Delicious food in a convenient location at the Northridge Mall. Plenty of options for the burger fan, as well as fries, salads, and chicken. I loved the jalapeño fries and Caesar salad, and my son had the chicken tenders plate for kids. And a tasty milkshake for dessert. Very reasonable prices too!

Stopped by the BurgerIM at the Northridge Mall on a Saturday afternoon @ lunch time. First visit to a BIM. A little confused at first because I saw more selection on the banners outside than on the menu board. I ordered the Spanish burger and made it a combo meal. It took a little over 15 minutes for my order to be ready for pickup. I decided to eat outside. Definitely limited seating inside and outside of the restaurant. My first impression was good as the burger and fries were served on an aluminum tray simular to Chillis. I found the flavor of the Spanish burger to be good. Just enough heat from the peppers, not to be overwhelming and the burger patty was a little juicy. The fries looked store cut and were cooked properly. I wouldnt say it was the best burger I have had, but its worth another visit in the future.

Is a nice big location, new burger joint in Salinas. Big tv screens for sporting events, they have great service. Cant talk about this place with out talking about their tender hamburgers and they’re delicious wings to add. Don’t forget to try their milkshakes

So TBH we only went here because the line at in and out was crazy ridiculous and we were hungry. It was a pretty great decision! What I really liked is that they have a slider option which allows you to choose more than 1 gourmet burger! I lived that because sometimes at these fancy gourmet burger places you commit to a signature burger that you dont care for, but you have to either finish it anyway or toss it... Not here. Pick 2 or 3 you want to try! Very cool. They also seem to be doing a good job keeping the place clean- the lady came out to clean the tables twice while we were sitting and waiting for our order to be called.Overall, really good food... Its gourmet do you pay more than at a regular fast food chain like McDonalds or in and out, but the quality of the food is with it... Especially if the in and out line gets out of control 😂

Tried out the new Burger place at the mall. I always enjoy a good burger. I got the Dry-Aged Beef which is similar to a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Flavor was good and a filling burger. The salmon is a great flavor profile in my opinion, but Ive always loved the combination of teriyaki and pineapple. Theres lots of choices and literally a burger for everyone. From Turkey, beef, lamb, chicken, salmon and then even the impossible patty for non meat eaters. Pricing is fairly typical around $8/burger, $10 for the meal. Crispy chicken as well as grilled chicken were ordered with my party and they were happy with their meals. The fries are different but nothing to write home about. My next visit Im going to try out their styled fries and other burgers. The staff was nice, patient and helpful and the food came out pretty quick. Will come again.

I enjoyed visiting this place. I had the chicken sandwich and it was awesomeMy milkshake was delicious. The staff was friendly and the place looks really cool. I noticed they serve beer. Maybe that will be my drink of choice next time.

Rude customer service I had ordered a burger that had a onion ring and made a request to add sweet potatoes instead of the onion ring in the burger and they told me rudely I cant customize my burger and they would allow it for the day not to mention the fries were good but the burger was dry

The price for meals is amazing you get really good food for a really good price! More importantly the service is fast and the serves are very friendly, 5 starts for Jasmin Ricardo R best service I’ve had in a while! Definitely recommend eating here !

This place has gone down hill. I used to love coming here but not anymore. I watched as every single order before mine was delivered and every single order was wrong or missing an item. There was a burning smell. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. They are severely understaffed here. There was no one manning the registers for a good 10 minutes.

Lemme start off by saying that this place is absolutely underrated. They have the best quality burgers in the area, hands down. Every single ingredient is fresh and you can tell the difference at first bite/sight. They have so many options for toppings like sautéed mushrooms/onions and a fried egg!!! Yes, please! The jalapenos on the jalapeños cheese fries are spicy every single time! Why? Because they are grilled!!! Im sweating after devouring these. The beauty is in the details, folks.Do not.I repeat.Do not!!!Sleep on this place.Oh, and they have beer!Bottles, cans and on draft! Cold yummy beer.Quality burgers and a beer?!Why wouldnt you?Why!!!!

