We drive to the opposite side of town to come here. The service is great, and They are patient with my husband, who can never decide what to eat. We only dine in for dinner, and at this time, the store is always clean even when theres a crowd.

Terrible, seriously I asked the workers for ketchup and they never gave them to me, thinking they were hard workers I didn’t think much and just waited, but NO! They were in the background literally on their phones, they also forgot to give the right fries I wanted, and they tasted cold once I got them, I would give a 0/5 if I could NEVER again

This is absolutely the cleanest Burger King that I have ever been in. The dining area, the restrooms, and the kitchen are spotless. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is served hot and fresh. Which makes the meal even more enjoyable and keeps customers coming back.

Theyre lucky the restroom is open and the service was pretty fast when I ordered online. They didnt make my order until I showed up though even though I ordered on the app. I still had to wait.Sadly the dining room is closed and Im sure like everywhere else, theyre using COVID as an excuse.Otherwise Im glad the restrooms were open so I could wash my hands before I eat. Wash your filthy hands people! Food is what you expect from BK.

And never fails that when you order something from Burger King it is never correct. You tell them no cheese they put cheese or you tell me you want cheese and they dont put cheese. They need to listen more at the drive-thru that on the ordered that a customer is requesting

Disappointed in the size of the new melts. They’re so small for the cost. Tried to order a chicken sandwich but they were out of chicken. That’s half their menu! We keep seeing commercials for spicy chicken fries but of course, they aren’t available at this location. The food was barely warm. The chicken fries were rubbery. Poor experience.

Its usually pretty quick yo get in and out. It is located close to just about anything youd need to make running multiple errands easier. Its clean and the staff is friendly. If youre using the ap, its very difficult to connect. My mobile data has very few dead spots, but this is one of them.

I was very pleased. I have had nothing but bad experiences in the past with Burger King and this place is doing it right. My order was correct, hot and fresh. The French fries were fresh and so were the onion rings. The staff was clean, quick on getting the order out and decently friendly.

This location was clean and well staffed. I ordered the new crispy chicken tenders meal and was not impressed. They were extremely small and too crispy. I believe they may have been under the heat lamp too long. The fries were good but the container was only about 3/4 full. Due to the size of the tenders, I was still hungry and ordered a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good with no over or under cooking.

Very nice and clean facility. The bathrooms were very cold which was nice after being out in the heat, the restaurant seating area could have used a bit more refreshing air but it wasnt super warm and uncomfortable. Service was fast and friendly. They were very quick to make crowns for my daughter and my friends son. An employee came out, maybe the manager??? To wipe down tables and checked on each guest to make sure everything was fine and if anyone needed anything. She let everyone know if they needed something to let her know. Great visit today.

All items have increased in price but the drive thru sign doesnt have the increased on it, its been weeks with no change in sign. I thought they were over charging me for a kids mean, turns out they had raised the prices. Something they should inform you about when you order but not the biggest deal. Problem is customer service has gone done a lot and the orders come out wrong. I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese, I got two whopper, so I drive back tell them they got it wrong, they throw out the food I brought back (most other places will give it back to you for free but again not going to let that bother me), while they make my order, again I drive home not thinking I should open up the food because no way would they mess it up twice. Get home no cheese and no sauce which means just a dry bun and meat. Im so disappointed, I cant eat my burger at this point and I cant go back a 3rd time. I understand being busy and I did not get mad or anything I just asked that they gave me what I asked for because its what I wanted to eat.

Management only has one person at the counter and one person at the drive-through window at 12 noon on a Saturday. It took longer to place the order inside then it did to get the food and eat the food. I asked to speak to the manager and expressed my opinion about needing an additional person at the inside counter. She gave me about 2 seconds did not speak one word to me in response and walked away. Real good manager you have there.

I dont like to leave negative reviews, but I had the worst experience at this location today. My order was incomplete and was treated like I was inconveniencing them. The older lady working the front register completely lacked customer service as well as the lady working drive- thru. The young woman in the kitchen had a nicer tone,but still let me know she would get my order out next even though others waiting. I let her know my order was first and I was still waiting. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I have to come here when Im rushed, I had an English honors in school. Speaking slow with hand puppets and chalk and crayonic pictures will utterly never get my order right in a billion years. Im doing them a favor by preventing your business because women everywhere never get yelled at, and you have to do their job for them, and AOC says they need a break in life, and the cooks are probably just working hard enough to get a new Xbox. Every Burger King in the world has a barren exploded Wasteland for a restroom anyway, so I surmise theyre not washing their hands good enough anyways.... the kids at Stater Brothers see the work harder, I would eat there instead

Drive Thru line was long, but flowed very smoothly. The food was hot and went down good.The only drawback is they werent serving shakes. So after we ordered, we went across the street to Der Weinershizel and got out shakes there. There shakes were awesome!

