They were absolutely amazing! Casey and her team took care of everything and helped make our day perfect! She made sure we ate (Both apps and dinner), drinks were full and guests were all happy. They were the absolute best and I would 1000% use them again. They helped with planning every little detail along the way, and helped us make decisions. She even helped organize other vendors and rentals for the big day! Casey and her team made it a flawless and perfect day from start to finish! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Oh and the food was mouth watering and as delicious or more delicious than the tasting!

She was very responsive and adjusted as things came up, and was very flexible working with our timeline as we got close to the date.The food was so good, all of the guests were raving about it!!! Having this aspect at our wedding was nothing short of a dream. In our experience, wedding dinners are nothing memorable (which is okay - people prioritize other things). I worked in the Santa Barbara Events industry for 20 years. I worked with all of the caterers in town. There are several good ones. When it came to choosing who to work with for my daughter in laws wedding shower, we chose Catering Connection. It was a hot, sunny day, but they were cool cats. We never saw them sweat. (Not to say they werent!) Food was delicious, service was excellent. No request went unattended. Always generous and responsive from our first inquiry, until our last bite. We all had a wonderful time, in no short part because we had the good sense to hire them. Highly recommended.

We really loved working with Casey at Catering Connection for our recent wedding in Santa Barbara!Highlights:-Casey was awesome! She was responsive, friendly, reliable, and proactive - she was easy to work with and made sure to bring us food throughout the night to make sure we got to try it all-Catering Connection did a great job incorporating our feedback and iterating on our menu between our tasting and wedding day - in fact, the food was delicious and tasted even better than at our tasting-Catering Connection presents food sooo beautifully, especially our cheese/cracker/hummus spread which was absolutely gorgeous!-Food quality is definitely above average for wedding food and we got lots of compliments on it!This is minor, but we would have loved a quick heads-up that if things are running late, the buffet was going to be cleared as quickly as possible - we got some feedback from guests that (full) food trays were being cleared behind the last person going through the line.All in all though, it was a wonderful night with wonderful food!Thank you Casey and team!

Casey and the team at catering connection are amazing! They catered my wedding and they went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly. I had a last minute gluten free guest and they were able to provide a meal change the day of the event. Not only is their food amazing but their staff is lovely and very professional. Casey is a brides best friend and made sure that my husband and I actually ate food in between running around for pictures. I cannot recommend catering connection enough, from the initial phone call to the day of the event, they were wonderful every step of the way!

We had a small family wedding (25 people) in Santa Barbara and Catering Connection treated us like the most important clients on the books. Casey and her team worked with us to find a menu that was delicious and fit our budget while still feeling upscale and elegant. The day of the wedding, the Catering Connection team arrived right on time and set up for the event efficiently and with a lot of care. I cant recommend them highly enough. 10/10 so happy we worked with Catering Connect & would do it again in a heartbeat.I cant say enough good things about Casey & the CC team. They provided the catering service for my wedding last week along with coordinating everything for the rentals. Casey was super thorough & provided so much support leading up to the day as well as on the day itself. She also worked with our coordinator to make sure all was implemented well.Our guests are still saying how good the food was (from the appys to the buffet dinner service - the salmon especially is still being talked about).We had an initial call to go over food options, rentals, $, staffing, etc. Once we had an agreement in place & were a few months out from the big day we had a rental walk through followed by a tasting at the CC office in Santa Barbara. Everyone we met with were super thoughtful, answered our many many questions & were just generally awesome.Sending a huge THANK YOU to the entire team!

Catering Connection is incredible. Our wedding (5/14/22) was SO fun and everything went so smoothly and I know this is in huge part due to Casey and the staff at Catering Connection. They are so much more than a caterer. Our venue was at Godric Grove in Elings Park and required we bring everything in. We secured all of our rentals through Catering Connection and I am so glad we did- it was super easy and because they had done many weddings at our venue they knew exactly how everything would look/fit and everything looked amazing on the big day. Casey was an absolute dream to work with. Shes very professional, thought of every detail, and was so sweet and accommodating. From our first phone call with her to the actual event, communication was timely, easy, and I knew we were in very good hands. The food was amazing, the drinks were perfect and always flowing. The staff went above and beyond and helped my grandparents to their seats right after the ceremony and brought them apps and drinks. They also delivered a full plate of food to my husband and me so we didnt have to go through the buffet line and could continue mingling with guests. Everything was seamless and I was in a state of bliss all day. Casey and Catering Connection have my absolute highest recommendation.

There aren’t enough words to describe just how awesome Casey and the rest of the Catering Connection team were to work with for our April 2023 wedding! From our tasting, to handling last minute adjustments, to truly INCREDIBLE food on the day-of, there was literally nothing that could have gone better. Guest after guest have reached out saying that this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had (both the entrees and the cocktail hour hors ’derves), and the signature cocktails were nothing short of amazing (again, guests were stunned by the presentation and taste of all our drinks). The entire team was professional, super friendly, and accommodating for everyone to everyone in attendance. Casey made sure my husband and I were well cared for throughout the night, and importantly, made sure we ate our own share of apps and dinner :) Thank you so so soooo much to the team, we are so grateful for all that you did to make our wedding seriously perfect. Casey was responsive and helpful in the time leading up to the wedding with suggestions on how to make our vision come to live and tools to easily organize the event. I cannot recommend Catering Connection more highly. I am incredibly detailed and particular, so its no surprise that my wedding followed suit. Casey and the Catering Connection team worked with me to bring my vision to life and far exceeded my expectations. She was wonderful to collaborate with throughout the process; kind, open-minded, fair and insightful. The food turned out so well that guests still tell me how much they loved it, all while being entirely gluten free. The staff was professional and thoughtful. Once the wedding came around, I didnt have to give anything a second thought. Catering Connection will be at the top of my list for any future events, and they should be at the top of yours for consideration as well.

