The food and service is a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff will have a positive attitude or it would be the “here for a pay check.” I understand food service isn’t where its all at, but a genuine experience is expected. Think if you, your family, or friends were the customer.Food will be somewhat fresh randomly. Sometimes the fries will be cold and hard, or Fresh but dry. Moments of veggies that are going bad with the burgers. My order had a fry with a green mushy spot and old lettuce pieces.Service 3/5Food 2/5

We were looking for a place to dine in at night since we were 45 mins away from home. I called this location which we were near to see what time they closed their dining area. It was 9:30 and the woman who answered said, “We’re almost closed, at 10pm.” So we rushed over to get a quick bite. We show up to the doors at 9:40 and the doors are locked. I get a gentleman’s attention and he opens the door. He says they are closed for the night and I let him know I had previously called to ask and they said they closed at 10pm. He insisted they were closed so I said to him that If I could contact their corporate office to confirm that info. He let us in, we ordered. Manager was cleaning both soda machines so they were not in working order for us to use. I used the restroom and when I came out, our order is ready and bagged up to go. The cashier told my kids we had to take our food to go, by this time it was 10-15 minutes before 10. Customer service was horrible. I understand the workers want to go home and the last thing they want to do is to serve people near closing time, but the working hours should be respected and they shouldn’t make the paying customer feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t asking for anything impossible, I just needed to order my food and it was within the supposed business hours. I’m very disappointed with the way they handled this situation and their customer service. If I could choose where to go next time, I wouldn’t choose them again, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. This incident was on 07/25/23. Owners should be aware that business hours are not being respected by employees.

Used to really like this place but the service really went down hill. Been getting the wrong food even though Im ordering 2 items. I like to grab breakfast here before work and they gave wrong food and gave us a hard time to fix it expecting us to bring back the food. We work in beaumont. Please talk to the staff all we ask is decent service.

Actually had one of the best double westerns in a whole here. Fries were amazing as well. Definitely stopping here again when were back in town.

NOT WORTH THE STOP. This place was dead... Totally not busy at all (not even the drive through). Yet we waited almost 10 minutes with staff walking by and chatting for someone to take our order and then ANOTHER 10 minutes for half warmed breakfast sandwiches! To the point that I went back up to the counter top find out what was going on. And it was the manager that came out to take the order from the back and was very abrupt and unfriendly. Well find somewhere else in town from now on.

Poor customer service and attitudes to top it off. They ran out of fries. 8pm on a Wed and you have no fries? Then the smug manager would not honor the same price of the combo without the upcharge for cris cut fries. A dollar....really? So when I asked for the info to contact management, I was rudly told by another crew member to take off. What a joke of a restaurant.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY THEY HAVE YOU PARK IN FRONT EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU??! It’s a way to cheat the clock and timer is what it is! Management get it together... Your timer is there for corporate for a reason! 👊🏼

Trash cook, cant make burgers right . Western burger with no onion rings. Drive-thru empty and still 17 minute wait. Every week less n less people go to this location and now I can see why. My perdition is they close the location by the end of the year,

Drive thru. Whats to say. They werent rude but they werent friendly. Food was hot. Sometimes its only luke warm.

Horrible service. Asked for no cheese (allergies) on my dauggters hamburger. They put cheese on it. Took it back in to get it corrected and they were being rude and covered the whole burger and bun with ketchup. Salvador, the General manager and Madison the shift manager(the one who took my order) didnt seem to care at all much. Order was taken inside at 5:16p.m. waited 13 minutes. Im going full Karen on this one. $15 per hour and this is what happens.... only in California.
