Excellent Place for vegetarians. The vegan/vegetarian tacos are super flavorful. The corn on the cob also has a flavorful twist. On a sunny day sitting outdoors on comfortable seating makes one forget youre in a modern mall setting. We were there on a beginning of a perfect fall afternoon. Good service, good food, and a good atmosphere.

Love the place and ambience. Food is pretty tasty and portions are generous as well. The prices are reasonable for a semi-high end restaurant in Bishop Ranch. Plenty options for vegetarians, and very polite customer service.Note: We repeatedly asked our waitress if shed turn the heat/fire on since it was cold out - she said yes repeatedly and did nothing - not cool!Advice to management: Please make sure customers are taken care of better and pay attention to weather conditions. Doesnt make for a good experience when its cold out and we are eating out.

Good Mexican dining in place. Very little seating inside, but outside seating with a fireplace table was excellent. Some of the dishes were delicious, but a few were very basic. I would recommend this place to give a try.

The tacos are $11+ and don’t even come with two tortillas. Sure they are larger than a typical taco and they claim it is a redesign, but no thank you. Keep your redesign and go back to the basics. Small and delicious. It would be a different story if they were that price, huge and delicious but the carnitas were lack luster.Might be worth trying other things on the menu, the cocktail was delicious, hence the 3 stars!

Beautiful outdoor location drew me in. But the food! It was simply awful. Chips and Guacamole for $18 was a plate of taco chips and 2 scoops of pre-made guacamole I could have bought at Safeway. The guacamole at Chipotle is much better. I had the fish tacos for lunch. Big mistake. The fish must have been left in the fryer too long, as the batter was too hard to bite through. The fish inside was so overcooked it was rubbery. I do not recommend this restaurant at all given there are 10 others in the mall that have much better food quality. Now I just spent $40 and I’m still hungry.

Mall directory was down but guest services had a QR code and was helpful.Cute outside dining side set up with a few fire pits. They have an artisan tequila bar which I did not try this visit.Ordered Dungeness crab taco and the roasted heirloom potatoes.Will update after getting foodTook awhile but enjoying being outside and the portions are large taking half home with me and if so good!!! Will definitely be back

Fantastic spot to grab brunch, lunch or dinner with family. Cozy outdoor seating with fire pits, and surprisingly comfortable cushioned seats. Great place to lounge around, grab some nice food and bear, and spend an afternoon or evening with fun and laughter.We started with Nachos Not! The flavor of that artisan goat cheese just elevated this dish. The C style Tacos take a little getting used to, but the ingredients were fresh and flavor outstanding. We tried the Rotisserie Chicken and Prawn Tacos - the chicken was yummy, Prawns could use some seasoning on the grill. Our favorite was Chile Crusted Chicken; also loved their C Chop Salad (yum Queso Fresco and those chile spiced Pumpkin seeds).Must come back - highly recommend!

After debating a lot on which place to try out at City Center for an early Valentine’s Day dinner (went on Feb 12) we ended up coming to Casa. Turned out great!!Within 20 minutes we got our table outside on a Saturday night. The ambience was so good, especially with the fire pit at the center of the table - got some great pics! But you gotta be a little cautious with young kids (which I have) near the fire. We requested the staff to turn down the fire a little.Kids— beans n cheese quesadilla, fruit bowl, brownie, cucumber-lime drink ( we actually ordered lemonade but they were out of it so substituted it with a cucumber drink which was very refreshing even for the kids). Kids meal portion was good for the price.Adults — we started with chips n salsa-guac. Chips were average but salsa n guac were good. Ordered 2 varieties of margaritas and both turned out pretty good. For entrees we got lamb meat tacos (it was deconstructed so different from the traditional taco which we really liked) and chicken bowl which was so fresh, flavorful and healthy!! The chicken bowl was 10 times better than the chipotle burrito bowl.Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend this place.

Dinner was a mess. I ordered my $14 fish taco and because it came wrapped by a single tortilla it broke apart immediately. Tacos usually have two tortillas as a wrap. It didnt taste that great either. Then I got charged for someone elses meal, which I had to wait around to get fixed. On the plus side, the outdoor seating was very nice.

Proof that changing tradition doesnt equal innovation.The food was fine, drinks were fine, service nice and quick, however; $100 after a 15% tip for a small plate of nachos, 2 tacos, and 2 relatively modestly sized margaritas seems a bit absurd. This is the taqueria to visit if you hate taquerias. For what you get, I dont think this place is the spot. Unless you are dining with someone who is gluten intolerant.

Disappointing. Went there when it opened and it was delicious, fresh and the portions were large, (which they should be since their prices are much higher than most - $18 with tip for one steak taco). Recently went there and the taco was much smaller with less meat and avocado, the meat was tough, the veggies were limp/not fresh, the edge of the tortilla was dry. Their seating is awkward with low outdoor benches around fire pits where you have to sit way forward to reach the “table”. (And they need to offer toothpicks!) Won’t be going back.