My wife and I were so impressed and pleased with our experience with Catering Connection. Everything from the initial communications, planning, and food tasting with Casey through the execution of the event with Philippe, the Catering Connection team covered every detail and worked diligently to provide the exact experience we desired. We hosted a small (60 guests), buffet-style wedding in Santa Barbara on a busy wedding weekend in May, yet Catering Connection made us feel like we were their only client. Many of our guests commented numerous times on the quality of the food and service provided by their wait staff. I’m not sure where to even begin…Being both from South America the two most important things at our wedding were food (Peruvian/ Ecuadorian) and drinks. We reached out to Catering Connection with this very specific request and they said they could do it! Now… our friends and family take food very seriously so the bar was definitely high. All our fears disappeared after our tasting appointment. This literally tasted like a homemade cozy peruvian meal!! How did they do it? MagicThe desserts? Talk about a spread of south american desserts!!!The cocktails? Try finding someone else that can make pisco sours from scratch at the bar.. I dare you!However, the food was not the best part of it this amazing team. IT WAS THE SERVICE! Casey, is a life saver! We had some issues with our planner, what did Casey do? She found us a new one within 48 hours! The day of the wedding, my husband and I were very well taken cared of. Our families had drinks on their hands at all times. Our friends still rave about the food and the drinks. Casey was super helpful and responsive in shaping our menu, being there to answer any questions, and being amenable to changes close to the wedding date. They put together a wonderful menu that was appropriate for the event and helped to coordinate all our rentals as well. Working with our contact, Casey, made the food and rental portion of planning the wedding a breeze and she was just an amazing person to work with. The day of the event went incredibly smoothly as well. Everything was presently beautifully and tasted wonderful. We received many compliments on the food from our guests, even the snooty ones! Their staff was professional and courteous. There was honestly nothing that I can complain about. While I dont plan on having any other weddings, I would definitely hire them again if needed.

My husband and I used Catering Connection for our recent wedding. Casey was easy to work with and delightful from our first meeting at the tasting appointment--which was beautiful and personalized for us.Casey not only handled the catering and a ton of logistics, she managed our rentals, and even referred us to a wonderful musician that we used for our cocktail hour. She made sure we werent forgetting anything and was always service driven in all interactions. Simply put, she was a delight and was a real human with sincerity.Our wedding started off with welcome snacks/drinks, followed by cocktail hour with a salsa bar/chips/guac, passed chicken empanadas, tuna poke, and butternut squash soup shooters. SO GOOD. For Dinner we chose flank steak with chimichurri, halibut with strawberry balsamic reduction, red potatoes, asparagus, California baby greens salad, and a selection of breads. Not too expansive per our request, but it was more than enough food and was delish in every way.Casey was attentive and thoughtful--she made sure we had our drinks post ceremony, separate apps so we got to try it all, and timed our dinner for us so it was hot when we came back from a little golden hour photo sneak away.We did not originally come in with high hopes based our experience at previous weddings, where you typically dont even remember the food. Since the wedding, we have had multiple guests reach out to let us know the food was GREAT!If we were to do this day again, we wouldnt change one thing! Thanks Casey and the whole CC crew. :)

Catering Connection just provided dinner for our family celebration of my wife’s birthday. After a few questions, Philippe proposed a perfect menu for 14 adults and 5 kids. Philippe was readily available to answer questions over the several weeks between our first discussion and the event. He and Bernice showed up right on time on the evening off the event and put out an excellent meal, from an appetizer cheese plate through a mole short rib and salmon main corse and Pastries for desert. The food was plentiful and attractively served, with leftovers even after guests had seconds.Overall, an excellent job at what seems to have been a perfectly reasonable price.We would definitely recommend Catering Connection!

Would gladly hire Philippe and the entire crew for another event. From the beginning they were fantastic, responsive and reasonable. The staff was amazing at our wedding and the food was just as delicious as it was at the tasting. Truly, you couldnt have a better catering experience. Words cannot express how much we enjoyed working with Philippe (Phi) for our wedding menu. We made a few suggestions of the inspiration for our menu and he made it a reality. He organized the menu and at our tasting, it did not disappoint. He knew exactly what we were looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Day of the wedding, Phi took me aside to show me the venue, rentals, and setup. It was magical, absolutely perfect. In addition to the menu preparation, Phi coordinated all of the rentals. Upon our arrival to the venue, Phi was waiting for us with cocktails in hand. During dinner, he brought a plate with a little bit of everything to my husband and I and when he saw that my mom (mother of the bride) still hadnt grabbed any food (too busy socializing :) ), he also prepared a plate for her. Ursula and her lovely staff put together some stationary Appetizers for me! The pastry wrapped Brie was to die for!! The Bruschetta addictive it was so good! The presentation always beautiful! I recommend them for all my clients for my event planning business and also was fortunate enough to have them cater my own wedding reception. Uber fresh food that is delicious, always consistent, professional service as well as event managers to tend to every detail from idea inception, coordinating rentals, a delicious menu to overseeing it all day-of from start to finish. If I could give a hundred more stars I would. I was freaking out because I had only about 5 weeks to my wedding and I still hadnt found a caterer because my ceremony was small and private. Philippe accepted my event without hesitation and took care of everything. Not only that but he worked with me on trimming some costs based on our modest budget. Philippe was punctual, did everything he said he was going to do and did it on time, and the service was fabulous. He works hard and deserves to have a successful business, so dont hesitate to book him for any event big or small.

Food is delicious. We are not big eaters so each individual meal serves two of us. Each week it is gourmet quality and the Friday night specials make a great date night meal. Comes all freshly prepared just have to pop each item in oven and voila a delicious dinner, just add the wine!
