I wish I could stay longer!! Everyone from the managers to Ricardo everyone is super friendly and they even recognize my family from their previous jobs. Those details really matter.The managers really tried to go out of their way to help my family. Even following up with us. Management also doesnβt hesitate to jumΓ³ on when you ask a question. When maintenance and office staff are happy, you know they have the right people in charge and can teach other local hotels a thing or two. *reference my previous review of my hotel stay at Best Western Garden InnBreakfast is excellent! Rooms are clean and maintained. My daughter loved the Andieβs chocolate when we got into the room.
I stayed here for work and it was not a good experience. The room I initially had smelled really bad I felt nauseous every time I enter the room. Plus there was insects inside the bathtub. It took them 3 weeks to finally change the room. The new room was better but neighbors seem to have very loud party/drinking every weekend. Loud music and smoking pots. I couldnt sleep and can smell the smoke from my room. I was surprised this is even allowed at this hotel. I called security several times but this was going on almost every weekend I was there. Laundry is small and not working properly. There was only one washing machine and one dryer working while I was there.Some pros of this hotel. Parking is always available and in/out of the room design is very convenient. It feels more like apt than hotel. Location was also very convenient. I only stayed because my work paid for it. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Clean place, friendly and courteous receptionist, good breakfast included, plenty of parking, free WiFi. The toilet was wobbly. The bathroom door frame was rotted due to the shower leaking in that corner. So, a bit more maintenance is required

Stayed there six nights. The place was quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is efficient and accommodating. Great location thats far enough away from the I-880 freeway to avoid the noise while being close enough to be on it in less than five minutes. Lots of food options within walking distance. I didnt give it five stars because parts of the room could have used some updating. Nothing serious, though. Ill definitely stay there again.
My favorite suite stay so far. I also love Indian food and my reviews are completely biased on that.I used to live in the bay area but moved away and was missing indian food. I booked a weeks stay here mostly to eat indian food. I had some errand for a day but was there mostly for Indian food. And boy was I treated. There are a plethora of Indian restaurants in and around this hotel. Literally a stone throw away., I gluttonously indulged myself in Indian food.Now for the hotel. The suites were exactly as described. The pool is clean and is really nice to use when its not crowded. The surrounding is extremely commercial with all sorts of businesses including 24 hour fitness, Macys, etc... Where there is money, there is poverty. You will find odd people, and smokers around.The suite is extremely private. Once you are inside, if you close all the blinds, it is literally dark all through the day. I did that and was in my work zone for 2-3 days straight. I was skeptical about wi-fi but turned out to be better than most places. I really do expect wifi to be as basic an ammeniy as a shower but some hotels are not good with it.The fire place is nice to use if you find cooler nights. I am usually up at odd hours and enjoyed the fire at 3 am a couple of nights.And last but not least, their breakfast is pretty adequate and provides for a good healthy meal. I loved my stay and will be definitely back for another week of feasts and treats.
Love It...Super Nice Rooms...close to different food restaurants...close to the mall as well every is basically walking distance...they had free breakfast which was great as well...I will be booking here from now on when I stay in Newark
Relaxing stay. Service was great. Everyone at front desk greets you with smile. The room was really clean. Anytime we ask anything from housekeeping, itβs delivered promptly. We also requested for a quiet room since we are light sleeper and they were able to accommodate it. We got a 2nd floor (which is their highest floor), corner room which is very quiet. Me and hubby slept well. Such a fun and relaxing getaway.
I usually do hotel reviews in a booking app vs Google but in this instance I have to say my stay at Chase exceeded my expectations. The whites were all as bright and white (clean) as any 5 star hotel, the place is older but many updates have been completed such as carpet, flooring, bathroom fixtures, paint, light switches, kitchens... and everything was very clean. I travel to the area almost weekly but stay at Airbnb to save money, I will be reworking my budget to stay here as often as possible. I will note I did not check out the breakfast so I am not rating that.
I stayed here for a week last month for a work related conference. It was excited to finally meet people from work in person after a literal virtual year. I was tired after a long 10 hour flight but the front desk was accommodating and friendly.The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Overall I would recommend and if I am in Newark, I would stay here again.The only complain is that $500 hold. This was more of policy thing so nothing could have been done. I overlooked this when I booked but no regrets.
Just recently stayed in a one bedroom suite at Chase. Overall, the stay was good. The room was very clean and equipped...although there was a slight cigarette smell in the room. The breakfast was ok. The front desk staff was very professional and NICE...which is rare. My only advise to anyone wishing to stay here is be prepared to have a whopping $500 security deposit placed on your card. So far, this is the highest deposit Ive ever encountered...and Ive stayed at 5 star hotels that barely charged half that amount. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Our family of 4 stayed here in a 1 bedroom suite for 9 days and enjoyed it thoroughly for the price and amenities. Internet worked well, kitchen and counter space were ample for our needs. It was nice to have a full kitchen to store snacks, cook a little, and have meals around. The highlight of our stays were the full breakfast and social hour meals. The social hour meals included wine and beer which is a first for us. Most hotels do the bare minimum for free meals, but not here. We looked forward to these meals. Remember folks to tip the staff generously for these yummy meals and drinks!
