California Pizza Kitchen at Temecula in Temecula

So I had a horrible experience my last visit here. I was not greeted and I was not even served by the waitress. She ignored oir table and seemed like she was annoyed by us showing up there for lunch. I decided to go up and order from the bartender. The manager took notice, came over and gave me a free take n bake pizza coupon which I thought was very nice. I went to use it today and I was told I have to dine in, order a FULL entree, not a drink and then present the coupon for a take n bake pizza at home? Why would I want to dine eat, eat a full meal, then order a pizza to take home and eat?? This makes no sense at all. NO$ you get a bad review for bad service!! nice try trying to bribe me with a coupon so Id keep quiet! I was right to leave a negative review a few weeks ago when I had horrible service but I thought this coupon was to make up for it and I was sadly mistaken. Do better be better you are rotten.

I stopped by with my sister and sister in laws to just order dessert, but we ended up ordering small plates to eat as our dinner. I ordered the lemon raspberry cheesecake, and my sister ordered a salad that had chicken and avocado. They went light on the sauce, but she ordered extra on the side for herself. We split the salad in half. When you go to Cheesecake Factory, be ready because their portions are big. The server switched on us, maybe because of lunch, but the second server was friendly and took care of our table. Ive tried other plates at Cheesecake Factory that I like, but this time, we got something smaller and healthy. P.S. give yourself a chance to try something new when you go there!

Wow!! I was really impressed with the instant greeting and cleanliness of this place! The staff was friendly and very attentive. We got a knowledgeable server that recommended different food options. It was helpful for a first timer like myself. The menu options were endless and easy to read. They have a great lunch special which was reasonable. However the food is calorie driven which is ok, but the portions are small and the food is lite. Great place if you want to reduce your caloric intake!

Food was phenomenal but the service was bad. the server didn’t check up on us or ask if we wanted refills or desert, he just put our food down and the check.

Great food choices on the menu. Great for restricted dietary needs.

Great place. And their menu is always up to par. Although I wish they would have kept some of the classic, like the summer rolls.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Our table bread was baked fresh so it was tasty and warm when we got it. I ordered the half Thai salad (with added avocado) and I thought it was a huge portion so I was able to take half home. This salad was yummy!

Our server was great, but the restaurant itself seems to be poorly managed in the evenings. The men’s bathroom was flooded and poorly cleaned. After a few complaints, they closed the bathrooms completely. I had to ask for three sets of silverware to get a clean set of silverware. This is not the CPK’s brand. I expect this type of management and these mistakes at Dennys, not here. Very disappointed in this location.

Horrible experience. I parked in their curbside puck up area and I call to let them know I arrived and I have no cell service in the parking structure. Finally I get checked in and then when I got the pizza home and salad, the pizza was like cardboard and cold and I received no salad. Call to get a redund and the employees were super rude. Dont not order curbside at cpk temecula

The waitress who took our oder was really sweet and offered to take our picture since it’s our second time in California. I recommend the drinks, it’s as good as the bars here.
