CF Food Kitchen has long been one of my favorite restaurants in the valley, so it was about time that I wrote my review. Hidden in the corner of a shopping center, one would never guess the wonderful flavors nestled within. With a rotating 3-course menu (typically ranging at a very fair $40-60 price point) and their classic entrees, there is always something delicious and new to try here. Also, since the first day we came here, the server has been very welcoming and hospitable, even seating us at our exact table every time we come in. If you want a fine dining experience with incredible food and atmosphere without breaking the bank, CF Food Kitchen is the place to go.

This is the best restaurant i’ve ever been to. amazing quality at an amazing price. everything is clean and this restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. everyone there has the best hospitality. definitely my go to restaurant for special occasions!! pictured is the fried brie, beef wellington, and the key lime pie with a candle for my birthday :)

No one would expect this great level of food in a small storefront restaurant in the corner of a little strip center. Delicious, perfect preparation of extremely fine ingredients, nice portions, professional & very friendly service in a comfortable noise level. The chef obviously comes from a great background - that you can taste! I can strongly recommend the ribeye steak, beef Wellington & lamb chops. Very fair & reasonable pricing. This will be one of my favorite restaurants!

Oh, my my! This was a treat and quite a surprise. From the outside, you’d never guess that once you were inside you would be transferred to another world. The food is so flavorful and fresh and the service is gold star. I ordered the 3 course meal and enjoyed every bite! Just go taste for yourself!

Its a great restaurant! The beef Wellington was quite good and now my base has been set if I try the Wellington anywhere else. My partner and I also got the lobster bisque, fried brie, clam chowder, side of cesar salad, cheese cake, and chocolate cake. Everything was pretty good but nothing really excited the pallette. The best things were the Wellington, cheese cake, and fried brie! We will definitely be back if we have a craving for the Wellington again!

My fiancé and I traveled an hour and a half to experience the beef Wellington as we saw the reviews. We normally split our meals and did this day, I promise I wanted to order another!!!!Very welcoming atmosphere and service was exceptional!!! We are returning this weekend and this time I want my own. The only thing that was missing was music, but overall the entire experience was worth it!

I’m impressed with the boxing process and presentation for the food to go. But the reason I come back, sometimes more than once a week, is because the quality of the food is the best around. Consistently. This place was so amazing! Chef Edwin is an artist. The foods he creates aren’t just delicious but colorful and beautifully plated and our waitress I wish I got her name was sweet and super attentive. I told so many friends and family almost immediately after walking out to come check this place out. You will not be disappointed. My son loved his night out and felt super special. Thank you for a very memorable evening. We had the Seared Scallops, Mini Crab Cakes, Beef Wellington, Key Lime Pie and Berry Tart. It was ALL great and just kept getting better with every plate.

It is a smaller venue in the valley, to be honest the parking lot was not what I expected. But the decor inside was Suttle yet relaxing. A quiet place where I could just enjoy a glass a wine and amazing food, beef wellington beyond belief, appetizer was how I thought it should taste fried brie (mind blowing), Fresh bread, never judge a book by its cover it the way I can say it. The waitress was extremely nice, friendly, and tentative.

We recently went there for my mothers 75th birthday. My sister in law managed to get us last minute reservations and we where so glad we celebrated this special event at CF Food Kitchen. The staff are just wonderful, Silvia made our event a success with her attention to the smallest details. The Chef delighted us with food that was just amazing. Every beautiful city has one or more of those places that are just as much about history and experience as the food. The original, looks like a junkyard, but it adds to the charm. Is not. Its clean but intentionally worn, so dont miss the automatic U-turn. Waiters are seasoned long timers who know whats good and what their customers want. Great for a huge, calorie-be-cursed traditional breakfast. You wont find quinoa or gluten-jam anything, and its not the right place for picky people who always get their orders screwed up. But the food is a tough American cost - ham and eggs, steak, stick to the ribs things. Relax and enjoy. Any resident of Los Angeles who has not been here is not a resident of Los Angeles.

Definitely a gem in the valley and the quality of food for the price is a great value. It doesnt have the best ambiance (could be a bit darker and playing soft music as well would be a nice touch. There was a TV going nearby and for me personally, I prefer to leave the TV at home and enjoy time out and away from that) but it really is a great little restaurant.

My new favorite place for a wonderful meal. The Owner and his wife are so very sweet. My mouth starts watering when I think about the Wellington or the lamb chops. Neighborhood and parking arent the best but its worth it. Prices are lower than other restaurants with the same quality of food. You immediately know when someone cares, in this case the owners and managers of this restaurant. Every detail was thought of and well managed, from the amazing food to the cleanliness of the restrooms.This is a gem of a restaurant in the middle of a strip mall. You would have never guessed that it was so good.We had the hummus, the pear salad, the Beef Wellington, Filet Mignon, and the Crab Stuffed Salmon. All were made with that extra bit of care that you hope for in a fine dining restaurant.The server was excellent, checking in at all the appropriate times, and having a personality that lit up the room.Because this is a small restaurant dining room, the guests are all right next to each other. But instead of feeling intrusive, it becomes a festive atmosphere where everyone is part of a community. Clam chowder was creamy and flavorful. Was disappointed with the chocolate cake however, didn’t quite meet my expectations. Bread pudding was great though. Highly recommend this place.

They opened the restaurant for a lunch service with the Early Bird and Dinner menus.The care in making and serving the food rivals the very best restaurants in LA, i.e. the Little Door, the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, etc.By FAR the best meal we have ever had in Los Angeles.There were seven folx at our table that ordered all across the menu. Another good restaurant in a very small strip mall. This time were in the corner restaurant. There is not much parking here. Maybe only 15 spots so you might have to park on the street. But the restaurants a little gem. Inside its beautiful and so very clean. We tried the chimichurri sausage and shrimp, and the fried Brie for appetizers both were very nice the Bri was wonderful. The Bread Basket was full of fresh baked breads. For entrees we tried the steak provolone and grilled onion sandwich and I had the fried catfish. This is one of the few places where they ask you how you want the steak cooked in your sandwich we asked for medium and it came out a perfect medium. Our waitresses name was Silvia and she was wonderful and we found out that CF stands for Chef Flores who is the owner and also the cook. Theyve been there for 9 years and again its some place you should try and see for yourself what this restaurants all about.

You need to go here! This restaurant is tucked away in the corner of a tiny strip mall. You go in, and it doesnt look amazing but then you sit down and get the menu.The food was fantastic. A blending of french and southern food. My night was made! Get the fried shrimp appetizer! And, if you like duck confit do not pass it up either.For dinner you can get entrees that include an appetizer and a desert in the price.For dinner we had Jambalaya and the Smothered Catfish. My only complaint, if I could have one, was that I wish the dishes had more spice to them. The next time I go back Im getting the etouffee!

My wife and I just spent our 25th anniversary dinner at CF kitchen.She ordered the Beef Wellington and I had the pork chop.She started with a mini crab cake and ended with the bread pudding.I ordered the duck confit to start and ended with the fruit tart.Everything was delicious... Beef tenderloin (fillet mignon) is fried and colored over high heat and then wrapped with a layer of foie gras (or duck gras). I lived in Granada Hills for a long time and didnt know about this restaurant. I found it on google and it was amazing!Beef Wellington will impress everyoneThe jambalaya was also delicious! The seafood is cooked perfectly; you should be able to expect other dishes as well. Desserts and Japanese people are also satisfied Delicate without being too sweet ❤️Unfortunately, I will be leaving LA next year. I wish I knew sooner! !I will go until I leave Los Angeles.
