2023-07-08 21:25:30Sardinian restaurant off the beaten path. Came here for dinner with a friend around 8pm on a Sunday and had no reservations, but were easily able to grab a seat. Indoor and outdoor heated patio seating available. Credit cards accepted. Menus are on QR code and they do Covid contact tracing, so you have to fill out a questionnaire before ring able to look at the menu. They provide complimentary bread.Service was slow and forgetful. They forgot about my friend’s wine and didnt bring it out until we checked in on it and even then, they didn’t bring it out until we were halfway done with our food. They do have vegetarian options and the potato pesto pasta I had is a good option for that. Ambiance wise, it’s a quiet spot that’s off the beaten path.

2023-05-24 03:03:08We stumbled upon this gem last Saturday May 20, after a disappointing reception by another restaurant which claimed to welcome pets but was not accommodating after all.But what a blessing it was!We lucked out when our group of 7 and 3 fur babies chanced upon Vincenzo, the owner, who was seated at the patio. We were walking by looking for another restaurant and this happened to be just across the street. He graciously accommodated us at their lovely and spacious patio.Little did we know it would be our first Sardinian dining experience. Food was amazing and full of delicious flavors. And the portions were filling. For starters, we ordered Burrata, Fritto Misto, Cioppino (perfect with their delicious bread), capresina and Margherita pizza.Main courses were Fregola di Mare, Fregola Mediterranean, Branzino, Penne with meatballs, Malloreddus and Vincenzo treated us with a sample of Fregola with formaggio cheese to satisfy my brother’s craving for Cacio e peppe. And for desserts, we had Brioche pudding and Sardinian dessert Seadus, both delicious with just right amount of sweetness. And since it was my birthday, Vincenzo surprised me with dessert of berries with ricotta cheese- what a treat! We topped these off with their latte.Overall, the food, ambiance and service deserve 5 stars! We will definitely be back for sure. And we will share our lovely experience with family and friends so they can also enjoy the best Sardinian food. Thanks to Vincenzo and Francesca for a lovely dining experience !

2023-06-03 00:50:01I went to dinner with 3 other people. I had the fregola mediterranean. I honestly did not care for it, but my other friends who had tasted it thought it was delicious. I had a taste of my friends pasta. And I thought hers was good, I just dont remember what she ordered. Also, we had the 4 Cheese pizza to share. We agreed that it was the tastiest dish we had. We liked it so much we ordered it for delivery the next day. I would recommend having it at the restaurant vs. take-out.

2023-11-10 05:52:50Love this little spot! Its tucked off the main drag of downtown Culver City, so still close to the action, but a little quieter than some other spots in the area. The food is excellent and they have a well curated wine list. My favorite dish (so far) has been Fregola Mediterranean. The ambiance is great for dates or catching up with friends; not great for kids, in my opinion.Wheelchair accessible.

2023-11-27 00:25:02We really wanted to love this place. Had heard about the Carasau bread and were excited to try it. Started with disappointing service. Very abrupt - kept saying “scan the code on the table”. Seemed put out when we asked for a recommendation or explanation. Final straw was when we asked about dessert and got the same answer. We left and found a nearby ice cream shop! All of us agreed that the food was just average. High price for what you get.

2023-10-29 06:18:44Food was good. Service was fine.Fees and tipping absolutely ruined the experience. 4% “service fee” on top of already expensive dishes and tipping choices was ONLY 18%, 20%, 22% and 25%. No option to put in how much you want to tip, it’s on one of those stupid CC readers. No way to see how they apply the tip until you get the receipt. Is it applied to the price of food or the entire sum? Who knows.

2023-10-21 02:41:54A hidden gem in Culver City. We were a party of four and we all enjoyed our different dishes we selected on the menu. I must say we were disappointed when the bus boy came to the table to deliver the food, had no idea who ordered what and had to ask us. We were disappointed in the bread they served with the meal. After our meal was served no one ever returned to see how we were doing or if we wanted anything. We sat for a very long time before someone came to see if we wanted a desert. The waitress came with her machine to print out the bill for payment. The service was so disappointing and they have the gratuity ready to select. I think when dinner for 2 is $70.00 with no alcohol just a little special interest would be nice. I do wish them the best and much success.

2023-11-23 05:22:50I choose the location based on Google’s reviews. We ordered two different dishes and we don’t even touch it. The lasagna was terrible, dry and so hard that my husband couldn’t eat. It tasted and looked like an old lasagna that has been reheated for many times. The second dish was tasteless. No flavor at all. We just paid the bill, didn’t eat and stepped out to search for real Italian food.

2022-12-04 19:25:16Pasta was good- it was my first time trying the pasta pearls and they were interesting! Not sure if I’d order the pasta pearls again but the flavors were good.
