Nathan was super awesome. Ive brought in my bike several times for tune ups and issues with my brakes. Its nice to know this shop can work on older road bikes. Every time Ive come in, theyve taking my bike right away and usually can fix it right there while I wait. Theyre always down to help and the price is very reasonable. My new favorite bike shop!
I had a great experience buying a new bike here.They even upgraded a bunch of components without an upcharge.It was way more like a conversation in my friends garage than a trip to the store. And to be clear, Im not friends with the owners. Or at least I wasnt before visiting the shop. 😂
Nathan, is very helpful with good prices. He helped fix up my daughter’s specialized cruiser which had been badly neglected for years. He also helped service my ebike and helped me make adjustments for a much better ride.

I found this place on google and went there to get my new bike assembled and tuned. Nathan is a super helpful person. He even spent 15 minutes helping me installing my new bike career on my trunk.By the way, the front door is closed all the time and it seems no one is there (read on a different review). The shop actually works with customers through the back door and they are also closed on Sunday and Monday.
Great local bike shop! Found this shop on Facebook. Very cool people. Easy to talk to. Took my bike in for a tune up. I got to talk to the bike technician Nathan. He noticed a little play in in rear suspension and took care of it as part of the tune up. Great service! Try them out. You wont be disappointed.
I found this shop after seeing a flyer at a dog park. I had been meaning to buy a bike for about four months, but hadnt been able to find any shops that sell used bikes in the area. Went to Campbell Cycle Service, spoke to the owner and a bike technician, Nathan, who explained they sell lots of used bikes. They take trade-ins, which gives them a nice regular inflow and outflow of used bikes. I went to the store about three times over six weeks, trying their new used bikes each time, before landing on one I liked. Nathan was great and answered all my questions - made me comfortable buying the bike. Ill be back soon to add a bike rack and other accessories. Good inventory, reasonable prices, reliable team, recommend.

2022-03-18 05:52:59I purchased a bike through Craigslist a few weeks ago and it started giving me squeaky sounds when I turned the wheel. I found this bike shop on Google and biked on over. I gotta say - this was the most pleasant bike repair services ever! The two guys working were very knowledgeable and kind. I left with my bike all fixed up. They even helped adjust my seat and handlebar to better fit my height. Please come support them and bring all your bike needs over!!

2023-08-30 22:25:12Last summer got a flat on the Los Gatos trail, ended up walking my Mtn bike over a mile to Nathan’s shop. Not only fixed the flat on the spot notice derailleur needed adjusting and lubed the chains. Only charged for the tire tube.The other day took a spill and messed up the derailleur. I just walked into Nathan’s shop and he tweaked and adjusted, works like new.He knows his stuff adjusting, tuning and if I ever go electric. Great source of information. Thank you.

I was wondering what I would do if I had to push it for over an hour in this hot sun and be told to pickup like other stores, but the work was done in 20 minutes and the price for the repair was quite reasonable. They gave me great tips about extending the life of my specialized gravel bike and taught me about some shifting features that I didnt know the bike had (i.e. trimming). No upselling. 2023-04-09 16:51:29Campbell Cycle Service’s thoughtfulness and level of service won me over. Their prices are incredibly reasonable too. Not only did Nathan fix my flat tire, he went ahead and adjusted other parts of my bike for no added charge- adjustments that might be part of a $100 tune-up at a retail bike store- so of course I had to tip him.Two days later my bike rack ended up breaking. I was certain I’d need to buy a new rack (hundreds of dollars) but I took it to Nathan to take a look. Luckily, he had some spare parts and was able to repair it within 30 minutes, saving me a ton of time and money. I’ll definitely be coming back to here in the future.
