HANDS DOWN BEST BURGER IN O.C.They did not disappoint! We had the best first experience coming in, and Daniel helped take our order. He was SUPER professional and very friendly while helping us out. Made us feel welcomed and happy to be there! I got the Western burger. It was one of the best burgers Ive ever had. The meat was extremely juicy and thick. The bbq sauce was tangy and sweet and delicious with the mayo combo. The fries are think and crunchy, one the best type of style fries for sure. The side of ranch with the fries was epic. The wife had Hatch chilli queso crunch. She said it was bursting with flavor, and she absolutely loved the pickeled onions. Its one of her favorite burgers shes ever had as well. We both had the Lavender lemonade that was strong in Lavender taste, which wasVery pleasant. The atmosphere was also very welcoming and comfortable. Perfect size booths for the family. All staff we encountered was extremely friendly. We will 💯% be back in ASAP!

First time ever at a burger lounge location. Took advantage of the 3 to 5 PM happy hour for chicken sandwiches. I ordered the basic grilled chicken sandwich and a mix of fries and onion rings with a soda. Cost me about $12. Only complaint is the chicken breast was a little dry and the seasoning was bland but overall a decent chicken burger.

We have ordered about 80 burgers over the past year and they have always been great. But today we have lost the winning streak. They forgot all the sauces (which we pay for) and for some reason the $9 chicken tenders have gotten so small that it’s mind boggling they can still charge so much. Burger was also pretty raw (which is fine, doesn’t really bother me but nonetheless it’s not how we ordered it). Maybe next time, it’s funny how one bad order out of many will carry the average in our minds. Edit- we have them another try and they and their great team redeemed themselves. So we are back to a 5 star :)

Today 10.04.2023 at 12:35 pm.Once again I was shocked by this establishment, which has a terrible toilet smell. I was shocked by the character who works there: when I entered, instead of greeting, he silently pointed his finger at me, as if I am some inanimate thing I have a question to the management, who you keep here and when you last thought not only about service, but even about some basic norms of behavior? [...] I will tell all my friends and acquaintances not to buy anything from you as long as this employee is working.This is not the first case of such behavior.

I Rarely write reviews but Allie at the register deserves acknowledgment. If you ever want to smile, come to this place. The service, even right before closing is outstanding. Very sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind staff. We were treated so well we I ended up getting 4 times more the amount we initially considered.I had the most delicious strawberry milkshake with my Italian boyfriend. We enjoyed their great coffee milkshake and for fun we had their craft root beer floats. Thank you Allie for making our date night, after an exhausting day of work, a moment to remember.

Burger Lounge is known for their burgers and they are indeed delicious. We had one meet burger and one plant-based burger. The plant based burgers come with free French fries - very eco- friendly idea.The caramelized onions made both burgers even better.There is good outdoor and inside seating.Edwin our server was cordial and delivered our food fast.The French fries weren’t greasy and were crunchy and good. They are a big portion and heated up well when I took half of them home.All of the food was fresh and delicious. The milkshakes are available in every flavor and are vegan too.Enjoy your meal🍔

Very disappointing experience. Our order was prepared incorrectly -it wasn’t cooked well done (the way we have wanted )and we have returned to the store to rectify the mistake. The general manager was unwilling to do so. The only thing that we were asking is to our order to be remade for us and he was not willing to do it.The situation was bizarre because we were stuck in debate with the store manager for 10 minutes and the only thing that the general manager was willing to do, was to give us 50% off instead of a apologizing and replacing our meal. Reluctantly we have accepted his 50% off offer and even then, the burgers were not well done as we have requested to be . The answer from the general manager was, that is all they can do.We have told the manager that we are well known restaurant critic with 89 million views on our Google maps account and we have showed him that and he really didn’t care much about it. Definitely not the experience that we have expected from the Burger Lounge. Customer service doesn’t exist at this restaurant.The restaurant is so overrated !!!We will not be coming back. I will take my business somewhere else where I am appreciated as a customer.

Last Thursday, I went to the Burger Lounge for dinner. I had heard good things and wanted to check it out myself. The food was ridiculously good and the service was even better. The staff had great energy. Our server, Gabby, made sure to check on us a few times, brought us what we needed, and had a good sense of humor! All in all my experience at the Burger Lounge was top notch and I will definitely be coming back soon.

Poorly run restaurant. My order was supposed to be ready at 6.45. I get to the restaurant at 6.47 and the line for pick up is at least 10 deep. Carina tells me that it will be another 20 minutes til ready. My order was 15 slips back!! When I asked for my card to be refunded, I get I will in a couple of hours, youll see it in a couple of days. Poor, Poor customer service. The food is great but this is a food service industry, food is only half of the equation. We also had problems with our last order but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Very disappointed. I have been to other locations and they are much better. My burger was not cooked well done, as ordered. It also was slim on the toppings and sauce. It was cold and the French Fries were dry. I also found the staff to be extremely rude. They might not like their jobs but it’s not that hard to say be polite and not rude when the person on the other is being polite to you.