Were from NYC & flew to LA then San Jose, so it was quite a long trip. We arrived here early morning around 8AM-9AM. And unfortunately, they were not able to check us in due to all the rooms being completley booked. Which is understandable but we initially received a bit of a rude welcoming from the front desk. Nonetheless, the font desk changed her attitude after realizing how exhausted we were & ended being extremely sweet & accommodating. Once a room finally opened up, she immediately set us up & gave us one of their better section. When we arrived to the room, we were extremely happy with the overall quality & availability of all the kitchen & bathroom necessities. The room was very well cleaned & put together. I loved how spacious the room was! Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
Stayed during business trip.Pros:Spacious and good breakfast setup. Very nice proximity to restaurants. Reception was helpful and courteous. Linens were clean.Cons:Bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning on toilet seat and shower tiling... microwave had oily residue on handle... TV had terrible picture. Many units were remodeled which let to a lot of open door activity. Folks dont recognize the no smoking policy.
Chase was great! The room was big and comfortable. The suites are set up so you dont have to touch elevator buttons or hotel entrances. The room was clean and sanitized to my high standards. Each morning there was a real breakfast, not a muffin and a bottle of water. This morning I had biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs with orange juice. I travel a lot, so I really appreciate a comfortable safe place to stay away from home.
I am glad to have stayed here. It was very affordable and the hotel offered all of the regular amenities still. The room was extremely huge and clean. Itβs like renting an apartment. My wife loved it. I was surprised to see a full kitchen. The gentleman who checked us into our hotel was super informative, extremely helpful, very friendly, and incredibly professional. I am glad to see they still offer a to go breakfast during Covid-19. Itβs busy hotel. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it. I wish the pool was open. We will be back again soon.
Joseph the sales manager, is amazing! He is very communicative and informative about many things to eat and to do in the Bay Area! He was very understanding, personable and patient with me. He treated myself and Iβm sure many others like top priority and answered all of my questions and more!
The room was nice. That was about it.I have noticed that there are a lot of soliciting going on at this hotel because weird men keep knocking on my door looking for the ladies next room. Called the front desk but they dont seem to care.If youre travelling with family then this is definitely NOT the place to stay at. But if you have to stay here then please stay away from Building 8, Rooms 800 & 801 are the long term party girls arranged by the courtesy of the front desk.At 135 bucks a night, there are definitely way better places than here.
Nice units full kitchen. Can stay as long as the money doesnt run out. Some crime like broken windows may happen. Empty out car and trunk of valuables and leave car unlocked.
The Non-Smoking room we had smelled like Smoke, really strong smoke smell. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and both TVs did not work. The rooms are not as clean and updated as expected. The restroom mirror needs to be changed and the Sliding doors in the Closet are loose. At night you see groups of young men hanging around the hotel and smoking weed. I did not feel safe in this hotel and I will not recommend anyone to stay here.
Comfy beds, pillows had good support. Room atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Good pressure in the shower. Kitchen, although I didnt use it, was good quality--overall the room seems well taken care of and has good quality furnishings. Id be comfortable staying here for a week on business.
The hotel rooms are really really nice & comfortable, the pool & bbq area is amazing. The staff are truly amazing, they were very supportive of my families transition. I would recommend anyone that enjoys peace of mind at a fraction of the price to stay here in deed.
I have been working with Ellaine at Chase Suites for over a month now. We have inspectors that require long-term hotel stays for various jobs. She worked with us on some fabulous long-term rates, and the hotel has been very accommodating when we need to change things around here and there. My guys have expressed to me that they really enjoy this place. Its quiet and clean! We plan on putting our employees here anytime we have the need in this area.
I am here till the end of the year. This is a hidden secret in the area especially for long term stay. Very accessible to everything. The rooms are very well furnished, large, and clean. Excellent facilities; full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cookware and plates, and cutlery; excellent WiFi; excellent laundry; pool; and free secure parking. Excellent room service; very great staff; free healthy breakfast; excellent cooks and food service attendants. βπΎβπΎthatβs how many stars Iβd give if I could. This place is a gem!!! This is more than home away from home. Thanks to all the very professional and respectful staff!!!
It is ok but nothing extra ordinary. They seem to convert and apartment complex into a hotel. Limited service, breakfast is poor. Daily service is lacking. Parking and location is good. No fitness place but they give you access to nearby fitness center. Outdoor pool is good.
We are in a double room suite and experience so far has been below average. While Checking in late in the evening, the room assigned was found unlocked, and door open. Upon reporting, another suite was assigned, however that room lock failed to open. After a 30 minutes ordeal, we were reassigned to previous room upon security check. No cleaning service was provided for first 3 days. It took reminders for 2-3 days before room was cleaned. Breakfast is pretty ordinary and if you are vegetarian, then good luck in finding anything meaningful. Rooms have computer table, but with no chairs!! What kind of set up is that? Upon requesting, we were asked to wait for a week!! Nothing has come so far. There are other few little things, but can wait to be addressed while above are fixed. If you are planning to stay longer, pay few dollars more and perhaps stay at some other residence Inn near by...
My Children & I were thrown out & put on the do not rent list for a honest review! This hotel retaliates against you if you leave a bad review! Someone called alameda County child protective services & made an anonymous allegations of neglect.Im a terminally ill single mother who has been getting medical treatments for my illness while looking for a home.Ive been under supervision of every mandated reporter for 2 years & not once have there been allegations of neglect.Its a $10,000 fine for business retaliating for a bad review.
