We enjoyed one of the many artisan pizzas 🍕 available at CPK. Our waiter Doug provided 5-Star service. We also got a Take and Bake to go for $8 more to have during the sports we watch Sunday afternoon. 👍

I went with my mother for lunch and had a waiter named Doug, horrible service, made inappropriate comments, touched my arm after making one of his jokes, said hes never seen a grown man order half a sandwich, waited over 10 minutes for our drinks but we got our bread with butter ? Not olive oil, had to wait another 7 minutes just for olive oil, he doesnt understand social cues, and just a rude waiter overall. The food is great but I dont want to be rude in asking for another waiter but I would do it to avoid that mess again and I know Im not the only one whos had problems with him.

This is a great California Pizza Kitchen restaurant! There was no wait to be seated on a Saturday but they were quite busy. It did take about 30 minutes for my food to be delivered after I ordered, however this is understandable given it was a weekend. The personal pizza was good although I wish there was more cheese and sauce on it. The Strawberry Mango Cooler is always delicious! It is super convenient to be able to pay through the CPK app and not have to wait for your card to be brought back to you.

Best Gluten-Free pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve tried it from different CPK locations as well but nothing beats this one. Perfect crust, perfectly crunchy dough, the cheese is toasted just right. Thanks guys I’ll always be coming back.

Its now a family go to...hasnt disappointed yet. The pizza is yummy, the atmosphere is nice, especially outside. I had the Chicken Tequila Fettuccine, now i tried it first the original way with spinach Fettuccine, but found the noodles to hard, so i switched them out to regular, and oh my goodness so good.My son loved the spicy buffalo cauliflower. And Spicy Milano Pizza. They had a special you take and bake any pizza for $8. Urah we did. And you can guess which one...lol.

I am a California Pizza Kitchen fanatic! We went on a busy Friday night and all the food hit! Food was consistently delicious and on the mark!!Shauna was our waitress and she was attentive and got our food hot and quick! Super nice as well!This will be my new favorite location!!THE PEPPERONI PIZZA IS A MUST!dumplings were hot and delicate, Kung pao pasta was sooo good! The most ok experience ever. Food was alright but over priced for what it was. Service was slow even though their was only a few tables full but the waiter was friendly. I dont think anything in the restaurant has been replaced since it opened, warn down seats, small things broken here and there. If the food was cheaper it wouldnt have been all been ok but the experience didnt match that bill.

I ordered the Chipotle BBQ Pizza and when I opened the box there the pizza was soggy and no veggies. The was in a small container which was very disappointing because it was such a small portion. I requested for side bread and no oil or butter was included. Taste was ok. Ive had better tasting and more ingredients at other location.

We love coming here to this location, they are almost always on point. Paige is one of the best servers we have experienced and such a joy to have as a server. The staff is always friendly and seem generally happy to have you there. The food is made quick and fresh, tastes absolutely delicious then and the next day. Price is a little more than other restaurants, but generally always worth it.

We rolled in to CPK with 46 people!Chris is amazing! He took control of serving our party, and is making sure everyones orders are taken care of. Of course he has plenty of support from the rest of the staff. They are all doing everything they can to make sure all of us are being accommodated!Not only that, but the entire staff are also tending to the other guests, as well! Sorry for the noise, folks, Im sure its a bit more than you were prepared for!

Dark/dim restaurant and food was lukewarm at best when we finally got it, overpriced for what you get. Waiter forgot my drink multiple times, refills were sparse, wasnt even that busy...no idea what the deal was. Bread wasnt even brought out till entrees arrived. This was a second and probably final try with a similar experience the first time.

Food was great. We didnt have to wait long at all to be seated, order and for everything to come out. I wasnt really thrilled with our service - waiter forgot silverware, then forgot to check on drinks, then forgot to bring out to-go boxes. We had to flag him down like 6 or 7 times to remind him about the things that we asked for. But he was young and probably inexperienced. Im sure hell get it down eventually. Everything else there was pretty solid. All in all, we had a great experience.

Service was Lacking to the point we were seated in a corner. After ordering people sat I. The same section of us were getting there food quickly and still hot. Manny as our server spent his glorious time taking care of the four young teenage girls sat across from me my girlfriend and her son. There was a lack of care nor ability to do basic care. Refilling glassware that was used rather then bringing a fresh refill. Bringing out food that was not hot nor was very well made like it was thrown together. Wish I took pictures but as I happy as I am I can here right after work for dinner. He basically dumped the check on the table to run off to help the other table. So I dont know what these nice reviews are but if your a group of teenage girls you will have an exceptional time sitting in Mannys section. Word to the wise come here at your own risk last time I will come back to get an upset stomach

The food here is really good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I have come here including dates with my husband, its almost like we are forgotten. Even with a reservation one night we had to wait over an hour to get our food because they seem to be serving everybody else but us. I just went there with a friend and my son for lunch, and my friends food was forgotten, our server never checked on us, and I always seem to have issues with my rewards as well as my other discounts whenever I come here. So its nice going out to eat once in awhile and sitting in the shade. But the service here is very very disappointing:(

Service was ok but that was the best part. The spinach artichoke dip lacked flavor and chips were stale, my Cesar salad was decent, our pizza was cold, and they were somehow unable to cook my toddlers broccoli enough to make it soft for her to eat with what little she has. I sent it back asking for them to cook it longer or steam it more and it was still too hard for her to eat. They no charged the broccoli, which was nice. My daughters Mac n cheese was good and warm.

It was my time here and I was expecting more. The food I got was very different from what I was expecting. Very salty and lemony but someone else might like that. I ordered a kids pasta and it tasted a bit watery but it wasn’t bad. We had appetizers that were great but I can’t remember the name of them. The price for 4 people was 100+ so it’s a bit on the pricey side.

