California Pizza Kitchen at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga

This is supposed to be a full salad? There are more toppings than lettuce. I shouldnt be able to see the bottom of the container. And what happened to the dressing? I asked for 1 of each, Ranch and Blue cheese. For a full salad, you would think they would at least fill it half way.I wouldve loved to dine in, but was an hour wait and 6 open tables that were still open 20 minutes later when we picked up our to go order.The food tasted good but I don’t think I would eat there often due the bloated pricing.

We had the garlic cream fettuccine with added shrimp and it was absolutely delicious! The sauce was wonderful! Our server was also really nice and friendly and helpful with recommendations. However, the price was outrageous for the small portion size. We paid an extra $5.25 for the shrimp, and there were only seven pieces of it. The pasta itself was $18, and it was simply too small for that price. My husband and I shared it, but were of course hungry after. But it wouldnt have been friendly on our wallets to get two dishes at that price.My two little girls shared the Hawaiian pizza from the kids meal. They were automatically given coloring sheets and crayons, and even though they were sharing one kids meal, the waitress was perfectly fine with giving each of them their own milk.Free unlimited sourdough bread with olive oil dip was wonderful 🙂

UPDATED 8/25/23My wife and i just literally stepped out of CPK and are so happy and fully satisfied with our food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our server Andi was very friendly and awesome. It was pretty busy but we were seated right away. Thank you for a wonderful meal.Previous experience:My wife and i came here for lunch on Saturday, waited about 15 minutes for a table. The hostess that greeted us was nice and polite. Our server was also nice and helpful with answering questions.We ordered two pizzas and both were very dry like cardboard. The avocado egg rolls was cold and not crunchy at all. The artichoke dip was delicious, and so are the salads and soup that we ordered. You would think that the big ticket items such as the pizzas would be made and prepared with better quality to ensure the food being served is acceptable and satisfactory. After all, the name of the restaurant is California Pizza Kitchen. This not our first time at this location and we’ve been served better quality food before.

This is definitely a nice spot to eat lunch outside during the cooler months, very relaxing.Our waiter needed more training, however. When I asked for coffee, he said he didnt think they had any, only Decaf. Probably wouldve been a good idea to confirm that with the kitchen staff and he came across like he didnt want to be bothered. When one of us ordered gluten-free pizza, the waiter brought the regular crust and our son didnt know until he almost finished his pizza. That part wasnt good at all, diet restrictions are really important for CPK returning customers.Overall the food was actually very good, but please train your staff to be more attentive. We love CPK, so these mishaps wont deter us.

CPK is normally the best, but this location needs a lot of TLC. To start off the air conditioning is not working. Staff said that the air conditioning has not worked in 2 weeks. The bathroom had the trash overflowing. The staff is completely down working in the extreme temperature. Overall we were hungry so we stayed. Our server was very nice, and the food was typical CPK. The corporate office needs to make a visit very soon.

Particularly on weekends, arrive at least 30 minutes before you intend to eat to put your name on the waiting list. Plenty of things to see in the mall while you walk and wait. This location seems like its understaffed for the large volume of customers it receives. Our server was fantastic and attentive, but she was clearly overworked. Food quality is up to par with other CPK locations: wild mushroom pizza, Thai salad, etc all lovely. The desserts at CPK are typically fantastic too.

I always enjoy eating at this location. The service today was great and the food is always good. I havent had a bad experience here. They always get the order correct too.

This is my third time at CPK. Food quality is okay. I always love their pizza. However I had to wait too long to get my order to the server and for the food the wait time is too long. With the money I spend, I feel I should be better treated not waiting too long to get the food served. When I also went to pick up my order (prepaid), I also had to wait 10 minutes in front of the takeout bar because noone was reaching out to me hand over the food which was already fully prepared.

Well it is CPK. You know what youre going to get when you come here. I had the jambalaya pasta. It was very spicy, and it was a huge portion. Just the way I like it. My kids loved their spaghetti and pepperoni pizza. The waiter was prompt and nice.This location is in a very busy area with lots of families coming in. The wait was long, which is okay but there were lots of bratty kids in there. One kid has his shoes off and placed them on top of the table. Another kid had his phone blasting loudly. Thats why I did not rate the atmosphere highly. Just remember if you come to this location, there will be lots of kids screaming and there will be a long wait. But if you dont mind that, go enjoy the food.

Kids mushroom 🍄 pizza 🍕 with a Cesar salad, chips and salsa for appetizer is always a good idea 😋. My family and I enjoy the excellent service and great oven baked pizzas 👌here. I’ve tried several different meals from their awesome menu 👍and I have not been disappointed. The cleanliness and amazing team work is very much appreciated 👏.