This hotel was disgusting roach infested horrible plumbing with gray water that would not drain in the tub will never stay at this hotel again I suggest you do not leave your bags on the floor if you have to stay in this disgusting rancid hotel. I paid $500 to have roaches as a roommate
This hotel is being ran very poorly.I stayed here a lot in the past but I wont be back. Got there on Friday last and there was vomit in the parking lot and trash bags that hadnβt been cleaned up. One of the beds in my room didnβt have a blanket so I went to the front desk to get one. The desk agent told me one would be brought over in a couple of minutes. A half hour later nothing came so I went back to the desk. The desk agent said that the person with the key to the room with the blankets was missing and she couldnβt access it. I asked if she could just take one from a vacant room to give me. She refused. I told her I needed to put my young daughter to bed but she didnβt care. I asked to speak to the manager but the desk agent wouldnβt let me. In the end I gave my blanket to my daughter and slept with no blanket myself. I spoke to the manager about the issue when checking out but she didnβt care either. First she tried to tell me there was a blanket in my room. Then she tried to tell me I booked through Expedia so she canβt issue refunds. I had booked it directly on the Chase website.The second night there was a big party going on in one of the rooms with some dangerous looking ghetto people spilling out into the parking lot and drinking / smoking weed.Itβs unfortunate to see the decline in this property because we have had many enjoyable stays in the past.
Im so happy my team has a familiar place to stay whenever they have a job in this area. Clean, cozy & comfortable stays always. Walking distance to restaurants (other than fast food), we love it! Shout out to Ellaine for always taking care of us!
Nice hotel that is clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms are large and clean with a full kitchen, toaster, microwave, stove, upright refrigerator/freezer with plates, cups and utensils. Also a dishwasher. The TV reception was terrible though. Our soccer team stayed here and the reception was bad in the four rooms that I had been in and out here also complained. It had a ton of static on most every channel. The breakfast was hot, but just a step up from a continental breakfast. Good prices though, but the breakfast at Stay bridge, Embassy Suites and Hyatt House are much better. But this place does run around $20 cheaper and if you have a group their group rates are very good.
The place has been remodeled nicely. Parking was not well lit and wasnt enough space to park had to drive and park next door. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I did enjoy all the amenities of our room. Very cozy and clean. They had a wood burning fire place not propane or electric kind of a bummer. Still had a nice time

Location is perfect if traveling to the Bay Area, itβs close to everything. I use this hotel frequently for my employees and they refuse to be anywhere else.
I had a stayed at Chase Suite Hotel - newark/Silicon Valley for a month. This is great place to stay at affordable price for me. Great staff and service. It is close to near by mall and shopping places. I enjoyed the free passes to 24/7 club which is included in your stay. I enjoyed the breakfast there. Overall my stay has been very pleasant. I thank you for the staff and management for this great service.
My sister reserved the room for us to visit our parents. I was glad they allowed us to check in early. Staff are friendly. Room was so clean and big. Good value and location. It has a fire place. Keep all of us warm. Clean Hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Big rooms, all suites. Doors separate the bedroom. Clean every time weve been there. Fairly attentive staff. Beware, only one ADA room has a walk in shower. I had a hard time getting over the tub with my crutches, the one room with a walk in shower was taken. Nice easy walk to the Lazy Dog restaurant next door.
I have been staying here for almost 3 months and will be here until the end of the year for work purposes.It is a great choice for a long term stay, i have been working with Elliane, she helped me out through my stay.Rooms are well furnished, clean, large, staff are nice, and very cooperative.I really recommend this place, and would definitely come back again.

Made with actual foodFree Dinner, and a beer.Both meals are served social-distancing style, in the form of to-go plates.
Very clean rooms and nice staff. Found the area to be quiet and well taken care of.When we needed to extend our stay for an additional week, Elaine the manager was very helpful and accommodated our needs.
Rooms not clean. Food from previous tenants found in the kitchen drawers. Not enough cutlery or towels, hard to get a response from the staff, beds extremely small and uncomfortable, and bedroom TV did not power on at all, several lights not working in the unit. Plus side - extremely convince the location, directly next to the mall and fast food options. Still not worth $300 a night.
First off the rooms are very basic and donβt look like the photos. i donβt know what pool that is but itβs not like the picture at all. I stayed 3 nights and didnβt sleep 2 of them because of loud guests outside drinking and being loud the first time. second time it was a couple fighting next door. had to call office 4 times and go to front desk to get them to actually do something. this went on from 2-3am and i had to wake up at 4:30 for work. i felt unsafe leaving my girlfriend here when i went to work in the morning. they did nothing to make up for my experience but say sorry. Terrible service!!!
The room was large and clean.The staff is also kind.The structure is such that all rooms can be accessed from outside. Therefore, there is no shared passage or elevator, so there is no possibility of COVID-19 infection.I think this is a great advantage at this time of year.As a drawback, many of the washing machines were broken and few of them worked properly.I found it inconvenient to wash.In the past, there were rooms with weak Wi-Fi, but now I dont feel any inconvenience.Did the enhancement take place?(Otherwise, it may vary from room to room)psThere have been times when a minor problem occurred.Im not good at English, so I notified the problem by email.It was a short time before I went to work, so I thought I should deal with it during the day, but the door was knocked in a blink of an eye?The staff came to the room to deal with the minor problem I contacted!What a good reaction! οΈI was surprised and very happy.I felt that the hotel was very reliable and had good staffοΌGreat!βΌοΈI also like this hotel!