I usually dine in, they do add a bit to much mayonnaise than I would prefer but other than that I love this place. Fries have always been crispy but I mainly come here for the milkshakes

I was looking for a burger place that wasnt a typical fast food chain and BurgerIM was one of the ones that popped up. I was thinking it was something similar to Smashburger or The Habit, but unfortunately it is not. Not sure if every BurgerIM is the same, but the crispy chicken they served reminded me of High School cafeteria quality. Not happy with the burger either, and every beverage choice I tried in the fountain dispenser was diluted. I dont normally leave reviews, because I think it should be up to every individual to decide on their own, but I was thoroughly disappointed and it was enough to make me feel like I needed to say something. I only ended up eating about half of what I ordered.

First time, nice and clean. I got a duo (crispy chicken and classic cheeseburger) and half fries/half onion rings. Crispy chicken was very tasty w/buffalo sauce. Cheeseburger was good- thick pickles, fresh tomatoes... the onions were sparse (I like a lot of onion) and a little too much sauce. Onion rings are delicious! Best in Salinas. Fries are tasty too. Will definitely return for more!

Id been waiting for this place to open for a long while now. I finally managed to stop in and see how it was. I was impressed withtl their menu once I saw it. They offer tons of choices and side, which all sounded delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the burger I got and it certainly didnt disappoint. Prices are good and fair as well. The only issue I found so far, was a lack of sauces for their sides. While minor, it was rather surprising since that isnt something restaurants normally miss. Still, I certainly will be back in the future.

It has a very good burger selection. My fav is the dry aged burger. As the name implies they use dry aged beef. They have recently changed the name from dry aged to cowboy; have no idea why. It does still use dry aged patties. Its a good value meal i feel the price is just right.

Today I ordered the lamb burger and asked for extra tazeki sauce. I got it with their IM fries. The lamb burger was a little dry and plain. I’m glad I asked for extra sauce because there was hardly any sauce on it. The portion of the burger was large. The fries were very good. The service was standard. I’m willing to try out a regular burger next time I go

I was excited to buy from here. Food was great! What made me put a 1 Star was the customer service. I had previously called to an order pickup and the girl was just super unprofessional and rude. I had explained my order 2 times. When I had arrived she had gotten my order wrong plus I was standing in front of her for about 3 minutes or so, she saw me, but didn’t even say nothing like “I’ll be right with you” or anything. She just stared. This place needs to hire but if they know they’re employees don’t have customer service experience they should teach them properly.

Decided to take a chance on BurgerIM since I had never had food from the place before. I ordered online since it’s the most sensible option, especially considering our current circumstances. I choose a pick up time for 11:45am and that was pushed back to 12 by the system. No problem. I specified that I’d like store pick up and called a couple times before completing my order to see if that was actually possible and no one answered the phone. As instructed by the order system, I put in the special notes that I’d like curbside pick up. I arrive at the location at 11:58 am and then call the number at 12 noon so that I could again check on curbside pick up. Again, no answer. I send my girlfriend in to pick up the food and the staff knew nothing about my order, she stood around for 15-20 minutes, until finally someone from the kitchen comes out exclaiming “Aquontis!”. Seemed that had finally figured out there was indeed an order, they just had forgotten about it. We get home (4 minutes away from the location) with the food and it’s cold, like it’s been sitting around for quite some time. Reluctantly, we partake and it was nothing to brag about. I was left with a stomach ache for nothing short of 4 hours and my lady threw up everything she ate and spent the last few days curled up in bed unable to keep anything down. I know that we are enduring very trying times and I try to give companies much more thought and consideration, but unfortunately, I don’t believe I will be back to visit the establishment for a long while. Burger was not that great. It had alot of the house sauce and made my bun very soggy. Also,when I ordered I asked the cashier what the sauce was made of.......and her answer was I dont know I work the front I dont work in the back. Every single one of your employees should know everything about every single item on the menu. My 1st time ever going there,and I was very disappointed.

Wait time for this place is ridiculous. If you do food delivery they try to make themselves look good by putting on the app that the food is ready and when you get there you still have to wait a few minutes after your pick up time. Plus if they hand you multiple drink they don’t give you cup holders unless you ask.

Would have given 5 stars but the girl who took my money pulled her mask down to her chin, when she went back into the kitchen to finish my order, exposing her nose and mouth to MY FOOD. Then she touched her face. I told her she needed to put her mask on, and she agreed, apologized and pulled her mask up. Continuing with my order her mask was creeping down again, exposing her nose. Please make your employees better aware of this pandemic. The food was great but I have a compromised immune system and could die from a young carrier, not showing symptoms.