This is the buffalo taco. The tortilla seemed hand made and very fresh as it did not break. First time having buffalo and it tastes similar to Alpastor meat. Salsa and guacamole can use more garlic, cilantro and onions for more flavor. Great outdoor patio seating.

I really don’t know, what I really ordered and what I ate !!! Looks like I ordered a taco plate, what came out was one big tortilla piled up with taco stuffing and a fork, it looked like a tostada, but it wasn’t on a crunchy tortilla like tostada I know of . The SADDEST part was I went with my 5 years old who wanted Tacos for lunch today. It was bizarre experience to explain my kid that its kind of taco and literally I struggled myself how to eat that taco! There was no sauce nothing on side .Seriously I am still thinking what a “Innovative Taqueria“???

This cozy, tucked-away spot is great for families, intimate dates, or just a solo night out....what makes this spot so great is the outside fire pits. Makes everything just that much better. Whats better than fancy tacos? Ones that are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility! Our whole family enjoyed our dinner, which was delicious and felt very celiac friendly. For those who can consume gluten, you can bring your food next door to the Fieldwork brewery taproom, which has seating outside (as C CASA does) to enjoy with some delicious beers.

One taco 🌮 usually fills me. Recently I just went here with a bunch of ladies for lunch, and I said I think one taco is usually enough for me. But usually want to try another taco to so we all ordered two tacos and ended up taking an entire taco home. Tried the carnitas quesadilla and it was really good. My only complaint is that it doesnt come with sour cream or pico de gallo. It does come with a mango salsa and guacamole which arent bad at all. Decided to give them a try this past Saturday. Perfect weather for dining outside on their patio. Oh, everything is ala carte. Want chips and salsa its going to cost you.We ordered the chicken enchiladas and the carnitas enchiladas and a two cocktails. Presentation was great for everything, but it slid from their. Both of our enchilada orders were barely warm and the meat was dry in both. The rice, while flavorful, was also dry. Was like it had been placed on the plate well before the food. Speaking of the rice, I asked when ordering if some was included and was told no. I wanted to try it, so ordered a side. Guess what came on my plate?So, after spending nearly $80 on the above I doubt well return. I dont mind paying for a good meal, but for what we received it was not worth it.

Lunch was good, but please read the details of the menu. Was a bit put off by horseradish cream on my Carnitas taco, but to be perfectly fair, it was clearly stated on the menu. The recipes are not necessarily traditional. The portion of one taco was plenty for lunch, the preparation was immaculate and the ingredients fresh. The atmosphere is very contemporary and cool, although the location can be a bit cramped at times when sitting outside is not an option, so plan ahead and maybe dont be in a huge hurry.

Strangely I was just at C Casa at the Oxbow Market in Napa and then ended up at this branch in San Ramon a week later! This is even more remarkable as I’m barely going anywhere during lockdown, haha. I was actually meeting a friend at Fieldwork in San Ramon so I wasn’t expecting to see C Casa there & had a little case of déjà vu. Both branches of C Casa are next to Fieldwork and both have outdoor seating. I’ve had three of their four vegan tacos so far and enjoyed them all – I don’t even know if I could pick a favorite, perhaps the heirloom potato taco. My tacos were around $7 each and although that’s a bit pricey I think they are worth it as the ingredients and cooking craft are both high quality (plus, they are fairly filling). I don’t normally love corn tortillas so props to C Casa for making some good ‘uns!I’m also giving C Casa 4 out of 5 Green Stars for social and environmental impact for the following reasons:• For omnivores, the signs at the counter announce sustainable fish, grass-fed meats, and free-range chicken.• They do list suppliers on their website (e.g., pasture-raised eggs from Hen Pen, grapeseed oil from Salute Santé!)• Their tortillas are made from organic corn• They serve a lot of meat/fish dishes but also have a pretty good vegan menu (four kinds of taco, three salads, nachos, etc.)• Drinks are a mix of local wine and beer and some that are more generic (Corona, Modelo).• They do a good job at minimizing waste• Overall, it’s a woman-owned local business that supports local, sustainable farming.

Fresh, delicious, innovative Mexican food located adjacent to Fieldwork Brewery in City Center. Everything in this restaurant also happens to be naturally, 100% gluten free. Fieldwork lets you bring your meal over from C Casa, so you can eat while having your beer. Totally cool place to hang out!

Fire pits slanted rectangle is THE place to be-outside. Cinnamon Caffe on the weekend. Duck tacos, comeon excellente! Watch out mild folk, RED jalapenos not just green...and seeds, asked to be removed, taste the food meat that way fresher corn tortillas hand made that day.Napa is nicer...inside and larger. I was waiting for more than an hour for an order only for them to finally tell me that they couldnt have it because they were going to close soon. Ridiculous!