Phenomenal room! Just like a really nice condo!Separate huge bedroom, living room with a sleeper sofa.Full kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer microwave, glass top stove, dishwasher, toaster, as well as plates, silverware and utensils for just about everything from knives to bottle opener/wine opener. All of which were very neatly organized in a fashion where everything was intuitively placed.I left a review on the WiFi connection and within minutes they called the room and said they were sending maintenance to replace the toilet seat!I have never in any of the hotels I have stayed at seen that kind of response time. Incredible! All that was really wrong with the seat was the outer coating of the seat was a little worn, but didnt have any cracks or splits in the seat itself.To top it off my day of check out I locked my keys in my company van and the lady at the front desk offered to let me back into the room to wait for roadside assistance even though I already checked out. Was by no means their fault but very appreciated that she offered.Overall Im very happy with my stay and hope when Im back in the bay area in a couple weeks that my company books the same hotel.Also looking at the receipt it was very reasonable per night for the incredible accommodations where just about anywhere else would be four or five times as for a room this size. Might get a room here on my own dime after I acrue some vacation time. Great location within walking distance of a mall!

Sheets donβt stay on corners of beds.And on our check out day, key cards quit working at 8 am!! Checkout is 11 ... good thing one of us stayed in the room while we were loading up car or we wouldβve had to go to office for a new card =(Happy hour could be improved; breakfast was ok the one day we went ... hours are limited though.On the upside, plenty of places to eat close by (like walking distance close).
First, the room deposit is $500, a bit high but not a problem.I got my key and parked my car carries all my belongings to try to find my room. I have to walk pass the parking in between the building where a car was parked there with head light on and weed smoke was coming out of the car like a chimney. Finally got to my room was greeted by a man sitting in from of his room apparently chain smoking. The hall way as well as the room was smelling like a ashtray. I called the front desk and told the girl I need to change room.I went to the front desk, while the weed car was still parking there, the whole court yard was smelling like weed.The front desk girl was not so hospitable, apparently they are aware of the next door person, he is a long term guest. I have to wait there for the hotel security to check the room that I was in for a minute....itβs COVID time and there is no sitting anywhere, I was carrying my all my belongings and feeling like I being punished because I want to change room.She gave me another room, this time is right next to the main road and while I was on my way to the room, I passed by another person sitting on the stair smoking weed......I end up asking for another room again.What a bummer, the floor plan is nice, the room is spacious but this place is not a place make me feel safe stay. I Will never stay here again and wouldnot recommend other people to do so .
The couch was good. Bed was a hotel bed, and never really interacted with employees. Once you leave hotel property, very unwalkable.
Excellent hotel with excellent location. Extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, we were given some advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants/bars that are nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Its a true sample of excellent hospitality.
If I could give no stars I would. Dirty room, infested with spiders. Pulled back comforter and two huge spiders ran across the bed. Webs in the corners and multiple spider eggs that had hatched. I had to leave that night and get a new hotel. Left message for Management to contact me in the morning and wasnβt called until 2 weeks later. Very unprofessional. The room was charged on wrong card and I was told they couldnβt compensate or refund even though we left early. Will never stay here again and DO NOT recommend to anyone.
The rooms are nice and clean although the kitchens are a little old. Breakfast is decent and they also have free food and drinks in the evening. I have spent a great deal of time here for work and the staff has always been good.
Wonderfully equipped suites with modern fixtures. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh, but with a minimal selection. Only big downside was the TV; 3 large flat screens in the suite, all displaying a fuzzy analog signal.
It was a decent double with a living room. The heating system was okay. I was glad to see silver ware and cups in the kitchen. One star for that. There wasnt any fire wood for the fire place. I thought the fire place brought a smooth elegance to the place. But there wasnt any fire wood and they didnt have any on site. The bar chairs and couch was comfortable. Another star for having tasteless ready ice cubes.
This place recommended to me buy a friend the hotel staff was nice and friendly the housekeeping staff is not they are unprofessional they are not trained they dont understand common courtesy Ive had to go to the office twice already about the staff opening the door before someone answers I was in the bathroom with no clothes when they came in the first time I went to the office and complained today about the housekeeping staff knocking and opening the door at the same time again I have children in this room and it scared them. Update I was assured by the housekeeping manager this has new addressed
Perfect hotel choice for wedding block. Hotel suites were spacious and well maintained. Our communication with hotel manager was fantastic and that made everything easy. Staff was friendly and even surprised us with wine and chocolate on wedding night. We highly recommend Chase Suite Hotel - Newark / Silicon for any occasion.
Clean and sanitized Spacious yet cozy rooms and well maintained gardens. Friendly service and a great staff that go above and beyond. They all deserve raise. Food, fuel, and the freeway are all nearby even within walking distance. I plan on staying here from now on whenever Im in town.
Great hotel. Rooms are ample size, modern and everything is always spotless. The I only problem I ever encountered and is still ongoing is at night when the sprinklers come on if youre walking to your room youre going to get wet because they are not adjusted correctly.
The rooms are big here..its like a mini apartment. Everything you need to feel comfortable. The bed in my room is uncomfortable though... its very noisy and busy here on the weekends so theres no weekend parking. Hot water runs out really fast. But other than that its a nice place to stay
This place has bigger rooms than other suites in the area, but they arent as nice. They have a social hour that includes drinks Mon-Thur (this ups their rating some). There are a lot of construction dudes staying here (this could be a plus or minus, depending on who you are). They have remodeled some of the rooms, regardless they are all kind of low quality. The remodeled room I stayed in was upgraded poorly. The non-remodeled room that I stayed in was pretty worn - had funky carpet, lots of issues with the kitchen appliances, and leaky/moldy bathroom fixtures. Worth the price and left me feeling like I would give up the included (but cheap) food and drink for a nicer room.
