Recently had my car repainted at caliber collision in San Juan and had a fantastic experience. They went above and beyond to deliver world class service. Taylor was very nice and super helpful. I was very impressed with Caliber Collision. Its not fun having to get your car fixed after someone hits you but they made my whole experience painless. I called and they let me come get an estimate the same day and then turned my car in for repairs the following week. Service is excellent. They were able to fix it in expected time. Only issue was communication, you may have to call multiple time due to unavailablility of the person but they will return your call. Also had to schedule a appointment just to drop of my truck which only took ten minutes to do so.

They are not equipped or they like to say they are not able to install anything the doesnt latch and screw... with an appointment and without even seeing the vehicle, I was told that my 98 mercedes is too old as well as theyre not able to work on it or even give a quote for insurance. So f yall💯😅👍Hire anyone other than the laborers you have currently, otherwise Ill have to call your nonexistent supervisor👌

Amazing quick and reliable service from the caliber team here!!! I was helping my grandfather find a facility to fix his vehicle after the first shop quoted a ridiculous amount and still hadnt scheduled him after 6 months. Ryan Guerrero quickly got on it working with me and my grandfather to make sure the job was done quick and easy, he even called us 4 days earlier than expected to let us know know the job was done and the car was ready!! if you need a quality body shop that treats you like family and does amazing work id look no further than Ryan and the crew over at caliber san Juan. I was in an accident where I thought my car would be totaled. When Orlando at Caliber examined it, he assured me they could fix it . I was really nervous that the car wouldn’t be quite the same, at the very minimum maybe discoloration etc from replaced parts… I have to say, I am so impressed with their work when I picked up my car it looked like mint factory condition with an entirely new coat of paint. I am truly grateful because I was not ready to let my car go, it’s the best I’ve owned! Thank you to Orlando and the Caliber team for being communicative, and providing an overall positive experience despite a difficult circumstance! They have to deal with people who are having a rough day (car accidents, insurance etc.) and they are truly professionals.

Had major front end damage. Couldnt be more happier with Caliber and my point of contact: Reagan. I usually go to small / local shops for my accidents. The industry experts all said I should go to a big box body shop, due to all the damage. Reluctantly I took their advice and went to Caliber, San Juan Capistrano. Couldnt be happier I ded. The local shop did the job previously, but Caliber met, beat or / exceeded all my expectations and then some!

From the moment I met with Taylor he was very professional and kind. He thoroughly inspected my Mercedes E350 sedan for the damage that was done. I was rear ended by someone and my bumper needed some body work and paint. He was honest and trustworthy and explained the work that was needed and would also let me know if anything not seen visually was damaged and needed to be repaired. He didnt cut any corners and restored my bumper back to looking new! He gave me clear expectations on time frame my car would be in the shop. I brought it in on a Monday and it was done by Friday. I didnt have a ride home and he gave me a ride and then dropped off my car to me when it was done. His manager was also very courteous and made sure that any concerns I had were addressed. The work was exceptional and I was very satisfied with their overall service. The two ladies at the front desk were also very kind and courteous. I will use Caliber Collision again for any body work needed on my vehicles! Thanks Taylor and Team, Im really glad I chose your shop over the many many places to choose from!

Caliber Collision is the only repair shop that I will use. They are privately owned, many locations, a lifetime warranty and the quality of their work is great. Imagine working with insurance companies that dont want to pay and stressed out customers that have to have their vehicle repaired. Everyone was pleasant and courteous, not too busy to care. The receptionists were welcoming, smiling, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Our service adviser Orlando Calderon was attentive, responsive, a good communicator and always updated us of their progress. They will do The Right Thing and are pretty good at it. The people make the difference. We are Completely Satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

We got rear-ended and were told to look for a body shop. I grew up in San Juan and have seen Caliber there for years so I thought Id give them a try, and am happy I did. They were in constant contact with regard to updates on the car, finished within their estimated time frame, did a great job with the repair, and even put a really nice interior and exterior detail on the car. Very impressed with their operation and cant recommend them enough.