Awful experience. Service was not bad but definitely not good. Food was absolutely not good.General run down of the evening:Sat down and waited about 10 mins before ourServer came to us. We immediately placed our order. It took 15 mins before bread and water came out after that. Followed by appetizers that came out several minutes later, cold. We sent them back and did not see them along with our meal items and specialty drinks until about 50 or minutes after sitting down at the table. Things are getting back to normal here. For a while, they didnt have enough staff and the service suffered. This visit, service was great. My complaint is that the portions are getting much smaller and the price is rising. Yes, I know thats part of inflation. However, when I ordered a large BBQ chicken salad for $18 I expect it to be a LARGE BBQ chicken salad. Instead it was a below average size salad. Thank goodness there was bread to fill me up.

We were halfway done when the remake came out with another hair and we were grossed out and called it. I waited for some time. The order was not ready when I got there and CPK had ample time to prepare. Being understanding I must say, most of the time when picking up you have to wait due to the fact that they always seem busy, so its not like they are taking their time. I would have at least given them 4 stars because the food was ok. I use to work in customer service so I take it really serious. I saw 4 people standing around in the back doing nothing and no greeting. All 4 looked at me and turned away. I wont say why I feel like they didnt want to help me, but I wont be going back. After 5 mins of waiting finally an Asian girl came out of nowhere and helped.

As a former employee I’m ashamed to reveal that after years of working for this company not ONCE have I ever gotten my rest period Or a break period/lunch break. ITS THE LAW!!! Restaurants are famous for this practice….And they just wait for class action lawsuits to pay everybody out and then it’s back to business as usual… shame on this big corporation. Don’t believe me ??…ask any server that takes care of you if they’ve gotten a lunch break or rest period. Stop supporting big corporate entities that do not take care of their employees and as a customer you wonder why the service reflects that unfortunately. When you treat your employees like garbage they do the absolute minimum expected of them. You’re welcome :) Also when I worked here they would par cook the chicken and leave it out in a huge rack stacked up… not even refrigerated ….for HOURS on end and usually they left the chicken out right by the dishwashing station FYI. Removed the Morroccan salad for example and then changed the sauce on the tirimisu. Now you need to order a shot of Kaluha to get the taste close to what it was but that gets pricey.

Ive been here many times, usually for take out. On most occasions something is forgotten. However, the other night when I went to pick up dinner for my family and another family who just had a baby, the waitress was amazingly detail-oriented! She took such care in separating the meals so it was easy to see which food went to my friend and what was for my family. She helped me register for the rewards program. And she brought it out to my car for the curb side pick up! Awesome service!The food is so good here!! I recommend the tostada pizza with like chicken, the two in a bowl soup with split pea and potato soup. And for dessert get the key lime pie and butter cake!The kids pizzas are perfect size for my kids. Dont waste your time on the kids chocolate milk. There was hardly any syrup in there. It was pretty much just milk.Also, the food is amazing, but the price reflects that. Its not a cheap meal to take the entire family to, but its so tasty that its worth it for a special occasion.

Overpriced. Although it has been a while, weve eaten at California Pizza Kitchen many times over the years. I dont remember it ever being this expensive! This is especially surprising as there are better restaurants located in the same outdoor mall where this particular franchise was situated. The food was good (but not great), and the service was friendly (but not anything to write home about). Despite the vast parking lot, it was difficult to find a spot. Im also not sure how handicap-accessible the restaurant is, given the crowded walkways throughout the building.

Visited this CPK for a family lunch. Seating available outside only at this time. Great menu item selections to choose from. Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and hot tomato basil soup duo. Very delicious. Our waiter Larry was very courteous and kept our table well stocked with fresh water and extra napkins. Will definitely go back for other meals. Parking is not a problem and the restrooms are open for CPK patrons.

We waited 10 min for a table with a dozen other people and the place was only 1/3 full. It was pretty empty. This was a Thurs evening at 5:45. Usually, prime time. After waiting again for awhile, we watched a waiter take orders from parties seated after us. So we flagged a different waiter. I told him wed like to order and he asked us who are waiter was...LOL!!! I told my friend lets getoutta here and we walked over to Corner Bakery and had an awesome dinner at a MUCH LOWER PRICE! Place is going downhill quickly. First off wasn’t a busy night at all and service was slow and all servers and bartender had looks of they didn’t want to be there. Wife ordered Kung pow chicken came with some kind of foreign object in it told the waiter and he took it looked at it but didn’t offer a new one had to ask. Took it back to the kitchen and he came back and said the manager said it was an oregano stick. No apology nothing. Took 15 minutes to get re fire food and then had to pay for it!!! Went to dinner with my husband and little nephew. The waiter took the order and brought our drinks but we did not see him again until the moment he brought our check. I could see him walking around and checking on the other tables, just not us. He just did not want to serve us! Once we paid, we gave with a $100 for a $51.00 check and he brought back $8.00 and change. We would have been okay walking away and never coming back to the restaurant but I refused to leave this person a $40 tip. We asked for a manager who apologized and gave us a free meal... I was a regular customer (at least once a week) and today I had a major incident at the restaurant. The manager onsite decided my health and safety was not an issue and was to busy to come to my assistance. The food is a hit and miss here (inconsistent quality). The service is great but the manager Lee Anne should find another place to work that does not involve customer service. She refused to give me her last name when i told her I need to talk to the corporate office.

Fantastic food, service not so much...two simple drinks took 10+ mins to receive, dinner salad, arrived with main meal... waiter, didn’t even check on food quality, drink refills, if I return to this place it’ll be at counter/bar where at least you’d have server close by for good service and fresh water/drinks as needed... too bad for the waiter too, usually tip well beyond normal, oh well dude, tighten up service and better luck tomorrow...
