of pepperoni, perfect amount of marinara, but needed more cheese. Prices were fair. Not enough room for me to access entry in a wheelchair due to outside seating and parked cars. I drove an hour and a half to try this pizza because it looked AMAZING! I was looking forward to that CRUNCH and I did not get anything close to that. I got my pizza, cheese lava pie, and Buffalo wings. None of my food was good, the pizza was soggy and drenched in oil all of the toppings just fell off of my pizza, the wings taste like Tyson frozen chicken wings and the cheese lava pie had zero flavor. We called in an order around 4pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. We ordered half an X-Large pepperoni and half white pizza +artichoke. We got there a little before the pick up time and paid for the pizza. The customer service was great and our pizza showed up hot and ready right at the time given. We took the pizza home and it was really good! I had to drive out here from SFV to explore the hype. Service was OK could be more attentive on the phone as they got my pizza toppings wrong but friendly. If it weren’t for the best pizza and wings I’ve had in a while I probably wouldn’t return. We had an X-Large and an order of wings. The sizes were perfect and the wings were huge. Best calzone to date. Next time I’ll get that 120 pep pizza. That would be hard to hide. So I’d have to eat half then cram the rest into a smaller package. Everyone sees a pizza box and they assume your sharing. 😜 Still everything about this place was great. It was a very nice drive with cool winds, great owners, friendly staff, only bad cell reception in area. I also was given a bonus cookie that I still haven’t eaten. I had 0 expectations when we decided to dine here. It was just too convenient to go elsewhere. That said, this pizza is absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly nice and accomodating. We picked our pizza up minutes before closing and remembered we had no furniture in our place yet, the staff kindly permitted us to dine inside after closing. Food was good. I ordered pizza and wings. It took them about 1 hour 27 min to get my food. By the time i got my wings my pizza was cold. I waited this long and when i finally received my food i asked for an extra ranch. I was asked for 55 cents for an extra ranch. I did not mind paying for it at all. You cant call this pizza. We ordered take out and called in the order via phone. The pizza was burnt and greasy. No dough at all. It was like crunchy toast layered with pepperoni. We took a bite and unanimously decided to throw it away. And we ordered Dominos delivery instead. Terrible experience. Will never order from here again. The real reason I’m writing this is because while picking up the pizza, my friend witnessed an employee be incredibly rude to a young disabled man who was trying to ask for some parmesan cheese. Because he was stuttering and struggling a little bit to enunciate (even though my friend and everyone else standing by could understand exactly what the young man wanted) - the lady pretended she could not understand him, acted very annoyed, kept talking over him, and told him to get out of the line until he knew what he wanted because he was causing a hold up and she didn’t have time for it. My friend said that no one else in the line minded about waiting at all, yet this lady treated the boy like dirt. Unacceptable behavior.

I have been following this place for a while on IG and I finally visted the west coast, so I had to make a stop.For starters, Im a chicagoan and take pizza very seriously. I love all styles and carry no biases.It upsets me to say this but I was pretty underwhelmed. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt good either. I ordered the 120 pep, white clam, croation, wild west, and the chori-man. because I needed ti try as many as possible. I appreciate that theyre pushing the boundaries of what goes on pizza because a lot of their ideas are really super cool. The toppings and flavor combinations as an idea are great, but the execution just isnt there. The crust didnt really taste like anything and each one of my pizzas was pretty undercooked. This place doesnt live up to the hype at all or maybe Im unlucky because I came early in the day.Either way, id skip this place. Throw a rock in the freezer section at the grocery store and youll hit something comparable.

The pizza was okay. I saw it on Tik Tok and had to go cause I love thin crust pizza. The line was exceptionally long but I pre-ordered so the wait wasnt long at all. They pile the toppings on and you cant beat the price. I dont know if it was because they were so busy but the pizza was not crunchy at all and I ate it in the parking lot so it only sat for 3 min before I started eating it. We moved to the area 6 months ago and found our new go-to pizza place. They have delicious thin crust pizzas, with fresh ingredients that make their pizza light and crispy. The pizza is authentic, reminding me of the pizza we had while living in Europe. Their prices are quite reasonable...12 pizza was around $9. I really like the Croatian, my wife favors the Hawaiian and our 3 year old loves the cheese pizza. The people working there were very nice. Theyre quite proud of their work, showing you the pizza before you pick it up.

I asked to make it well done and crispy when I ordered it. I noticed the girl taking my order did not write these instructions on my order ticket while she wrote everything else. I started to worry that i was going to be let down. My wife loves thin and crunchy.