I experienced shocking damage from a rat. It ruined the backseat of my car and got in the trunk and also left evidence in the battery area. Not only did Caliber replace the back seat, it matched absolutely perfectly even though my car was a 2013. They detailed the entire car inside and out and it was absolutely unbelievable how great they did. My wheels look so clean and new again ... they buffed out the fogged up headlights so they were bright and shiny again. Not only did they replace the back seat but they cleaned the front seats that had naturally been soiled since 2013. It almost felt like getting in a brand new car again. Thank you to Reagan---he was absolutely informative every step of the way and helped get the job done three days sooner than planned so I didnt even need to get a rental car. I cant think of enough great words to say about Caliber Collision! They definitely exceeded my expectations by MILES!!!

I recommend Caliber Collision. This being my 4th vehicle i have taken there. I recently took my black suburban to have the hood repainted. Reagan was very professional and was willing to give me a good deal for painting the hood AND the rack top. I was skeptical at first because it required and included removing the inside cab top and top rack, but I knew I have never had an issue with Caliber Collision in the past 14 years and 3 vehicles. The Suburban was delivered on time like promised and the inside was not torn and was put back like nothing happened and no finger or hand marks. I liked that the price was as talked about, no hidden fees. The paint job looks amazing! Six months later. I shopped around and this place is proven. Thank you Caliber Collision and The staff that handled the delivery and follow up. The man that called me and waited for me to pick up on a Friday night, Thank you. To the person who painted this vehicle, you are good! you have a good eye! and the person who put back the cab top, and roof rack, you are good! you pay good attention to detail!.

I never used Caliber before and was on the fence at first. What drew me in was the person that called me to bring my car in for its estimate. So very friendly over the phone. When we arrived, Reagan and Jake were amazing, from beginning to end. They not only were they extremely kind and caring, but so very knowledgeable. I got rear ended and so I took my car to Caliber Collision. They were friendly when I first walked into the building and explained everything to me. Then as soon as they checked my car they called me right away and told me what needed to be done and how long they were hoping to have it finished for. They finished my car 2 days earlier than they said. I went and picked my car up and they had cleaned the whole inside and out side of my car. It looked like a brand new car and it smelled fantastic inside. I was very happy with them and if this ever happens again I will be going to them again. I was in a car accident recently and my insurance sent me and my car to Caliber. My car has cosmetic modifications and I was concerned that they would not be able to get it back to its original condition. I’m glad to say I was wrong. It looks awesome! After getting my car back I noticed that there was something off with my car still, so I brought it back within a few days because they mentioned their “lifetime warranty”. Within 1 business day they had taken it back to the shop that preformed the fix to the problematic part, ensured the part was fixed/ reinstalled, and had ordered a new version of that same part just in case there was a problem laster on. That level of service and forethought is not something I expected, but I appreciated it more than they know. Also, they are really good on the communication front. I received calls and texts about my car.

I had my new truck only a couple weeks and with less that 700 miles on it when I was rear-ended at a red light. The staff at Caliber Collision in San Juan Capistrano were amazing. They were polite, professional and caring from the minute I walked in the door. My advisor, Reagan Bennett, who did the estimate was thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and even brought out one of his specialists to look at the truck and answer questions. Eric Vargas, the General Manager, called me to provide updates at every step of the repair process including when the repairs started, when it went to paint, when it was finished painting, and when it went to re-assembly. To have a brand new truck get hit was devastating, but the professionalism and caring approach of the staff at Caliber San Juan put me at ease and my truck was returned to me in new condition. Can not say enough positive about their work and service.

