Service was spectacular. The food was good. Atmosphere here is chill. Burger was a hit. Enjoyed every bite! The only negative was a sticky table. Felt dirty. Next time, Ill try the tequila pasta. SO ordered garlic Fettuccine pasta, I didnt try it so cant comment.

Fantastic menu with a great variety. Definitely want to try the tequila pasta, the Buffalo cauliflower, and the lemon piccata..There are huge number of dishes that are really tasty but those are three dishes that we had today and they they were just fantastic.

We just had lunch here. Everything was so good. Im horrible at reading a menu, so I didnt get marinara on my pizza which I was hoping for. Thats on me. The ceaser was good. The pizza crust was perfect. The waiter was covering 7 or 8 tables not including us. So we ended up with the manager, Luis, he was SO nice. Not in the fake kinda of way either. Thank you Luis for a great first experience at a California Pizza Kitchen!

We went here for dinner with a party of 3. It was HOCO night so wasn’t sure if it will be crowded. We were able to get a table waiting just ten minutes. The dining space is clean and looks great. Took a little while before we were greeted by our waiter though. Service was pretty good. Waiter was friendly and tentative there after. We ordered a Tostada pizza, kids pepperoni pizza, and Chicken Tequila Fettuccine. Food tasted great and hot. Wife ordered a glass of wine and I ordered a Platinum Margarita. All turned out great! Would certainly return to dine again.

I forgot to take pics, ugh. Its Monday night and somethings in the air because the guy who walked us to our booth had no emotion whatsoever so Im biased about the atmosphere hence the 3 stars. Took the kids there as theyve never been before, they of course ordered the bbq chicken pizza and we had Tequila Chicken pasta and the Hawaiian Pizza, the food was good. Kids ate their entire pizza.. I love this place however Im used to the one in Santa Monica and San Francisco, much better and upbeat atmosphere.

I tried this place for the first time and VERY disappointed. I ordered to go online for pick up.I ordered the street corn which was gross and no flavor...and the Thai pizza...I make street corn at home and it is absolutely yummy...this sounded so good so i thought i would try it. The corn was watery...no tajin...the cheeses were weird...and the sauce that came with the corn..not good at all.The bread that comes with it tasted stale and burned...yuck. I will NEVER order this again.The Thai Pizza...they sent it home without the peanuts...bean sprouts and cilantro. Thats a big part of what makes pad Thai.I cooked the pizza and the flavor was ok. I certainly did not like it enough to order it again.I am so disappointed with California pizza...I will never come here again...blahhh

We dont do a lot of chain restaurants, so I havent been to a CPK in over 15 years. We had an amazing experience here. The food was great, but our server was amazing. We both ordered appetizers, my incredibly handsome fiance ordered the cauliflower and I ordered the crispy Brussel Sprout and goat cheese salad. These appetizers were 5 star. For an entree my fiance ordered the Sicilian (fantastic), I ordered a seasonal spicy honey pizza, it sounds weird but it was pretty damn good... I recommend it!

I have never been to a California Pizza Kitchen before but was aware of their products in the store so I had no expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised. The menu had a wide selection of dishes, not just pizza. My friend had a very delicious shrimp scampi salad as she was off bread at the time, but I couldnt help but try one of the pizzas. So I had a garlic chicken with Alfredo sauce pizza topped with caramelized onions. It was awesome. For desert we shared a flour less chocolate cake topped with hot fudge sauce.

Came in for late night dinner got seated and waited 10 minutes and no one or our server acknowledged us. Until the manager notice and come and asked if we taken care of. We didn’t know who our server was and the manager took our order and got our drinks. Apparently Danielle was our server dropped our food and walked away didn’t ask how we were doing or offer our refills. Through our entire meal we never got checked on or acknowledged when we had empty plates and empty drinks. A table got seated next to us and got greeted immediately by our server and got the drinks, appetizers and everything they need. We are regular customers here and always have gotten 10/10 service by who I think his name is RJ. She came by with a smile when handing us our full bill as if nothing was wrong or had happened. Which was $50 0/10 experience, We tried to tip the one person who took care of us even though he was really busy, said that the tip had to go back to the server.

The place is not clean. I switched chairs because there was food stuck on the first one. The service was nothing special. Slow; and the place was not busy. I had the seasonal salad with strawberries, feta cheese, pistachios and watermelon and vinaigrette. It tasted great, but I was so sick afterwards. Fever, stomach cramps, nausea. Food poisoning. Lasted about 10 hours. Survived.

CPK Sacramento has great customer service and great food. This was my first time here, we tried the Fire Grilled Ribeye, which came with a side of potatoes and arugula salad, and a Wild Mushroom Pizza. To say the least, our plates were empty. Definitely recommend.