I needed to find accommodations for an out of state contractor for our company. I needed a place that would be his temporary home for a month. I found Chase Suite Hotel via an online Google search, and I was happy that I came across them. The customer service was wonderful. Ellaine was such a pleasure to work with and was always sweet through all the modifications and requests that I made. I was happy, our contractor was happy and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Chase and would not hesitate to use them again.
The room at Chase Suite was very nice. They upgraded us to a two room suite which was really great with a family of six. It was clean and spacious and well-appointed. One downside was that, even though the TVs were new and nice, the signal quality to them was AWFUL. also, the design of the shower enclosure caused a lot of water to end up on the floor. Finally, the complimentaey breakfast, while appreciated, was sparse and ended at 8:30.
Really nice hotel with kind staff and beautiful units. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, high speed internet, all the f-nin amenities; they even have a resident kitty, Sissy! As of March 2021, they give you a to-go container of a delicious breakfast, yet no longer provide dinner or beer. The pool is also closed. Lots of delicious food places within walking distance.
They kick you out the pool by 10pm, even on weekends, if you have to do laundry, you have to wait until the next day because its also in the pool area. Hotel has their own beautiful cat named CeeCee.
Rooms are OK. However, the ladies of the night here is very prevalent throughout the hotel.Were at Bldg 4 which is the hot spot, even ran into Johns asking where the girls are at because they thought this place was an apartment complex.Rooms 400, 406, 422, and 700 are currently providing erotic services to the lonely gentleman (according to the text Ive read from the guys cell phone) --- at least from now on I know where to look for Hook*rs in the Fremont area...
Different rules and policies change I was just there a month ago had a great time. This time I went for Christmas and they wanted the deposit in cash up front along with the room charge. Paint 250 to 300 for deposit plus the charge of the room up front is way too much money at one time. Which of wasnt like that when I stayed there the prior month for Thanksgiving. Trust me I will not be going back
Decent hotel with suite style rooms. Everything looked fairly new but you could tell it was remodeled in a fast manner. The clean dishes were all hiding in the dishwasher so we had to put everything away! Price is reasonable.
Great place. Crazyyy deposit. Though. We stayed 2 nights and paid 500$ deposit. Our 2nd hotel was for same price same type of suites. But for 8 days and only was 200 deposit. Kinda high even for this place. Other than that great stay. Okay breakfast.
Large rooms did not make up for moldy bathroom tile, rusty sink with whiskers and other debris on the counter, carpet stains, dated decor, and terrible analog television reception. The bed was comfortable, grounds felt safe, and staff was friendly enough to earn one star above minimum, but not worth the price.
Photos online did not match the room we were given. I explained my displeasure to the young lady at the desk and she was very apologetic and explained that the room had not yet been remodeled but didnβt offer a change at the time. I went back to our room and immediately answered a call from the front desk and was offered a remodeled room. The next room was much nicer than the first and was fresh and clean. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an adequately sized kitchenette with a fridge, range, pots, pans and silverware. There is also a small living area with a tv. Both bedrooms have tvβs also. They offer a continental breakfast with a nice selection of waffles, cereal, fruit and yogurt. I imagine all of the rooms have been remodeled by now and itβs a great place if you are traveling with a large family or another couple.
Very good place. It is costlier, definitely (169$ per night) but quality of stay is also five stars. They clean rooms daily with changing towels.Rooms are none smoking and clean. All rooms have full kitchen with over, chimney, dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc. Gym is also good and they give you free towels. One other good thing is wifi is free and has excellent speed. Wifi is unlimited and last I checked it was 30mbps speed.They serve very good breakfast and it is free. Dinner is also free for Mon-Thu. Variety in food is good, especially breakfast. If you drink then they serve free beer with dinner.Parking is ample and surroundings are well maintained.
Well, after Covid-19 has somewhat slowed down; Iβm here again after a 2yr hiatus.Still canβt recommend this place, my customers said there was people smoking weed all day and loud noise in the middle of the night. I guess all the commercial trucks are sure indicators that this place is blue-collared and smoking and drinking is part of the environment.But the worst part is that more than one person knocked on the door of my guest thatβs looking for a βmassageβ and obviously had the rooms mixed up. Very interesting indeed... room are nice enough for the price point if you donβt mind these potential βissuesβ.
Totally not worth the money to stay here. Shady characters all over the place. The rooms smell like weed, cigarettes, and alcohol. They have nails sticking out of the carpet. Bathroom doors dont lock. Staff is friendly but that place needs some serious TLC.
First I must say that I am not one for leaving comments. Hotels are hotels and I never expect too much from them and especially for the price that I got this one for but OMG I loved this place!! Just spent my weekend there and am definitely looking forward for another chance to stay there again! The room is spacious and very comfortable! Loved that the couch is also a pull-out bed so if next time we have anyone else with us they can sleep on there! Loved that the room came with a full service kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, knives, etc provided for you!! Unfortunately for us we didnt realize this until late Saturday night otherwise we would have loved to made dinner there instead of going out. The bed was super comfortable, the place was very clean and roomy, there were 2 large windows which greatly helped with ventilating the room, a fireplace which unfortunately did not come with any wood, and 2 TVs!! Loved that because I didnt have to end up watching sports with my husband. We absolutely loved everything about this place and as I said before, cant wait to find a reason to come back!! Also, it is located in a nice area of town and right across the street from a shopping center and the mall is located right behind it! You truly cant ask for more!!
Awesome find in Silicone Valley. Accommodation for large families is hard to come by, this was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast included however the supply of food cannot keep up with demand. Staff are helpful. One issue in the room and they fixed it rather quickly.
