I ordered takeout from here and it was delicious! Flavorful orange chicken with quality meat. It wasn’t overly battered or full of fat. The sauce was great and used the excess on my fried rice. Price wasn’t bad either for the amount of food you get! Would definitely come back again and it was cute inside. Perhaps next time I’ll dine in.

If do you want to eat at Canton Low in El Segundo please don’t do it! The beef squewers are sweet with cinnamon taste and the menu doesn’t say that. The place works only to pickup order by phone. The food wasn’t good at all. The egg flower soup was too salty 😝😝terrible food I was expecting more. The table service was terrible. The food was extremely grease look how shine is the photos. Never come again.

My friend, a connoisseur of fried rice, LOVED the Beef Fried Rice, which was my dish, I loved our friends Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Huan Style Chicken was amazing too. Thankfully the portions were big enough to share.

First time here.we had their lunch specials. Comes with a choice of an excellent Egg Drop soup or an equally excellent Hot and Sour soup. The special also comes with a fresh Egg Roll and Wonton and a deceptively good dressed lettuce salad. You also get a choice of Fried or Steamed Rice. There are 18 choices for the lunch special so there is something for everyone. We got the Yu HSIANG pork which is listed as spicy but it isnt overly so. Very hearty with lots of vegetables in addition to the tender pork. The wife got Moo Goo Gai Pan, which was loaded with chicken and mushrooms. Very, very good! Both lunches were cooked to order so they came out hot and fresh tasting. Service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant was spotless. With two beverages our total came out to $29 even (after tax but before tip.) Plus we both took enough home for dinner! Definitely coming back for the Peking Duck and Macau Roasted Pork!

Price is reasonable, service is prompt and servers are actually nice and attentive. Problem is the food is just not that great. Been here 3 times for lunch and always ordered the lunch specials. Nothing wrong with the portions, but the food is just greasy. The stir fried meats flour coating (standard Chinese cooking technique) is just too thick, so you often get really mushy meat. For the fried meats like sweet and sour or Orange chicken, I feel the coating is often either drenched in the sauce for too long or under fried...again soggy coating instead of a slight crunch.

Very good food! As new residents to El Segundo we are trying all the restaurants. This one is a keeper. We ordered takeout (chicken and beef dishes) and the food was excellent, with very good quality meat. We will be ordering often for sure!

This place is not as good as I thought it would be or what is public about them. First of all, the food didnt really taste that good. Not as I would expect for Cantonese style Chinese food. Second of all, the ingredients they used are not fresh. They served day old friend rice (like I couldnt tell...) which was a BIG MISTAKE. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and wasnt impressed at all. You can tell that the chicken meat just wasnt fresh or something about it just didnt taste right. Unfortunately for these folks living out here, they dont know what good Chinese food is. Obviously with the ratings this place has gotten. I wont b coming back here.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. We paid under $25 dollars for 2 of us to eat, and I think a small village could have survived for quite some time on the amount of food we received. We will go again sometime in the next 3-5 years when we finish the leftovers.

I am a local resident, and wanted to explore the Canton since it’s walking distance.We each ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Cashew Chicken and honestly I couldn’t tell them apart.The chicken was so deep fried it almost felt as though the chicken was a few days old and had been refried so many times, it was salty, hard and had a deep dark brown color to it. We ate some of it and threw it out, it was not edible, I am quite disappointed and based on the 4.4 review I expected more from this place. No cutting corners, pls.

We love Canton Low’s food so much! Anything pork is the best here, but the chicken plates are usually really good, too. Every time we order, it’s our new favorite dish. Last night we had Kung Pao chicken, pork Lo Mein, and the egg rolls. Delicious! And the gentleman who delivers the food with his flashlight on his head, is always Johnny-on-the-spot with our food within a half-hour. P.S. My wife thinks the food here is magical.
