We ordered a pizza, kids pasta, and chicken strips for our baby. The pizza was satisfactory, and our son ate a small portion of his meal. I found his food to be tasty when I sampled it.The fact that they dont use organic pasta or other ingredients, despite their availability and affordability in California, is a downside when considering options for children. However, this seems to be a common issue in many restaurants, regardless of the amount you pay.

Service was so bad. Literally had to flag down the manager for anyone to come help us. The iced tea came w no ice and our server was not nice at all. Also, the bathrooms were repulsive for a restaurant. Not sanitary at all. The food was good.

This is such a gorgeous place where they have these nice wooden tables, there are booths with windows to sit at that you can open or close the curtains upon request, and the food is fantastic! They have really nice workers here and I very much highly recommend going to this location!

Great restaurant. I went for dinner, but still was served delicious pasta and fish tacos. While I wasnt able to taste the pizzas, the two dishes I did have were very well made and fresh. I will definitely go back in the near future.

It was absolutely amazing to visit a California Pizza Kitchen in Cali being that I am from NYC. I have to rely on target bought Cpk frozen pizza to get my fix. This location is a nice size and very comfortable, our waitress was very polite and attentive. The pizza was beautiful and fresh, so much better than the frozen even though I still continue to buy those. The bbq pizza will be my recommendation to try if you haven’t, it isn’t overpowering as many may think and the balance of chicken and onions is amazing.

We have been to this one a few times when visiting from Australia. It’s usually pretty good. Our waitresses name I think was destiny or something and she wasn’t the friendliest. Tried to rush us along a bit and was very abrupt. Seemed more interested into talking to her coworkers and ignoring customers. The food saved it though.. customer service needs to be a setup of what it is now. You want a good tip, you need to earn it..

I like this restaurant a bit less than before, but I still like their vegitarian tortilla soup. But their bowl is hardly filled and the price is high for so little soup. I also liked their roasted veggie salad with optional salmon pieces but it was removed from their menu. There is some kind of cooking timer in the open kitchen that is repeatedly and loudly going off every few minutes, which is quite unpleasant.

Just came in, place was a ghost town (lots of staff - very few customers), waited five minutes to be seated. Sat at table for twenty minutes being completely ignored by staff(I’m an affluent professional and was well dressed for whatever that’s worth). Finally the bartender came out from behind the bar and over to my table. I told her I’d been waiting twenty minutes. She walked away without taking my order.I left. Was gonna have dinner and a drink.Unbelievable.

They need improvements on their customer service; i asked the waitress if i could have a extra container her response was for what?!. Years ago I would always get Bar-b-que Chicken pizza. Its my favorite. Now I dont eat meat and rarely eat dairy. Now they have a plant based version and honestly I couldnt tell the difference. I was really impressed. They also have quite a few plant based options.❤️

Good food. I eat here frequently, when at the mall, but unless you have a bartender you have report with, stick with the wine to avoid weak drinks. I have had such bartenders at other CPKs but at Century City they really measure. (I like mixed drinks so that’s a bit limiting at times)

The waiter that we had was horrible. We had to keep asking other workers for items and had to call for the manager. I believe our waiter, I cannot remember his name, kept taking breaks to go and partake in marijuana or some substance. We do know that he was outside since we could hear conversations and the manager pulled him to the back when he came back inside.

Proof you dont have to be fine dinning to have a great, interesting, and enjoyable meal. Havent visited a CPK for nearly 12 years, but recently have visited it about 4 separate times and each time Ive been extremely happy. The food overall has been great, the service was usually great, the wait time was nonexistent and the price was fantastic. Everything about my experiences here have been stellar. Cant recommend this place enough.

Was refused at the door at 8:45 for a takeout order. Waited for 5 mins, after which someone came over and curtly said “closed!” and turned around too fast for me to ask a question. All signs and website notate 9pm, and I wasn’t trying to stay, only grab a small item to go. Hostess at the front of the house was incredibly rude. Multiple tables open and refused to sit 3 at a table for two when could have added another chair. Then when we were seated refused to let us sit for another 5 minutes because the table was dirty. Finally I had the waitress correct my food order incorrectly, I was served what I did not want after asking specifically for something that I did want, waitress was mistaken about my order. My pizza was half cooked and basically raw. And then theres this mysterious really loud beeping noise in the back of the restaurant. Would strongly recommend new or better paid cook staff as well as a new host at the front desk.

So I rate this location a 3 stars because they were out of soo many items from the menu.The lettuce in my salad was welting and turning brown so I ask if they can replace it with freshener veggies.They seemed upset by my request, but they still replaced the salad with fresh lettuce. The second salad was much smaller and wasnt as nicely presented. Overall a very disappointing dinner experience.

Worst CPK I have ever been to. The hostess had a huge attitude yesterday and made everyone wait 30+ minutes for empty tables outside. They had a ton of available but dirty tables in the shade that were gonna take “20 minutes” to clean so we had to sit in the sun (they sat someone who came after us at those tables five minutes later). Love cpk. So happy theres one across the street from work. Ive gotten to know a few of the staff at the bar area, they are all friendly. Service is great. Someone mentioned that the portions are a little small compared to other locations and I have noticed that too, but its not enough for me to give them anything lower than 4 stars. Its not something Id really complain about unless Im ordering something that is supposed to be meaty.

This was our first time here at this particular branch. I was telling my daughter that they have a good Mojito Chicken Futuchin. So we tried CPK. I tried something else when we got there. Our food took a long time, I ask for Balsamic vinegar for the bread we finished the bread and theres still no balsamic. They run out of parmesan for the pepperoni pizza. Weve been here many times and the service was good only a few times but has continued to go downhill. I have tried to like this restaurant as there arent that many great ones at Century City anymore. This place ends up sometimes being a last resort. There was no hostess when we first came in, but when she came she said a booth was being cleaned for us & do we mind waiting a sec, even though a few were clean and open. Once we were finally seated no one ever ever acknowledged us and there didnt seem to be a shortage of employees or seem the restaurant was slammed. After about 10 minutes of waiting to order drinks we finally left and went to Saint Marc where we got seated right away and our drink orders taken, and had a pretty good dinner.

I ordered a shrimp garlic pizza I didnt like and they acturally took it off the bill! Even the 1/2 salad is a good enough size to take 1/2 home for the next day. This California Pizza Kitchen has a nice space. Its very open and has an aerie feel. The hostess and wait staff are very nice and helpful. Service with a smile. The menu at this restaurant continues to grow in terms of variety. Of course the offer pizzas but now they offer things like grilled chicken and fish other non Italian type items. The food taste is very good. I always stick with their classic BBQ chicken salad because its delicious, and half portion is less than 500 calories.

Horrible service. After COVID, they have opened up in a very unorganized manner. Long waits along with mistake are inexcusable especially when trying to get people back dinning at their restaurants. Because of our recent bad experience, we will never be back. The manager does not know what she is doing. So what do Californians know about pizza? Precisely what I expected, nothin. To be fair I dont think anyone I ran into there was from CA.Overall, it was more like a chain style dining establishment. Nothing superior but to be honest when I saw the review come up I had to look it up to remind myself about the place, so obviously it didnt leave that much of an impression.I do remember thinking, for what we ordered, it was a bit over priced. Furthermore, as I always say, having a good server is key. Ive been eating at CPK since they first opened in 1985. Their chopped salad is my favorite menu item. A half chopped salad is usually more than ample for a meal. I was quite surprised that the size of their chopped salad was much smaller than other CPKs. Its disappointing that their portions arent consistent with the other locations. Our waiter said that I am not the only one that has noticed. Ill stick with the Beverly Hills location.
