2023-10-16 20:32:56I think their daily deal option is good for the ginger chicken. Get that, and its like a 4/5.However, I got their BBQ pork on another day, and its just not worth the price (like a 2/5). Its basically just fried rice with small bits of pork in it, and is very greasy and underwhelming.

2023-09-21 05:59:44Ordering online is impossible. No phone service/working line either. The food was good. A bit pricey but so is everything in Davis. Ordered a seafood boil combo #1 they completely forgot to add the sausage, but no way of knowing until i took it home and opened it. No way of calling either. Some of it spilled because it only had one thin layer or aluminum foil.I addded stuff to my food at home which made wat better, but it was already a good base.Edit:Went back a second time and the order was short again. 😪

2022-03-27 01:25:05We went here and had a stir fry and a few plated dishes too. They were all pretty good, but I prefer the stir fry the best. All items had good flavor, decent quality and were at a reasonable price for what we got. Dont get confused by their name, becauseCajun has only a little impact on the type of food they provide. Its way more of a general Asian cuisine than anything else, but calling a restaurant that would be too wordy and not as catchy as Cajun Feast. I would go back again for sure.

2023-09-15 19:10:40My recent order was nowhere near the quality of many previous orders. The fried fish was insanely salty and undercooked, the Supreme soy sauce noodles were absolutely drenched in soy sauce to the point of barely edible. I truly hope they get their act together as this was a solid lunch choice before, but after this Ill be weary of ordering again

2021-11-21 06:13:19Greeted by Japanese pop music and artfully strung lightbulbs, Feasts outdoor patio and interior design create a welcoming atmosphere perfect for a gathering with friends or family. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, with their Signature Cajun Fried Rice being $11. Note that shrimps were sparse (two in total) but the number of sausages in the rice was abundant. I personally found the rice and sauce a bit too salty. My friend who customized their rice had the opposite experience, where the rice wasnt flavorful enough.Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It stood out to us that they remembered we ordered take-out for later and offered to prepare the dish for us right before we planned to leave so it would be at its freshest. Overall, an awesome experience and definitely worth trying for their unique fusion cuisine!

2023-08-24 04:48:36It’s weird that a place that says it’s a Cajun place doesn’t make good gumbo… was really disappointed. The smoothies are also very chunky and not smooth, like the ice was all different sizes. Tried the fries and they were not worth the price. The chicken popcorn was not filling… Would not recommend. :(

2022-08-16 06:03:25This restaurant gets better and better every time and the first time was delicious and savory. Not the sweet American style food, more authentic style. For individuals or couples eating out it is a good sized portions too for the noodles and soups.

2022-05-06 01:59:50Ordered delivery and while food was hot, I was surprised by the portion sizes. If you’re ordering an entree, it’s only probably good for 3 adults, and 1 serving. Not enough to go back for seconds. The flavor is not bad, though for one of the orders, the Mongolian beef, it had WAY TOO MUCH onions and green onions. Seemed like many places are trying to fill in foods with extra onions or cabbage for example. I didn’t expect it from this place so I was surprised. Maybe dining in is a better experience. I wouldnt recommend a delivery order for a family. For a single or a couple, the portion will be ok (if you order the entree) but it’s not enough for a family of 4. I’ll need to reconsider ordering here again.

2020-11-23 03:26:53Very Good! We had the Cajun popcorn chicken, beef broccoli, and a shrimp pancake. We also got home made soy milk to go! Thanks-Anthonyxibarrax

2020-02-02 04:25:30Let me preface this review by saying I didnt order any of the cajun food (on the left side of the menus?). Therefore, my critique of them will be excluded from this review. I eventually plan on returning to try their cajun food and update this review or make a new one altogether. This place opened up in early January 2020 next to the wildly popular iTea in Davis. Based on the name of the restaurant, I thought it would be a strictly cajun-based restaurant but was surprised to see that they offer Asian dishes as well. Based on the reviews written before this one, I didnt know what to expect. Based on my recollection of the menu, they offer cajun dishes, chef choices (I think all Chinese-Asian dishes?), and a build-your-own dish option.I ordered one of the chef choices dishes to-go: Mapo Tofu with rice (see attached photo). Mapo tofu is traditionally (I think) made with tofu, ground beef, chili oil, doubanjiang, Sichuan peppercorns, and scallions for the garnish. The restaurants version of mapo tofu covered most if not all of the bases with a few additions: jalapeños and peas/carrots for the garnish. As expected, the dish was spicy and the tofu was very silky. For those worried about the spiciness, the spiciness is transient and fleeting which helps make the dish more enjoyable. Im not sure as to how I feel about the jalapeños addition because the spiciness was mostly from the chili oil and the doubanjiang. My only complaints about the dish are as follows:1) There didnt seem to be enough peppercorns as I barely tasted them when I ate the dish. The spiciness from Mapo tofu is generated from the chili oil (provides a scorched taste bud sensation) and the peppercorns (provides a numbing effect). Upon closer inspection of the dish, I could barely see any traces of the peppercorns.2) I wouldve preferred if the dish was more saucy. There didnt seem to be enough sauce to generously coat the tofu cubes and the rice.Despite these flaws, this restaurant is new (at the time of this review) and the chef(s) will probably be tweaking the menus in the upcoming months. For a college town restaurant, the dish was really good and I got my bang for the buck (the portion size for mapo tofu is generous and fills you up).I definitely will eventually return to this restaurant to try their other food options.