Horrible, dirty, loud, customer service is below standard zoo keepers. Never even checked in but paid plenty because at 6pm arrive for reservation paid for, clerk after 10 minutes of being ignored states ummm donβt think your room is clean, we are behind. Then proceed to help other patrons stating same thing. Meanwhile 3 of them sit at desk ignoring everyone looking annoyed. No refund policy with hotels . Com it all was awful. Beware!!
I have stayed at this hotel a few times, always had great service..I stayed two nights last week, four days after being home I was charged a 250$ smoking room fee. I did not smoke in the room, I smoked outside in the parking area. No one ever called saying there was a problem or that my room smelled like smoke. How do I fight this ? I think I was targeted, smoker in the parking lot, easy money for the hotel
I had a reservation made and paid by my company almost 2 weeks in advance. My coworker who had a reservation also called at 9am the morning of arrival was told yes both rooms are being held. When I arrived I was told they were overbooked and the general mgr gave my room to someone else and put me in another hotel. I was booked in the residence instead. The desk clerk there was a very nice woman much nicer then the rude indifferent Indian man at the Chase. The residence was very nice. So the Chase gets a very very bad rating from me.
The room was partially wet when we moved in and the receptionist was a bit rude and unwilling to accommodate. The one bedroom suite has a living room/fireplace, kitchen, and bedroom with two queen beds, but could do better in regards to cleanliness. Bathroom is quite small. Outlets were few and some werent even working. Furniture was outdated, creaking, and a little dirty. I would recommend other hotels in the area for short term stays, and for longer ones there are many, including Hyatt place, Radisson, Extended Stay, etc. 2 stars because of the price, reception, and poor service. They offered a refund for the first night due to the room being wet when we moved in and later helped dry the area, though. Certainly an option but should be your last option if youre looking for hotels in the Newark/Fremont area.
One of the best hotels I could of stayed at. Feels more like a home/condo compared to a hotel. Plenty of space with a separate kitchen and living room. Also plates, pots, cups, and utensils provided. Definitely will stay here again.
Rooms are big. But they could be updated a little. One big issue I had was the dirty carpets. At first glance they look clean. But after 10 mins of my kids running around on the carpet, the soles of thier feet were completely black. We had to wear our shoes inside at all times. Ive never seen such dirty carpets. Other than that the place isnt that bad. But I dont think we will come back to stay.
Rooms are nice. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Across from a mall and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Horrible experience! We checked in around 11 PM after driving for 8 hours. Found a bug and a spider crawling on the bed and on the pillow when we got in the room. Called front desk to have the sheets and the pillow cases replaced. Minutes later, a security guard knocks on the door and hands us a single blanket. When we explained that we wanted everything on the bed replaced and cleaned, he said no one can do that because the maids have gone home. So we reluctantly decided to do it ourselves. We asked the guard to take out the old sheets from the room. He refused and said the maids will take care of it in the morning. When we pointed out that we didnt want the sheets with the bugs inside the room, he said we could take it out ourselves and leave it at the door. We called front desk again to ask for a manager, but we were told that the manager was already off for the night and that we could try in the morning. No apologies whatsoever. They simply did not care. Unbelievable!
It was more than I expected. I was just expecting a tiny room with one bed, a few tables and lights. But, there was a living room space with a couch and chairs. A kitchen with counters, fridge and stove, etc. And then a side room. Where the bedroom is, that also leads to the restroom, with another side door of the bathroom. It was all overwhelmingly nice and I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. I will be going back in the future.Also, its about $130 with a $250 deposit. It sucks for most ppl.. but, man is it lovely.
Nice on the outside...dirty and run-down on inside.I am not the usual complainer...but gosh...our 2bd suite was sooooo awful. This was my worst hotel experience.We arrived at 6pm on a cold rainy night for a 3 night stay. Suite was cold and very drafty. Carpet was brown, dirty, and badly stained. Dirty stains on every piece of furniture. Kitchen and bathroom were so beaten-up. The only plus was clean beddings and towels.We packed up and prepared to leave next morning. We didnt care about loosing our money for the remaining 2 nights. But then we requested, and got a 2-night refund...which i didnt quite expect to get any money back.Checked into a Ramada which was, by comparison, heaven.
This hotel is great for Tesla driver and have kids or doggies. So happy that I can charge Tesla next shopping mall walking distance.Inside room was updated and big space with this price!Breakfast is great!Thank you
Very convenient location near the San Jose Airport and Levis Stadium. It has many wonderful accommodations and amenities (hot breakfast buffet, clean pool, etc.), as well as reasonable rates. The free beer and wine at the social hour is a fantastic extra benefit. I highly recommend this hotel.
Loved this hotel! I felt like I was in an apartment! Comfortable bed! Very clean room! & the kitchen had everything you would need to cook your own meal during your stay!
If I could give 0 stars I would! This hotel was and is nasty not clean and not worth the price! I found bugs, the room was dirty, and the towels and sofa was dirty! Do not stay here I got switched rooms and it was just as nasty and my first room stunk of cigarettes!! Eww and the staff really dont care! And the dishes were dirty everything needed to be re washed
When I travel on business I dont need much except a place to sleep. However, the room that was given to me was pretty sub-par. The entire room stank heavily of cat/pet urine, and the bathroom sink had hair shavings in it. On top of that, the windows are paper thin and let a lot of noise through. I was woken at least 4 times between 3am-5am by beeping backing up trucks. Pretty poor experience.
We love this place as our staycation spot. I rated 4 stars only because our last trip our rest was interrupted by the guests upstairs made a lot of noise i.e. party in late night hours. We did complain, it was handled immediately. Its in the contract NO PARTIES.I just hope the place doesnt diminish its comfortability of home because of its non compliant guests.
