The food is ok but the portion size doesn’t match up with the price. This is how many pieces of short ribs you get with one order, only one and a half pieces. Not enough for the price. Sushi is good tho.

We used to order from here regularly, but unfortunately they no longer offer delivery to my area. Tonight we drove 40 minutes round trip for take-out. TOTALLY worth it. This little hole in the wall place is one of my favorites up here.Prices are going up like crazy everywhere, but this is one of the only places that still give you a ton of food for your money. My family of 3 always ends up with a few days of leftovers when we get the family meal deal. And their sushi rolls are great, definitely try the jalapeño roll.

Ace Hi use to be the best. I dont know what happened. Other than Palmdale CC is better. The one on L give you one fish cut in half as 2 pieces and a little beef on the bbq mix plate. Im fat thats a no go for me

Food is great but customer service needs help. I asked for chili oil, was told they dont usually give that out but shed give me some this time. I said ok, when we got home we opened the bag and found ... (See picture attached). If you dont want to give things out for free say so, Id be willing to pay. But this is just ridiculous.

Little hole in the wall type of place that you would not expect to serve sushi at all, but they do in fact, and it is consistently tasty! Im actually basing this review off of the sushi only, as I have yet to try the actual Hawaiian BBQ haha. I need to explore the menu more. They recently hired a new girl who answers calls and handles the register, and she is very kind and helpful. Good food plus better service! Cant go wrong there.

Absolutely love this place:I recommend the Green Dragon Roll or the Hawaiian caesar chicken salad. Another favorite is the California roll with gyoza on the side. They also carry a fresh steam roll bun with meat inside. I rarely have had issues with the food in the time Ive gone here. The owner is nice and the staff is clean and efficient. This restaurant is definitely a gem here on the east side. I highly recommend it.

Love this place I go often since a friend introduced me to it. The food is A++++ always fresh and piping hot! Great flavor and quality, I would recommend everyone try it at least once. They have a variety of different things and the chicken is amazing -tender and juicy all meat no fat or other chicken parts that can be hard to swallow. The Thai tea is awesome and if you like boba its some of the best Ive had EVER. I always buy one to go after I finish my meal. Customer service is superrb, all are very polite, friendly, and welcoming- even the cooks. Always very clean and the color scheme and decorating make it unique and inviting, music is always the perfect volume and variety. Its a very well done job for the owner and all involved. I have not a single bad thing to say!

Stop by yesterday evening 4/20/23 visiting from out of town, looked for a place to eat online read the reviews decided to stop by here. Would not recommend, their customer service is not a priority here. Walked in the restaurant was fairly empty. I was placed my order and waited easily over 20 minutes close to 30.. Mind you other customers walked in and placed their orders after me. Somehow they all got their food before me. Finally got the courage to ask the girl at the register about the delay. She saw me walking up and happened to have my order. She called my # with a smirk (there was no one else in the restaurant again.) The food was cold / warm. Chicken and katsu were really hard to chew. Little to know steamed veggies. Really disappointing.

This place has sushi, hamburgers, and Hawaiian food talk about one stop shop. My wife really likes the sushi so we come about 3 to 4 times a week. Food is good, not the best but for the price its good. FYI order over phone before hand, they take about 15min to make.

Worst customer service. Had to wait close to 2 hours for food over a mistake they made. Then had them tell me that if didn’t want to wait then I could just get a refund after waiting. They did not care at all and were really rude. I’ve never done a review because I’m not usually the type to feel like I’m complaining but this was seriously very frustrating and upsetting.

The food there is very good but to be honest, I wouldnt order there anymore because the lady there, I dont know what she has if she has a problem but she yells even when ordering through phone. When she doesnt understand me, she just shouts like even in person. I am still talking to her nice TREATING her with RESPECT and she is still just so mad. She is really negative and if she in charge, they really need to change the person or at least she needs to calm down on her anger because even though the food is good, she is just so mad so negative and just her attitude, it doesnt give me the desire to eat their food.

I made a phone order for pick up. The lady at the counter is very rude to the customers and has a attitude everytime a customer asks her a question. There is absolutely no reason for her to be so rude. She will be the cause of the establishment to loose great customers. Her job needs to be reevaluated and she needs a attitude adjustment.

Food is always good here. I order the kalbi, two scoops mac,1 scoop rice and extra shredded cabbage. My wife gets the chicken and kalbi two scoops mac,1 scoop rice and extra shredded cabbage too. I live in LA, I drive an hour so my wife and I can enjoy it at home. I bring or ask for an extra container to separate the hot meat so the rest of the food doesnt get heated.

The food is good with my experience, however the customer service isnt.Due to the virus you order through a speaker here and it creates a lot of audio issues, which causes a lot of understandable communication issues. The lady behind the register does not handle this well and tends to become rude and annoyed at the customer when ordering. Although the food is good i dont feel compelled to come again after being treated poorly and seeing others being treated the same way.

Went to Google for some Hawaiian BBQ. Found this place no where did it say take out only on website and yelp.. showed up giant signs everywhere take out only.. call to double check they answer I ask them a question and they hang up. Call back ask the same question they hang up. Get out go inside and say i have called twice and have been hung up on twice.. is it take out only they say yes. I tell them they need to update their websites because I drove 45 minutes. Check still not updated a week later.

I will admit the sushi is great but the customer service is poor. The cashier seems extremely unhappy and unfriendly. Everytime Ive come shes that way. This place has become my favorite Hawaiian BBQ spot to come to now. The food is well made the staff is nice and the prices are fair. I like the fact that I can also get some sushi here with my meal too. Poke had perfect proportions of ingredients and excellent flavors(I recommend the sweet hot combo poke bowl). Service was quick. Prices are reasonable. The C&C Roll was a little too heavy for my taste, but the texture and flavor were great. If you like saucy fried rolls with cream cheese in them, get the C&C Roll.Location is in the middle of the ghetto, so you get some gross co-customers; mostly just working folk though.Parking lot is ample, but traffic patterns can be challenging getting out if youre heading any direction but East.

Never order their short ribs if you value your teeth.They have shards of bone on them that when bitten into, you can crack or damage your teethOver a year ago I stopped ordering them for this reason. Now, I thought to give it another try. Same issue. Maybe they purposely throw those shards in because I circle the “Signature Not Required” on their receipts. They give you the receipts to sign so that you tip. Even though the receipt says “Signature Not Required.”

I love this place. Its a small little restaurant that not many people know about. They have fabulous food which includes sushi, beef and rice, miso soup, boba, fries and so much more. So far everything I have tried has been above satisfaction. 100% recomend to anyone who loves asian and Hawaiian style cuisine. The employees are also very nice and accommodating. While the place is clean, and the staff is nice, the food is just ok. Ive been here twice and my favorite is their spam musubi. They put tomatoes in their salmon poke, which I think is kind of weird. The tuna tataki was a little bland. The prices are pretty decent, which is one of the reasons why I will probably keep coming back here.

The hostess Tiffany was very friendly and accommodating...