This restaurant is in a pretty nice location with plenty of parking. Its much nicer than the CPKs Ive been in Walnut Creek and Emeryville - which surprised me. 4 stars.The server that took our to-go order was a little standoffish, but maybe he was just having a moment. He was much better by the time we left. 3 stars.I ordered a margherita pizza and vegetarian alfredo pasta. The pizza was dry and ridiculously salty. The Alfredo was lacking any discernable flavor. Both surprised me with how bad they were. 1 star.

Love the food at CPK But this location has some of the worst service/waiters Ive ever had to encounter. Single dad of 2 girls, we were seated in an area where they couldnt put a high chair at the end of the table and was not given an option to switch to a different table. I wiped down crumbs off the table and my seat. Took 10 minutes to take my drink order after sitting down, which I just proceeded to order because who knows how long that wouldve taken. All of the waiters had a dreaded look on their face, as if they hated being there, and that really puts a damper on your dinning experience. Ill be back just because I enjoy the food CPK has to offer, but I might drive to Rocklin to have a better experience.

Sabrina was the best! First time ordering from CPK to be delivered and my food was taking longer than expected unfortunately there was a glitch in the third party delivery app and although my driver picked up my food on Uber app my order was canceled. I called CPK, Sabrina took my information to research my order and had my food remade, redelivered and even called me after I received my food to make sure I received everything I ordered! She also refunded me my order for the inconvenience. She went above and beyond! She turned a bad experience into a great one. That type of customer service will make me continue to come back to this restaurant.

Great place to eat unique pizzas and pastas. I love the Honey Bee Pizza and Sicilian Pizza. They also have a wide variety of pastas and salads. The Thai salad is really good. My family and I like to order different dishes and try a little bit of everything. They are usually always busy in the evenings. I always like to go during the lunch time hour because you dont really have to wait to be served. This is a great family restaurant.

Hadnt had CPK in over a decade and was expecting the same classic taste from way back. Biggest waste of time and money. Overpriced menu for very very bland food, nothing like the CPK I knew from LA years back. Menu has evolved a lot over the years but its definitely not the same great taste. We spent 80 dollars for two starters, drinks and a pizza to share and I almost wept as we paid coz, it was absolutely horrible.

This is a chain restaurant, and we chose this place because we had eaten at one at an airport. At the airport CPK, I had the best Sangria I had had in years. The airport Sangria had an abundance of fresh fruit. It was a berry Sangria with fresh orange, apple, strawberry, and blueberries. The drink consisted of almost half fresh fruit. When I ordered the berry Sangria in Arden Fair CPK, it had almost no fruit in it. There was a small piece of orange, a thin slice of lime, and two blueberries. I was very disappointed. Arden Fair CPK isnt a bad restaurant, but I was expecting exceptional, not average.

The pizzas are all personal and for $20 I could have ordered from somewhere else and received a much bigger portion. I ordered an alfredo pasta for my child and they gave her a buttered noodles with barely any sauce and when i received the extra sauce as requested it was really watery and bland.

The service was very nice and it was busy there. The food I had was just ok. I did not care for the way they prepared the Tortilla soup. My husband had the salad which he loved, and we each had a 7 inch pizza. The pizza was good, loved the crust. I only wished that there was a bigger selection on the 7 inch pizzas. Great food and an excellent overall experience.Their pizza selection made it easy to find something that would suit our mood. They offer an number of classic pizza styles but also have some more unique flavor profiles. We had the Thai Chicken pizza and it was delicious...not at all traditional but a nice change from the usual. The Thai Crunch salad that we ordered was huge and full of fresh veggies and chicken...easly shared.Our server Hannah was absoultely wonderful. Super friendly, exteremely attentive, and very helpful with suggestions.For a pizza chain, CPK is very much in a class above others.

I went there for grabbing quick coffee Long with some friends. But coffee turned out to be very bad. Even 7-Eleven coffee is far better than California Pizza kitchen. I have tried food earlier at the other location including Pizza which turned out to be really good but would never recommend you to stop by for coffee.Overall the restaurant was good and lady the front desk was nice and friendly.

California Pizza kitchen has done well to renovate and re-think their menu. The newly redone menu is complemented well by the recently updated aesthetic. The offerings are slightly more varied than before, while certain classics were retained. The wait staff was prompt and courteous, even rushing our order through by request. While the new aesthetic may not be to everyones liking, it strikes a reasonable balance between desired perception and quality of experience. 80s lacquer and overstated color combos are gone in favor of a more neutral color scheme. My only complaint with the whole experience is one many have mentioned before: go to a corporate location, get a corporate experience. My meal was lackluster, even going shy on the main ingredient (chicken). It felt like I primarily paid for the aesthetic and a lot of noodles. Despite that, the experience as a whole was good, and their new mixed drinks are worth consideration.