My first experience was amazing, their service was great and they made sure you were comfortable. But this past weekend, wasnt so great. No communication between staff, the list goes on. Plus the room we stayed in the first night ducked. Things were missing, but I will say for the next 2 nights were okay.
I booked my hotel reservation through Expedia. The price was decent and the pet fee was a little overpriced. The website states it is $150. When I went to check-in, I was told that the price was 180. I decided to look for another hotel because they were set on their pet fees. They will scam for a few extra dollars. If you have a pet, please reconsider this outrageous fee. I will also write a review for Expedia.
One bedroom suites, nice location aand. Two TV sets - bedroom and living room. Full kitchen in the apartment. Full breakfast provided with very good service. The Asian breakfast lady is the sweetest thing on this earth, my wife wanted to bring her home lol. Will definitely go back.
We stayed for one night in their 2 bedroom suite. 200 bucks, but split between a group of friends was really cheap!Two king size beds sectioned off with their own rooms and bathroom in each. Living room had a pull out couch, and a kitchen with full fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and even included dishes, cups and utensils for cooking (pots and pans set too)Two different thermostats controlling the rooms which was nice, a tv in each room and the location was nice, right across from fast food and a convenience store. and they have Continental breakfast, a pool and hot tub...There were minor issues with the room though, and the more you looked around the more issues you found. The latch for the front door was missing a screw. The fireplace they had was missing one of the doors. The vents for the ac were barely held onto the walls and a few were cracked or had screws missing themselves. There were 3 doors in the place that just had a deadbolt, that you couldnt open. Weird. And the curtains seemed to be missing some of their rods. Inside the fridge, the shelves were nit all completely secure, as the plastic holding them up had broken.Overall, nice place, decent location, first come first serve parking (for as many vehicles as you need).
Just ok. The room was fine. The breakfast listed as full breakfast, was maybe your version. But a full breakfast should consist of a meat not hash. You have to notice how much hash is left. I observed plates eggs and pancakes only. Could have at least got waffles at an extended stay family hotel. Could have chosen a different hotel in area but chose chase because of full breakfast. Very dissapointed.
Avoid this place please! Please! Please! Go somewhere else the room was not even that big it only had 2 beds but was for more people. The Staff was very rude. I called the front desk and asked when breakfast. It ended early And they did not tell us about that. The next morning they said that we needed to clean up. Then said it was ok. Then snowed up and kicked us out early. dont go here.

Doesnt deserve the 1 star that I had to give it. The rooms smell terrible, everything is filthy and covered in stains. Had to use sheets to cover the furniture so I could feel somewhat comfortable sitting. The staff is not very friendly except for the maintenance guy who had to come to my room. Do not stay here!
Was in a large oversized king executive suite. Pretty good price for the size of the room I got. Comes with a full kitchen too...has pool and jacuzzi, free breakfast and free wifi. TV was a little fuzz...ice maker did not work...ok for the price...
I like this hotel, been here for 2 months in a row and counting. The only bad part of it is: cleaning staff is awful! You always get a nice clean room when you check in, but they will never clean it again until you check out. They say they do, but they only go in and do the bed... thats all.
Really nice, clean suites. We always get a two-bedroom with full kitchen. Rates vary by room size and season. It is located right off the fwy for easy access to San Jose, Oakland, etc.
Room were nice and clean, cant beat it for the price, deposit is a little to much, they ask for 250 but other then that it was real nice, pool is open but have to make a time appointment with them, definitely will be going back !!
Ive stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel in Newark several time now while on business. It is a nice little place with a full kitchen, dishes, and a fridge which is great for longer stays. My stay has always been nice except for the wireless internet service. No matter the time of day or night it is extremely slow, even to the point of frequently failing. This has been a huge pain when I want to stay at the hotel and do work, or jump on a morning conference call before heading into the office. If they would improve upon their wireless service I would give them a better rating. At this point Im going to see if I can get booked at another hotel next time I visit the area because it is such an inconvenience.
Wonderful! The staff were all amazing and super helpful with everything. Location is great with many shops all around. Rooms are super clean. Would definetly stay here again.
It is amazing the kitchen is spectacular and the rooms are big but the bathroom area is quite gross. The toilet paper isnt changed out sometimes, the walls are peeling, the door cannot shut in room #921.
I was placed at the hotel by the training school that I was attending for a certification course. For an extended stay the location is great since you have many choices for eating out within walking distance. However the hotel has much to be desired. The rooms are outdated, the carpets are dirty and worn out. The internet is almost unusable. And the breakfast is very blend but that can be avoided since you have a kitchen in your suite. But the biggest problems with the hotel are related to its sanitary conditions. Another reviewer reported that he ended up with foot fungus after staying in the hotel. Thankfully I didnt get that but during my stay i discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs. Once I figured this out, I went to the front desk and requested a new room. To my disbelieve they told me that I needed to stay in that room another night because all the rooms were occupied. I couldnt believe it and I considered calling the health department. But finally I decided to sleep on the couch that night because I needed to study for my test the following morning instead of fighting with the hotel. The next day they did move me to another room and I had them clean all my cloths.The upkeep and maintenance of the suites is extremely poor. I even had a ripped towel placed in my room. Itβs a small annoyance but it shows what level they operate at. If they cant prevent ripped towels from being placed in the rooms, how will they prevent other things like bed bugs or foot fungus?I will not stay at this hotel again if I choose to return to the same school for more training. But I do have to say that most of the staff at the hotel is pleasant to deal with.
