The owner of this establishment should be aware of who they hire. Rude kid saying something like “If you want names on the sandwiches, they better leave a tip,” or someone that takes a phone order and forgets to put in an item, to a “manager” who’s says “if you don’t wanna come here, fine w me.” Twice I’ve tried and twice they’ve failed. Very tough to run a business and hire competent workers who care about work.

We visited for the first time today, and the food is great! The sandwiches are delicious, the thin cut fries were recommended, and they were unique and crunchy. The service was fantastic. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

The menu and photos make the food look very appealing. The appeal is all in those photos, tbh. While the sandwich is edible, the truth is, for all the bluster, its still pretty much an average sub.I got the wagyu cheesesteak and it is honestly no different in taste or quality than a Subway cheesesteak. (And doesnt come within 1000 miles of a Cousins cheesesteak sub.)

Been here a few times now and the sandwiches range from good to very good but theyre always filling. A medium (10) is pretty big. Clean inside and staff has been very nice.

This is my favorite place to get a sandwich, my favorite is the Cappastrami. Their hot pastrami sandwich is the best. And I love that they remember my regular order. All of their staff is always so friendly and make me feel so welcomed.

I cant tell you how disappointed I am of this place. My brother hyped me up and I thought Id give it a try. Got there I was the only person there. Told the cashier that was my first time there and she was super nice. Ordered two sandwiches. Got the two sandwiches went home and the two sandwiches are nothing that I ordered. Some weird roast beef cheese lettuce and tomato and some turkey sandwich when I ordered a cheese steak and a bobbie. I said whatever. I ate the two sandwiches one for lunch and one for dinner and I feel like s***. They were cold dry no taste whatsoever just chewy and texture. Will not be coming back here again.

First time trying this shop. Had their Award winning Hot Bobby sandwich. Definately not award winning, very dry, no flavor with turkey and stuffing. Cranberry sauce was good. Needed a gallon of water with the sandwhich. Other shops nearby with a better product.

Bread was chewy and tasted old. Sandwich wasn’t anything special. Expected a nice Italian sandwich spot from the name. I knew it wasn’t what I was looking for when I walked in. Similar to Jersey Mike’s without as many options. Asked for mustard on my sandwich and they put it on the very top of a sub style sandwich so when I opened it up and went to eat it got mustard all over my hands and face trying to eat it. Why wouldn’t you put that on the bread. It’s ok. Won’t be back though

It’s alright, the sandwich wasn’t really better than anywhere else. But man the prices are a bit ridiculous 13$+ for a 10 inch sandwich wouldn’t be bad if it was loaded but it’s basically like subway where they put just a few thin slices. For the price you’re way better off going somewhere like beach hut or mr pickles

The hot Bobbie is my absolute favorite. I always order it, though I dont get to order here much as they close when im still at work, so usually I door dash it and let it sit for 30min outside untill i get home but its worth it! That brookie too, woo.

I had an Impossible Cheesesteak that was heaven. I have always been a fan of cheesesteaks especially when I was pregnant. I stopped eating red meat a few years ago and the one thing I missed the most was a delicious cheesesteak. The veggie options with mushrooms and peppers just dont cut it. The Impossible Cheesesteak at Capriottis was indistinguishable from the real thing in my opinion. It totally made my day, and the chocolate chip cookie was great too. I would love for them to open another location in Sacramento.

The sandwiches were very presentable and looked delicious, but the second I bit into it, it tasted like someone open the salt jar and dumped it on my sandwich, which for the record was a large! And both kid meals sandwiches were over seasoned with black pepper . This order was for carryout so I couldn’t see who made them but they need training in properly seasoning their food

Worst sandwich I ever had. I ordered a 18 Natorious sized Waygu Beef CheeseStake. 1. It was Not American Waygu meat at all. I got a classic CheeseStake which tastes like over cooked Stake-ums. 2. It was way over grilled/cooked 3. Even though it was a large sandwich it was over all a very cheap tasting for the price point & chock full of indigestion/bubble guts. (I got a stomach of iron) Been all around the world totaling 42 countries - worst sandwich (human food) I ever had. I do not recommend the Waygu! This shop will have to start using actual Waygu meat or claim its marketing gimmick. I also went around closing time and I just feel they slacked off and gave me anything to full fill my order.

This is by far the BEST sandwich shop we have ever eaten at and it has quickly become a weekly stop for us. They have AMAZING food and the owner has such compassion & human kindness! ❤️Our very first time ordering from this restaurant, there was a mistake on our order (It happens!) and tomatoes were accidentally put on a sandwich I had ordered, but due to a food allergy, I was unable to eat the WORK OF ART that was delivered sadly. 😔 The kicker was… our entire family had just been diagnosed with COVID 🤒 and we were all under quarantine. 😷So, the owner indicated that he would refund my order and simply have me re-order the food through Door Dash again. Easy-peasy - right, but it was to close to closing hours and I could no longer order through Doordash. After calling Capriotti’s back, the OWNER, Damien, personally got in his car and delivered our food for us! 😮 Who even has that kind of compassion these days? It seems like COVID has brought the worst out of a lot of people, but not Capriotti’s! The owner felt so bad for the mix up and even included a little treat! 🤤I’m telling you… if you would like an AMAZING deli sandwich, there is no other place on earth! They were so good that, while we were still on quarantine, our daughter turned 15-years-old and she decided she wanted (what we have affectionately dubbed as Capp’s) for lunch on her birthday.So, I called just to remind them about the “no tomatoes” thing, and they remembered me. 😊 They treated us like family and even included a little Happy Birthday note and a Brownie for Bella’s birthday! 🥳We love you Capriotti’s ~ AKA Capp’s ❤️Thanks for taking the time to read my book! POOR MANAGEMENT VERY VERY POOR, i was waiting 20 mins and then asked how much longer and there responded with i dont know we got 20 orders right now well get to it whenever meanwhile you have one employee just standing at the counter doing nothing but watching the bags on the counter and maybe handing a bag to a customer when its done, why isnt he helping with making sandwiches if its so busy? Also you have another girl just sweeping behind the counter trying to look like shes doing something, i just left this has got to be the most poor excuse for a management system i have ever seen

Capriottis Sandwich Shop is worth a try! They have sub style sandwiches, several variations of loaded fries and salads. The menu has an Philly, Italian vibe! My party had a Chicken Parm sandwich and a Classic Italian - loaded with Italian meats and provolone. I didnt try it this time, but an attention catcher is a sandwich with turkey, stuffing and cranberry berry sauce! They sell this in a bowl (or plate) also! I really liked their fountain drink selection that included Orange Crush! They have a good selection of bottled soda and sparkling water! The store is clean and the servers were welcoming! I will definitely be back!

Ordered 2 small subs online -a Homemade Turkey and an Italian. The turkey was lacking flavor and, while the Italian had more flavor, they were both disappointing. For a sandwich costing $12.48, would expect more meat and less bread.Comparing one to a Dagwood from Raley’s, for $7.99, they come up short. Would not recommend them.

I drove over from Folsom today just to get my hands on the Capastrami and the Bobbie sandwhich. You did not disappoint! Ohh how Ive missed Capriottis. I lived in Las Vegas for 8 years and there were multiple franchisees in the area. Its been 7 years since Ive had the pleasure of eating at this amazing establishment and Im just so excited (maybe too excited) to have a Capriottis within 20 minutes of me. Yay!