My teenager and I loved it! Great fresh food including soups, salads, and pizzas. We had their pick two lunch specials (so many choices in that section). CPK is usually a great place for good food in a casual environment. Unfortunately, my last 2 visits have been disappointing. We stopped by on a Wednesday night and ordered 3 pizzas. The restaurant was slow and the employees outnumbered the customers. The service was slow and I had to walk past team members twice and serve myself. Once for condements and a second time for more napkins. The food looked great as usual. However, the pizza sauce tasted stale. Overall, I was disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon.

The pizza is delicious. I really wish I could order more than one because they all sound good but I just cant eat them all. I had the Shrimp Scampi and enjoyed it. The dessert were awesome as well. I was really disappointed with the service I got here. My family told me great things about it but me and my party of 7 had a difficult time. It was a fairly busy so we didnt mind the long waits. Fast forward to the end our dinner we ask for separate checks. None of our orders were complex in any way. When she brought back the separate receipts we placed our cards neatly so she wouldnt get confused. She came and picked it up. I watched her throw the tab down. So I really hoped none our receipts were mixed. 5-10min later she comes back because she was lost and confused. She asked to retake our orders we said yes. She took our orders again. She gave us our cards back so she can re print the receipts. We get the receipts, and 4 out of the 7 of us were being charged for things we didnt eat. It was beyond ridiculous. We try and wave her over to tell her about the mistake. We ended waiting about 10min. Finally she comes back we respectfully tell her the mistakes. It was clearly to see she was getting frustrated with the situation. She retakes the 4 orders. This time around every thing seemed good. So organized our debit cards and gave her the tab again. By this time we were just ready to leave the restaurant but she makes another mistake. I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THIS 51 DOLLAR MEAL. I kindly told her there is a problem I was charged twice enough was enough we all suggested after the THIRD mistake she needed to get her manager. So to solve the problem the manager voided all of our payments. And we had to repeat the process. In all honesty I never had a problem like this at any restaurant I really wish it could have gone a lot smoother.

Service is decent for a restaurant inside of a mall but the food is definitely above par for food in a mall. The layout of the restaurant is nice. You can see the brick oven and even see them making your food which is kind of cool.

This was my first visiting CPK and I must say I was impressed. I am doing keto and pizza is usually out, but not today. The cauliflower crust was absolute perfection. Never in my life did I imagine paying 50$ for 2 salads. I had salmon in my salad. I thought it was going to be a salmon fillet. It was fish nuggets that were extremely overcooked. I had a very bad customer service at this location. They got my pizza wrong - missing 50% of toppings. They tried to correct it and still got wrong. Finally third time they got it right. Worst part is the server didnt even apologized for getting order wrong and acted as if he was doing me some favor by getting the order right.

First time visiting this place, and must say we were very pleased. 2 adults, 2 kids. The pizza was delicious, my husband ordered barbeque cauliflower, which was bomb. The server brought us fresh bread and olive oil with herbs as a starter. Later on when our kids were getting bored, the server brought them 2 pieces of fresh pizza dough to play around with. The kids stayed busy for the remained of our time there. What a fun and cute gesture, and the dough definitely helped kids keep entertained and let us relax. Will be back again!

I went in say at the bar and the red headed bartender turned around and walked away. I sat and waited while she chatted with the manager. I waited a few more minutes then I left. I turned around went back and asked the manager of he saw me and he said yes. I told him what I just experienced and he says he will talk to the bartender. I asked him what about him?... He acknowledged he saw me and didnt greet me in the way in our acknowledge me on the way out. I usually go there and I had a regular bartender but he left and this has happened to me there before but he was very nice to me so I would go there because he was attentive. I went to the one in the fountains in Roseville for one of my friends 25th birthdays with like 15 to like 20 people and I order the crispy mac and chess bites 4 of them for like 5 $ perfect for me. And I try a bite of this cauliflower crust pizza that the brother of my friend order and it was super good. It was dim lighting and noise was low I could hear pretty much everyone at the table. I have Aspergers and light and noise sensitivity. The Noise here didnt bother me. Are waiter Kayla was good. And on top of her game. I dont know how much if any tip she got and the fact she dealt with a group that size well and was so patient if you need more time to read the menu and decide she come back to you. I hope to go to other California Pizza Kitchens. And I prob try out the one in Auburn next because I believe its closer to my house and see if I can find those mac and cheese bites. How does this place have so many stars?? My mom and I went here last month and were both very disappointed to see that the prices had been increased but the quality of the food wasnt worth it.
