Good service, but unsatisfactory food... I ordered the lamb noodle soup, which had almost no taste like drinking hot water. They charged $16 (with taxes) plus 10% tip for dining in (its a fast food place like Panda). Never again!

This restaurant is inside ranch 99 at Artesia CA. We ordered pork intestine noodle soup and slow cooked braised beef noodle soup（MALA）. The flavor is authentic and noodle made by hand. It is beyond excellent. I will give 6 star and will be back definitely.

Ive been here a few times. The food is amazing. I work close by so Im usually buying for my crew. Were all hooked. My daughter ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Rice. The sauce is really good and the fried egg on top of the rice is a great touch.I ordered the Liang Pi cold noodles. It was the perfect dish on a warm day.I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. Its always fresh and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Come and get the cumin lamb noodles. Fooking SENSATIONAL. Its spicy, make sure to mix well with sauce on the bottom. You wont regret.

Great new place inside the supermarket. Reasonable price for fresh handmade noodles. Although you need to be patient bc it takes time to prepare. Had the beef noodle. Great flavor and portion was large.

Noodles, noodles, where art thou, noodles?Changan Kitchen is located inside the 99 Ranch Market in Artesia, opening a year ago or so. Specializing in noodle dishes, including handmade, Im always eager to give a new place a try.Lunch Specials 11am - 4pm M - F-Changan has various $9.95 lunch specials, which at that price, is a good deal.SL5 - Beef w/ ginger & green onion (kung pao) lunch special-More vegetables than beef, I did enjoy the beef w/ginger & green onion. The plate had an ample amount of food, and my appetite was satiated.Stewed Lamb Noodle Soup w/ Handmade Noodles-The noodles may be handmade, but not per order. I received my bowl of stewed lamb noodle soup within 5 minutes. The soup was hearty & good, but the noodles lacked the chew of freshly handmade noodles. I was also surprised when I first scooped up soup, only to find rice vermicelli. Luckily, the handmade noodles were underneath. I enjoyed the soup, but there should be an asterisk next to handmade, clearly stating not per order.Service was good. The young gentleman at the register was friendly & hospitable. The wait was minimal for food. Plenty of tables to dine at, parking is at the 99 Ranch Plaza.Good, couldve been great. Handmade noodles made earlier in the day, I find it doesnt warrant more interest than regular noodles at Changan Kitchen. Their lunch special offerings, however, are a bargain, and bargains are slim pickings these days. I look forward to exploring the rest of Changan Kitchens lunch specials when the opportunity presents itself.

Its inside 99 ranch Grocery. This place is good authentic Chinese food. Very welcoming cashier. ( May be the owner) setving good. I tired the Braised Beef noodle with sour chili. Amazing! Bokchoy dish cooked perfectly with nice taste! My wife got some minced pork noddle. Broth was really good too! Definitely worth trying. Coming back for other dishes next time! Priced very well as well.

Waited 40 minutes for 8 pork buns and still didnt get them. Everyone that order after me got their food, wont be returning with this kind of service. Thanks for wasting my lunch time.

Very Nice experience. Staff is very kind. It was clean and food serve fast inside the 99 ranch. 麻酱凉皮 Crystal noodle with seasame paste dressing is even better than the one I had in XiAn. Recommended!

At first, I drove around the plaza and didnt see it, then I found out that its located inside 99 Ranch Supermarket, and there are dine-in tables. Many people came to eat after shopping for their groceries and with their shopping carts, this is so convenient! Looking at the menu, I was a bit worried because of the spicy sign listed in front of the dishes, because honestly, I cant eat too spicy food. Fortunately, it can be adjusted to be slightly spicy, which is really good! I ordered a few signature dishes, Pao Mo Soup with Lamb, Traditional Liang Pi “Cold Noodles”, Chinese Burger with Stewed Pork, and then the Stir-Fried Hand-Pulled Noodles with Special Cumin Beef recommended by the staff. This is also the first time I tried Pao Mo Soup with Lamb, and the small noodles inside are really delicious! Love the soup, and the lamb is very tender. It is a dish that you will want to eat again! Although I have eaten different Liang Pi in many other restaurants, this one is my favorite, because it is very chewy! The meat inside Chinese Burger is very tasty, and a perfect mix of the fat and lean pork. I am also a noodle lover, so I personally think this restaurant did a really great job on all the noodle dishes! Stir-Fried Hand-Pulled Noodles with Cumin Beef is amazing! Hopefully I can try other dishes next time!At first, I walked around the square but didnt see it. Then I discovered that inside the Dahua Supermarket, there are dine-in tables and the space is quite large. Many people dropped by to eat after shopping and pushing their carts, which was quite convenient! I was a little scared when I saw the pile of chili labels on the menu, because to be honest, I’m not very into spicy food, but fortunately, it can be adjusted to mildly spicy, which is really great! I ordered a few signature dishes, including mutton steamed buns, traditional cold skin buns, classic pork buns with vegetable sauce, and then the cumin beef stir-fried pulled strips recommended by the waiter. This is also my first time to eat mutton steamed buns. The small noodles inside are really delicious! Moreover, the soup is very fragrant and the mutton is very tender. It is a dish that you will want to eat again! Although I have eaten different flavors of cold skin in many other restaurants, this store really suits my taste best because its cold skin is very chewy! The meat of the Roujiamo is very tasty and the meat is well-balanced. . I am also a noodle lover. The cumin beef stir-fried pulled tiaozi is not only a dish that is very popular in pots, but also the texture of the handmade noodles is very delicious. I will want to order other meals next time!