I had an accident and my car insurance offered this place as a Collision repair shop. The estimator assigned to me was Chris Wright. I told him that I was concerned about my alignment and that there was possibly damage to the underside of the vehicle frame.He immediately followed through via email and or phone call. Told me when he thought my car would be back to me. He gave me status updates, worked with when I was hoping to get my car.When the work was done I wanted my whole car painted !Wait let me not forget to thank their awesome front desk service. Ladies thank you for offering coffee and burritos.This is where I will suggest my family and friends to bring their cars! A situation came up where they could have easily lied and bilked my insurance company. Nobody would have known. But they didnt. They were honest about it. I don’t really do reviews, but this experience was 10/10. Hit a curb and had to replace the whole front end and had to color blend the D/S Front Door on my brand new red Honda. Car was towed in and the NEXT DAY we had an estimate which was approved right away. My adviser Luis was awesome and super helpful. Some parts took longer than others and whenever there was an update, my adviser would call me. Every time I called in to talk to my adviser, no hold time, no voicemails, and he ways picked up (we spoke about 8 times). I work at a vehicle extended warranty company and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Full rebuild took about 2 weeks (which was expected) and car came back washed and vacuumed. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Don’t know how people could have a bad experience here... Thanks again👍

Terrible at this site for repairs, I had been asked to go there by my insurance. Despite me demanding no new tire as it was not damaged they replaced my very nice tire with an inferior tire. They wouldnt even give me my own tire back. Dont go to caliber in San Juan Capistrano CA if you want repairs and expect them to respect your requests.So, they promised to not change the tire.... literally the last call I had before the repairs, the guy said I will make sure they dont include the tire... and then changed the tire (I have nice tires, the insurance covers the fix, the tire was less than 20% used so I was charged for most of a new tire, and I didnt even get to select my tire, which I always do, I care about my tires) they chose, installed and charged it, and told me its not their problem. And also didnt give me my tire back! Terrible interaction for me and cost me a lot of money considering how I buy tires and care about my vehicles.Negative 5 stars.

We briefly discussed our experience and he apologized, setup an appointment to make things right, and even offered a rental car on them while it was being taken care of. THIS, is the customer service that we are used to receiving from Caliber, and we greatly appreciate that.****Customer service and attention to detail, thumbs down this go around. We have had work done here before, but this was a 180 degree change of experience.We picked up our vehicle yesterday after the repairs were completed. While approaching the vehicle I saw that the fender repair looked in order, but there was something off about the wheel/rim that was repaired. Upon closer inspection, the wheel repair itself was impressive for the damage it had sustained, but it had been refinished in a gloss/semi-gloss finish as opposed to a matte/flat finish that matched the other three undamaged wheels/rims. I brought this up to the agent that was with us and he immediately retorted, “well, the insurance company isn’t going to pay to re-paint the undamaged wheels.” Slightly confused I re-stated that the other undamaged wheels/rims are a matte finish and they refinished the damaged wheel/rim in gloss, and that was my biggest complaint. The agent then took a look at one of the other wheels/rims, walked over and took a closer look, rubbed it a little bit, stood up and said “I’m not sure how long these wheels/rims have been on this car but they have definitely been out in the sun quite a bit and that paint is faded. We can’t match that. And the refinished wheel does actually have a matte finish. It’s just a new coat so it looks gloss.” ....Mind. Blown.... He then thrust the key out in his hand towards me and asked, “who’s driving, you or her?”Now, I’ve had enough auto-body repairs done to my vehicles that I’m not a stickler about the absolute-exact-perfect match, but this was a complete disregard of and pride for the work that was completed. Customer service at its worst. Completely unacceptable experience.

Eric really knows customer service. I needed something adjusted on my car because something was rattling near my sun visor after my sunroof was replaced by them. Eric said to bring it in and was reassuring that his team would fix the annoying rattle and I shouldn’t worry. Had $9000 worth of comprehensive damage and still had to pay a $1000 deductible they claimed they couldnt afford to offer me any discount despite the substantial cost of repair. I should have taken the time to shop around body shops and highly recommend anyone considering bringing their car here to shop around. They are contracted with my insurance company and an easy option but a costly one. Also I was lied to about time to pick up car costing me money and time off work.