Second time here in 3 weeks, same problems. Lobby is closed and must wait 20-30 minutes for drive thru with only a three cars in front of us.Ordered two bacon & egg croissanwich sandwiches with NO cheese, asked at the window again NO cheese because my wife is allergic and was told yes. GOT CHEESE. I repeated the order to the order taker at least 4 times because he couldnt get it right.Ordered two fully loaded croissanwich sandwiches and was asked repeatedly if I wanted bacon or ham. That sandwich has both and I said that twice to the order taker. He put in my order for the double croissanwich instead, one ham and one bacon. I questioned this at the window as well and he said they are the same sandwich, WHICH THEY ARE NOT.I was fooled by the staff here and drove away without verifying my order was correct. I could have went back and sat in the drive thru for another 20-30 minutes, but I have a life to live.We have had issues with this location in the past and made attempts to reach out to them only to be ignored. Please train this team on proper customer service and what is actually on their menu. We are done receiving incorrect orders here and will NOT return.

Visited this place around 7 am. It wasnt busy, which was great. However, the hash browns I ordered appeared old, discolored and were drenched in oil. The French toast sticks, I had to wait an extra 3 minutes or so in order for them to cook, were underdone and very greasy. Gross. I had to throw it away along with the hash browns and the horrible coffee. How could this be? The place wasnt busy and as far as I could tell, I was the only one there. I should have had the best food! The only thing that was edible was the croissant with egg and bacon. Although the bread had a little too much grease, the rest of the ingredients seem well-cooked. The woman who took my order wasnt very cheerful in the beginning of me ordering, but eventually, I guess, with a smile from me, she offered better service. Maybe thats why she didnt give me a receipt. It had been over 10 years since I went to a Burger King and I see I made a good decision by not going. I will not go back to this Burger King or any other BK EVER! The manager or owner should really get this restaurant in order and hire workers who want to WORK!

Staff goes out of the way and excels in ignoring you when you come up to the counter after ordering. Ugh. I love burger king. This location had to have the driest food I have had at any fast food place. My burger and my 2 boys burgers were dry. My chicken sandwich was also dry. The fries were stale. Tasted like they were a couple days old. Even the soda left my son an aftertaste. At least the play area was well taken care of.

So after driving around for 20+ minutes trying to get a milkshake or ice cream and every place I stop being packed with people. I stop in here to get myself one, I attempt to order a large oreo milkshake and Im told they only have 2 sizes small or regular. I ask if I buy 2 regulars will they put it in the biggest cup they have so I get the large I originally wanted to order and Im told they cant do that. So I order my regular oreo shake,some cheesy tots, and a sprite with light ice and the total is like $15. The regular oreo shake was a complete joke to be priced at over $4... .my girlfriend and I had the wonderful and amazing experience of eating there. The staff was so polite and very helpful. We showed up about 7-8 minutes before closing. They served us and they also allowed a few other customers to be served while we ate there, which we thought was very nice. We asked about a few items as we had coupons they asked to see which ones we thought we might be interested and let us know which items out of the ones choosen were the better tasting and better bargain. My girlfriend picked out a double cheeseburger combo and I just had two rodeo burgers. They upgraded our fries for free since the coupon was only for the small side of fries and a drink. We ate while they took a few orders as I had stated before after the fact that they had been closed supposedly lol. They were very polite and asked if the meal was good my girlfriend asked for lettuce in her burger and they obliged without question. We finished cleaned up after ourselves as we were very thankful that they let us enjoy our meal without being rude that we had been there after hours, we figured eat and make it seem as if we were never there as not to bug or burden the staff. I understand this is hemecinto and not the best area, but this establishment treated us with very much respect and dignity as I very often get treated like a criminal or bum without money... Im niether as I have a job in the private health care as a wound care specialist, Im covered with tattoos from head to toe. Not very many places I go to where I get treated with respect or polite for that matter and im a firm believer of kill them with kindness. This location had the 2 for $6 deal that includes their fish sandwich. The locations in my hometown do not. Im a pescatarian, so the only sandwich I get is their fish sandwich. This location also has the Coke Freestyle machine. My local BKs dont have this, either. I love the many more choices of Freestyle. All fast food places should have this machine.

Food is cold over half the time, employees are rude and roll their eyes if you ask for any sauce or a cup of water.
