Really enjoyed this location. Food is consistent to any Capriottis I have been to. Dined in for the lunch rush. What stood out was the customer service. The young man who took my order seemed to enjoy his job being very informative and courteous. The lady working there also was very courteous checking on us to see if everything was okay. I really appreciate this type of service in a day and age where that is not always the case.

This is one of my favorite stops for a quick bite.I almost always get the Bobbie, which is FRESH roasted and shredded turkey, not cold cuts. On a roll with stuffing, cranberries and mayo (though I ask for no mayo). It’s basically thanksgiving dinner on a roll. Amazing.Did I mention that it’s fresh turkey, not the sliced cold cuts? I know I did but it’s worth emphasizing that.I’ve also had the chicken cheesesteak and bbq chicken cheesesteak. Both are great. The chicken by itself is so nicely seasoned, but once the rest of the ingredients are added, it puts it over the top.Overall I’ve never been disappointed at any Capriotti’s order. Also, the sides are really good. The chicken soup is amazing. Not just basic chicken broth, noodles and chicken, it also is nicely seasoned. Also, the staff is very friendly and hard working, during the entire time we were there, I don’t think any of them stopped moving.

The wife and I stopped in on our way back to Phoenix. We were looking for a sandwich as an alternative to fast food. I stayed in the truck with our grandson while she went in and ordered to go. She came back out and told me they were a family owned franchise and how they made everything from scratch down to roasting the turkeys and beef in the oven over night. The sandwiches were awesome. I have a pastrami sandwich and it was delicious. I recommend eating there if you get this sandwich as it’s massive and filled with beef and lots of delicious coleslaw! This will be a permanent place to stop and eat from us from now on when we travel to and from L.A.Happy we can support and family business that cares about the food they sell.Cheers!

Not sure about this one yet. Sandwiches were hit or miss, my son loved the meatball, my grilled Italian was decent, but my husbands homemade turkey wasnt great (meat was tough and there were random pieces of non food items mixed in). We may give it another try later.

The food is great but the service stops me from coming back often. This time they forgot my 3 orders of Cookies. I called for a refund but they put me on hold for so long I Finally hung up. I guess I’m just out $6 :( I’ll give it a few months and give them another shot to see if the service improves.

OMG talking about a Great meatless sandwich! I cannot explain how delicious it is. My entire family had a piece of my sandwich and immediately no joking ordered sandwiches from them whether you eat meat or not, they got you! The sandwiches are amazing! Go and check them out. I promise you, you will not regret it. So when you go there, and you go home and enjoy that sandwich, you make sure you call me because lunch will be on you!

I visited the new Capriotti’s in Moreno Valley and was so impressed. The employees were super friendly. They were so nice I had to take a pic with them. The food was fantastic. I had the cheesesteak and it was really good! Plus the atmosphere was really nice. I can’t wait to go back.

I was very impressed by the vegetarian sandwich options- thank you for that. Very attentive staff with outstanding customer service skills. Every customer was greeted and acknowledged by Diana while she took care of our order. Fresh ingredients and delicious food.

I dont think you can order in store anymore?I went and the girl with the long lashes and nails had me wait a while, then looked at the computer and said oh we just filled the whole screen its going to be a 30 min wait to order.I asked if because only myself and another customer were in store, is it ok to move the in person customers up in line before the online orders? She turned away put her hand up and said shhhh really? I said a simple no would have been ok. She started getting loud and I walked out not wanting to hear anymore. So I guess just order online people it will be a wait. It was 11:15 a.m.

So, the problem here are the employees making the subs. They even have instructional posters posted for them to follow. The issue is they didn’t follow the posters. I feel this location needs more training and quality control. But also you need to read the room when choosing a location. You are in SoCal with an Italian sub shop. Your employees need extra training for the culture differences in food preparation.I can see the potential here. The meats are good quality. My sandwich had a good portion of meat. The components alone are good. If assembled correctly this sub would match the price point. Which I think is to high for the area. Cut portions, lower cost, bake fresh bread and offer some local flavors that other chain sub shops don’t and I think it can be successful.A “thanksgiving sub”, although probably a staple on the east coast, doesn’t match the flavor palette here in SoCal. Who doesn’t like the Wawa turkey gobbler? Once a year. (If you know WaWa, then this review is for you) It’s not a flavor profile in SoCal. So when I saw it on the menu I laughed to myself. I wonder how many sell. The purchase of a local hot sauce or the substitution of peppers/sauce for the cranberries would match the area flavors and increase sales. This is just my opinion. Yrmv
