This place is great and the staff is super friendly! I celebrated my daughters 13th birthday here and they made it so memorable. It was very personal and the kids had a blast! The large jenga was a hit with the kids not to mention the volcano ice cream. I also had their tai style french toast and it was delicious!! Great place overall! Definitely coming back to hang out and try the rest of their menu items

New to Paramount is Cates Ice Cream. The owner is Cate and she greets you with a big smile. Its an absolutely wonderful experience with traditional flavors and Taste of Thailand. Its beautifully decorated with a large seating capacity. You can take your time and enjoy your ice cream with your special freind and I like that. My favorite and a must try is the Mango Sticky Rice Rolled Ice Cream. A very light and refreshing ice cream in a cup that includes real fresh slices of Mango and just a little Thai Sweet sticky rice. Yummy.
Good stuff, i recommend all teens to go and participate in karaoke while enjoying some yummy deserts. Friendly people and great treats. Asian shaved ice, waffles and fruit smoothies with any topping you want. The place revolves around creativity and friends.
The decorations are lovely with lots of vintage collectables and hand made things. Very spaciousness and homey. And above all else the owners were sweet and incredibly friendly. We even got to roll our own icecream!
Great ice cream cafe. Their flavors are not too sweet so you can enjoy the whole thing. My kids loved their animal shaped ice creams and enjoyed watching them make the rolled ice cream. They have rolled ice cream, authentic hawaiian shaved iced, Beligium waffles and boba. The restaurant has kind of like a k pop vibe sit down café and workers are really welcoming.
This place is by far the best icecream shop Ive been to! They have rolled icecream, boba, bread with icecream, and shaved ice! It is extremely clean inside and the food is handled with gloves at all times. Not only that, this place is very friendly. Their decor is also impressive and cute, with bright colors and elaborate seating. Plus, they have cute, color changing spoons and a variety of classic and exotic flavors! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

Im not much of a sweets person but this place caught my eye immediately. The homey feel to the establishment and family-like service was a big plus. After settling on my decision to get the honey toast I was not disappointed. I feel like ive been missing out on life. I will make this spot a usual grab for when im craving a dessert. Love it.

2023-10-08 00:14:27My husband and I visited here for the first time. We got Thai tea and blueberry rolled ice cream to share. Both were amazing and sitting at the restaurant with music in the background (loved that they played Bruno Mars) made our first visit pleasant. Not to mention that the owners are incredibly nice. This will be our regular hangout spot. 🥳

My kids are so picky and they loved everything they got and they love the people there. Whatever makes my kids happy makes me happy. The prices are great. My husband even left there in a better mood than he had been in all day. You cant help but smile when you are there normally i have to go to 3-4 places to get my kids the ice cream they like now i only have to stop at 1 place

2019-07-11 05:48:07The best hangout spot ever!!! The coffee flavored rolled icecream is to die for. I spent about 3 hours here and of course I had to get dippin dots as well! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all the foodies out there.

2018-09-02 17:27:28Awesome little mom and pop ice cream shop. The kids love it. Its priced great compared to the chain shop around the area. They serve unique items too, I never thought ice cream and sticky rice would be so good. The shaved ice is good. As are the smoothies. My son stopped by on the way home from school too, gets a cone for just a couple bucks for the walk home.

You cant see it, but the sticky rice option is put at the bottom of the cup and that is an absolute must try for this dessert. So worth it, cant wait to come again and try the other fun stuff. (:

The girls were able to enjoy pizza (purchased outside) and had ice cream afterwards. Then, KARAOKE and dancing! It was a dream. Thank you to everyone over at Cates Ice Cream!
