The lady at the register i think she may be the owner is very nice. They have reasonable lunch specials and the chow mein is tasty. I went with my family and what we ordered was all delicious. I recommend the pepper beef, Wors Wonton Soup, Tofu and Veggies and the chow mein.
Horrible customer service, very rude cashier. They only have one size and you can only put one type of food in it and you must order everything separately so it comes out to a crazy unreasonable price. Plus there broccoli and beef was so dry. never coming back
I have eaten at many Oriental restaurants during my lifetime, but none compare with the great Chinese food available at Caos Kitchen Asian Bistro in Orange. The food is tasty, hot, and more than enough. From appetizers to seafood, you will not regret eating with Angie and her team in Caos Kitchen.
We used Eat24 website to order today. They texted almost immediately saying the restaurant was very busy but gave us a delivery time of 3:04pm. That time came and went. At 10 minutes late i called them. The guy that answered the phone said he should have been there a while ago. I said well, he isnt. He told me hed call the driver and call me baxk. 15 minutes later when he hadnt called me, i called him. He says the driver told HIM he had already been to my house and delivered. I said he hasnt, i still dont have my food.. Why didnt you calle back? Because he said hed already been there. The absolute worst service i have had from this restaurant/and they always screw something up
Best Asian Bistro in ORANGE COUNTY!!! Sesame chicken, curry chicken, Mongolian beef.... THE HOUSE CHOW MEIN IS FREAKING to DIE FOR!!! This is my go to place. ID rather eat at this place than most sit down restaurants!! They also deliver!!! Check it out!!!You must try the house chow mein with a side of sesame chicken!! Not greasy! The CURRY chicken is freaking BOMB!!! good ol manderin!
Food is great, delivery is fast and inexpensive. Restaurant itself is tiny, but cozy, clean and staff is super friendly. Will definitely visit this spot again...
Only problem is the plates could be bigger. We had the chicken pop stickers, beef chow maim, garlic chocken, sesame chicken, and house fried rice. Burly even a wait. All great and freash.

2023-03-01 21:00:16Still great food and still great value for your money! I went during lunch and they have a nice selection on their lunch specials. I got the Mongolian Beef, steamed rice and egg drop soup. There are other soup and rice selections that come with their specials or if youre dinning in, you can opt for soda instead of soup. The food was still good and mind you, the last time I ordered from here prior was over 5 years ago! My order was made right after I ordered; very fresh. The Mongolian Beef was actually beef, not Mongolian Onions. The price.. $8.19! Thats really good value!

I do not like eating out too much, mostly cook from home, though this place is pretty on point. So leaving my review hence I been going there. Give them a try!Ordered Fried rice shrimp and Chow mein. I have not tried their meat yet hence I do not eat meat, as a Pescetarian. Good rice, shrimp is on point, good cooking.

They are good and fast at preparing the food, and that is all. The sweet and sour shrimp is both a crunchy sweet delight, while simultaneously proving itself tender and juicy. Did I mention the egg rolls?

2018-07-25 10:26:16I order from this place twice. The 1st time was delicious, fresh, not greasy, on time and plenty of it. The 2nd time, was completely opposite. When it finally arrived an hour and 18 mins later from ordering...the food was Soggy and blan. The orange chicken tasted liked the microwaved version and extra rubbery and barely warm. The other really noticeable difference was the amount of food. None of the trays were even filled to the top kinda looked like they were already eaten out of. I ordered 3 items and they all were very very disappointing.... what a disappointment that they cant stay consistent, otherwise, if it was like the 1st time Every time, it would be my favorite place to order from.

2019-03-07 16:50:44I really wish I could give them zero stars. Their delivery service is a joke. I ordered online to receive my food by 12:10PM and I did not get it until 1:30pm. I was at work and couldnt even eat it during my lunch. The food was good and did arrive warm but their phone rarely worked. I had to call 30 times before it went through. They only pick up the phone when they want to. Terrible customer service which is a shame because the food is good. If they have trouble with delivery, they really shouldnt be delivering.

I been here several times and ordered egg rolls, orange chicken, sesame chicken, pepper chicken, beef broccoli, chow mein, fried rice, Kung pow chicken, pepper beef and the teriyaki bowl when they had it. All consistent with good taste and fresh to order. The staff is friendly and good service. Its a small cozy bistro. I recommend Caos bistro to family and friends.

2017-11-15 04:39:01Very bad customer service, i had order an entree of beef that was ment to he spicy but was very sweet instead an rice was over cooked an very hard called them to tell them my issue an was literally screaming at the manager because she would not listen i have never been so disappointed by a restaurant I will never eat here again. More like a child then a manager. Save your money!

2018-04-30 04:08:21Ordered take out, black pepper chicken, shrimp chow mein and shrimp with garlic sauce. They were good but the shrimp with garlic sauce was on the oily side. Price was a bit expensive, all three dishes with 2 steamed rice were $35+.
