Excellent customer service, and my food was prepared with great care. Tender yet crisp carnitas served as a street taco, guacamole, onion, and cilantro. Feeling great as I eat these wonders.
Great food.. great place.. great owner ran restaurant.. tight fit inside the place.. but everything else makes up for it far and beyond..
So let me say I was expecting a delicious taco from this place considering the prices(over $4)…no flavor on the carnitas tacos. It was juicy but the sauce they even put on top of it, was like I couldn’t even taste it. Super weird that there was no flavor to the taco. Then got a half order of the biscuits and gravy, which was 1 biscuit in a pool of watery gravy. My bf said it wasn’t good. And it was $6 for one biscuit. Idk but this place is definitely not worth the price. They were nice tho. Just unfortunate that we had this experience with lack of flavor and high prices.
Their vegan option (Tofu Al Pastor) is so good. I’ve been eating it once a week for the past 2 months, and I don’t get sick of it. It’s a great combination of flavors.
I cant believe the whole new world of flavors that I experienced from this place I will highly recommend this to everyone and be a regular customer!

Driving through Shasta was looking for a quick spot to eat at. Saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. We ordered breakfast tacos and burrito. Food was amazing!!!!! Full of flavor plenty of portions! Small little place but the food Def makes up for that!!! Homemade tortillas as well. A must try!!! Def stopping on the way back home!!!!

This is a great little spot, with freshly-made, tasty menu items. I really enjoy their various breakfast burritos and keep coming back for more. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. I recommend checking out this tucked away, hidden gem in the Redding area.

Had the Spicy pulled pork Benny. Wonderful!! 4 or 5 bar stools for seating. More of a take out kinda place. Well worth you time to try it. Your taste buds will thank you.2/07/21I think that the Spicy Pulled Pork Benny is going to be a Sunday ritual. Love the essence of orange in the pork.

We came here because of the reviews and boy this place doesnt disappoint. Flavorful meats we had a carne asada burrito and it was absolutely delicious!!! The cook was present and added some samples and it was scrumptious!!! We Will Be Coming Back!!! Must come and try yourself...

This is a take out spot for sure and you should call ahead but you won’t regret eating here! The food is made fresh and the cook creates food you dream about! We finally tried this quaint restaurant today and it was everything I expected and more. I had the chicken a la creme and my husband had the chorizo burrito. We both had left overs. The food was delicious, service was great, the restaurant was clean and staff was washing their hands. I highly recommend.
Chorizo street tacos are OFF THE HOOK! So incredibly thankful I chose to eat here today! Employees are very friendly and offered me help since it was my first time there. 11/10, will definitely be back!
Affordable and very good breakfast burrito
We had the biscuits and gravy was good but gravy was over floured. Had really hi Hopes for the eggs Benedict.... its pulled pork instead of ham which I thought it be great but to me the bbq sauce on the pork was overpowering the hollandaise sauce. The chorizo burrito was excellent and chorizo tacos were on point as well. Good fast service very clean. Will give biscuit n gravy another shot for sure
This place is amazing, I had their biscuits and gravy and it was so bomb. Looking forward to trying lunch there they have vegetarian tacos which my wife is thrilled about. Something for everyone!

Best tacos in town. Had the al pastor, polla crema, and Canelo’s Melt. All killer. But lets get back to that taco. Home made tortilla was unreal. The pastor was tender and had a nice seared texture and that flavor was incredible.Best tacos in town is an understatement. I use to say that Redding had the worst mexican food in California. But now I can confidently say that it has one of the best pastor tacos I’ve ever had.

2023-10-22 13:12:08This little place is so cute and has a sweet little outdoor seating area! Its so wonderful that they have a vegan option (the tofu al pastor) although I think the tofu could be prepared a bit differently as its currently just cut up tofu in a (very delicious) sauce. Maybe fry the tofu up a little or freeze/thaw/squeeze out the water and then cook the tofu so it soaks in more of the amazing sauce? Either way its great to have an option and I will keep coming here for sure!

Happened to be driving by again and we had to stop. Definitely did not disappoint again! The orange-y sauce is spicy af but its amazingggggg. We also got the shrimp verde and it was tasty but actually nothing special though.Food: 8/10Service: 7/10Vibes: 6/10Value: 8/10

2022-05-24 15:05:02Lunch was great there I was a little disappointed they didnt have enchiladas on the menu on the menu, if you like burritos and tacos its a great place to go. Quality was good, quantity was great and the prices are in line with everything right now. Although it seemed as if the street tacos were a little on the steep side of the pricing. Although they were very good. Small little place, But very much needed in this end of town.

2023-08-17 00:49:31Best Mexican and one of the best hidden gems in all of Redding. I dont like posting reviews on my favorite finds but I really want this place to stick around a while. Its not for someone who wants cheap and greasy Mexican. Its quality ingredients and well thought out menu items that are all incredible. The sunrise tacos are probably my favorite. And the couple that own the shop are so sweet and hardworking providing restaurant quality food in a little mom and pop shop. Its well worth a weekday breakfast or lunch stop.

2021-06-18 03:26:01The dishes are surprisingly tasty 4.5⭐ but the location is not. They dont have a parking lot so we parked in front of a businesses next to them which I think is okay. Theres a little fenced-off area outside where you can eat if you choose but some flies showed up as well. The menu portions were a tad small-2 small tacos for a plate menu. Clean restroom which is a plus.

2023-06-22 16:36:39It’s definitely the only good breakfast burrito in redding. It reminds me of my favorite burrito spot in Austin. The salsa is so good. The burrito is AMAZING. Don’t let the price scare you away. The burrito is huge. Fresh tasting. Chorizo is tasty. 10/10

2022-10-12 19:57:31Ive driven by this place tons of times, and finally took the kids to try some breakfest burritos and was extremely surprised, we ordered the wet breakfest burrito and biscuits and gravy. We were impressed the food was fresh, not a bunch of prepackaged cisco product, Im now beating myself up about not trying this place sooner.
