California Pizza Kitchen in Santa Barbara

The Thai crunch salad was excellent and the California club pizza was good too. Good beer selection although the server has no clue what the beer styles were. Pretty chill atmosphere in the heart of tourist land.

Had the black and blue pizza today, but with chicken... could not finish it and had to fight my niece off eating the rest of yet... ohhh had the avocado spring rolls deeelish... margs coulda been a bit less ice a bit more reposado.. if ya know what I mean

My wife and I stopped by here to grab dinner on our last night of our honeymoon in Santa Barbara. She wanted her Salmon here so thats why we came here. We walked to the restrauant from our hotel which was a mile away. When we walked in, we got seated right away. I used the Dodger win pizza deal and my fiancée got her Salmon. The service was slower than usual but we were understanding with the world we live in. My pizza was alright but my wife said her Salmon tasted plain. I taste it as well and it was plain to me too. When the bill came, they forgot to apply my CPK reward for the pizza so I had to tell them.

The pizza is alright, nothing extraordinary. I was slightly taken aback by the service, though. After ordering a Margarita and Pepperoni pizza, I left a good tip and I asked if they could distribute half of each into two boxes. They responded saying they didn’t have the time. Its a small thing, but good customer service goes a long way.

Waited for over an hour after making reservation to sit down. Waited another 45 minutes to have our order taken. When the pizza came out another 30 minutes later, it had all the seasoning on two pepperonis. My drink stayed empty the whole time. No one came to get the check, so I needed up leaving a tip no one there deserved.

Supper yummy food :D absolutely loved their butter cake dessert and the pasta’s were really nice ^-^. our server G gave amazing service and was really friendly!

It’s one of the few restaurants open late in down town Santa Barbara. The service is great, very welcoming. They didn’t have any vegan dish but they cooked pasta with a delicious marinara sauce, I appreciate that they thought about something rather than offer just a salad. Wine and music were great, I recommend this place.

Quality of the food is is nowhere near the hayday of CPK. Tastes more like microwaved packaged food than actual restaurant food.

Great food and kid friendly. The menu changed a bit, but still good experience.
