California Pizza Kitchen at Riverside Plaza in Riverside

Overall, we had a good experience. My wife got the salmon and a shrimp appetizer, while I got a cauliflower crust Hawaiian pizza. They initially brought out my pizza regular instead of cauliflower crust, but they apologized for the mistake and corrected it within 7 or 8 minutes. My pizza was about 20 bucks, which is a little high for a personal pizza, I think, but I like that I could get a second pizza to take and bake at home for another $10. My wife loved both the shrimp app and salmon main course!!!! We also had the chocolate souffle for dessert. It was rich and yummy, but not overly sweet. There is a decent selection of beers on tap, but not the best selection of IPAs. We will definitely be back. We got the shrimp scampi zucchini to go for a friend, and she was very pleased with it as well.

We ordered the Fresh Strawberry Mango Cooler and Cucumber Reviver. I preferred the Strawberry Mango Cooler. The Kids Mac n Cheese was a large portion and tasted good. Its nice because they have Lunch Specials every day of the week, including weekends, from 11 AM to 4 PM. We ordered the Soup+Lunch-size Salad (Tomato Basil Bisque and Thai Crunch Salad). They both tasted good, but I wish there was more dressing on the salad. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was good. My favorite out of all the dishes we ordered was the Garlic Cream Fettucine with sautéed cremini mushrooms. The Chicken Picatta had a tasty lemon cream sauce. The Kung Pao Spaghetti was more spicy than usual this time around. For dessert, we ordered the Butter Cake with vanilla Häagen-Dazs, which is a crowd favorite. Personally, I found it a bit too sweet, but everybody else in my party enjoyed it.

I used to go to CPK all the time as a kid, but coming back as an adult It didn’t hit like it used to . The oil that came with the bread tasted very herby, I did not like the taste . I came during lunch time & ordered the lunch deal (bbq pizza with a salad) the pizza was dry . The salad was okay … 4/10

My friend and I stopped by for a quick dinner. We were seated promptly. Our server was so sweet and attentive, and took our order right away. We started with the Spinach Artichoke Dip, the warm bread with olive oil and herbs was wonderful. We shared the Thai crunch pizza, which my friend had never had, and she loved it. To drink I had the Cucumber Reviver which was refreshing and delicious. My only complaint it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant.

My first time going there for lunch with my husband for Valentines day. Let me tell you we got the best waitress named Amber. She was awesome and made us feel at home. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Didnt take pictures of our drinks or dessert.

Understand they were busy on Fathers Day. Didnt mind the wait (25 min). Waiter took our order and never came back except to give us the check. We had to ask other staff for salt, pepper, sugar and napkins. Caesar salad had hardly any dressing. Couldnt bother asking yet another person for more. Pizza was OK. Restaurant is dirty. You can see dust on the median between booths and the bar area. Only reason we went is to use my gift card. I ordered red velvet cake to go to use up my gift card. I didnt check it before leaving and got the butter pound cake. Wouldnt go back again.

First time coming here. Service was amazing. Refills on drinks was spot on. Our waitress was on point. Ordered a pepperoni pizza every part of it was amazing. the sauce was rich in flavor. the crust had an amazing bite on the outside and tender inside. The pepperonis had alot of flavor. The cheese was amazing as well. Will definitely come back again.

Came here to eat with my wife and son.We sat at the bar and were served by Mike, Steve, and ND if Im saying his name correctly.They were exceptional and very attentive. They all worked exceptionally well together.Their GM and Manager should be grateful they have employees of this caliber.The food was great and the night was amazing.If you want to be served by the Best sit at the bar.....

Great food and non alcohol amazing drinks

I really enjoyed their happy hour. Tasty food. Good drinks! I would like to do it again!