Rooms were a bit hard to find, despite the map. Also, it was a little outdated, with peeling paint, tape around the edges of outlets, and appliances from a decade or two ago. I loved the feel of the place, but I would have also loved clean glasses. Its a great place to stay (no bugs, free breakfast, pool, climate control, HDTVs, decent Wi-Fi) though expect the little things I mentioned. They give a sponge and dish soap, so think of it like staying in a pre furnished studio for a night.
I stayed here for work and it was a great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff especially Ellaine who helped me find good bites around the area. Room was clean and comfy.

Id give a 5star rating, but they charged me a $500 deposit! Im not sure why, but thats ridiculous. Ive been to ALL KINDS of small hotels like this one, with a full kitchen and a pool... Never have I been charged a $500 deposit. Ever. $100-250 is reasonable. This was not.
The general set up is made to appear a notch above the average hotel, however, our bathroom door came off the hinges the moment we closed it. It was fixed in due time... all in all, better than Motel 6.
We have visited a few times and always enjoyed the rooms. See you next time!
This place is a hidden gem. It looks and acts like your typical strip mall cafe/diner, but they obviously have a real chef as a short order cook. Lots of familiar menu items, just very well prepared with a few special flourishes.
Friendly and helpful staff! Room is adequate for our needs. Enjoying the daily complimentary breakfast. Location is within walking distance of the New Park Mall and many other stores and restaurants!
Not what we expected. The first room had no hot water and the water was also brown. The next room we were moved in to also had no hot water. Third time was the charm, when we were moved in to the renovated rooms. It only took us like six hours. Never happening again.
Very nice property, horrible customer service. I was charged for a room not booked to me TWICE even though I provided identification upon checking in, and then charged the normal rate of my room WITHOUT authorization to do so, with as little as no apologies from the staff, or corporate when notifying them through email and phone calls. I was left to dispute the charges through my bank. Needless to say, Ill never book a Chase Suite Hotel again.
It was an amazing hotel room, and since i used Hotel tonight to book it I only had to pay $88! There was a full kitchen, couch, tv and a big bed. It reminded me of an apartment. They were also doing renovations on some of the buildings, so there were people around early morning.
Chase Suite Hotel Newark goes out its way to cater to their guests even in these difficult times. Great attention to cleanliness, extraordinary customer service, gorgeous setting, beautiful room, and very convenient location. I will definitely be back βΊοΈ
Place is ok. Although I always hate that the cleaning staff does not wait for you to respond before entering to your room. Also they could improve the way they clean the breakfast area!
First things first, my family came all the way from LA to come see my brother graduate. We were in the car for 8 hours, so they put us in a upstairs room and it took us about 20 mins to unpack going up and down (room 222). Just to do all that work... The AC did not work. So we got send to a new room with working AC. But the problem in that room was it smelled like dog pee (room 208) ... I mean it woke up my mom and she called at 1:30 am. Now we are going to a different room, lets hope it is better.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient location with superb freeway access and the mall right next door. Clean and well maintained.Unfortunately no easy access to the Bart station otherwise great value for money and a good place to stay in the south Bay.
Very nice rooms, friendly staff. The only problem was I picked the only week it rains to visit and their drainage is poor so there were large puddles in the walkway from the clubhouse to the room.
3rd time here, same great consistent experience. Location is right next to Newpark Mall, AMC theater and food plaza. Rooms are spacious and clean, accessible from the parking lot, no going through a lobby/hallway. Free Wifi. When I need to stay in the area, this place is my go to.

Other than the fact that it has a kitchen... Everything is outdated ... Restrooms werent cleaned properly... I went out for a smoke and had people looking at me in odd ways... Probably need to smoke in your car..We told them wed be checking out at 12pm and the cleaning service kept knocking at out door, interrupting. . the lady even went as far as opening my door while my partner was naked.Wont be staying here again.
The room was nice but needed some repairs. The staff was mixed some people were great and some were really lazy. The night we went there was a party going on all night in the next room.

Generally good place. I liked the personnel, breakfasts and the swimming pool. However the apartments on the first floors tend to have a noise environment outdoors.
Chase is more like an apartment than a hotel. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and workspace. Complimentary food and alcoholic beverages mon through fri at happy hour. Staff is always pleasant and courteous. Love it.
The hotel staff, is beyond helpful. They were able to provide me very competitive rates for the city I was staying in. The rooms are clean, and amenities are great.
Hotel was good but as mentioned on the website that there will be daily room service it was not there. They clear 3 days a week. I stayed for a month and many times I had to call for housekeeping.
Decent place for a cheaper night stay with all the amenities. My friend traveled to SF and stayed here for a week and it worked out really well.

Not very good service. We had a room that smelled gas at night and they didnt even bother asking if everybody was OK. My niece after inhaling the carbon monoxide has been complaining of pain whenever she inhales. They didnt even gave us a discounted room rate. Not going back here anymore.
The rooms are awesome but difficult to navigate and locate! The night staff and the maids are great. The front desk daytime staff were pretty rude tho.
This place is perfection at its best. Suite condo apartment, stocked and incredibly comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious. The pool is handicap accessible. I love this place

This place was super cool it was so clean and so nice it had a full kitchen that was outstanding the bedroom was remarkable the living room was great both rooms had big nice flat screen TVs the couch and the living room let out into a bed and there was just so much room there is a barbecue pit there by the swimming pool that you can use they have a laundry area they serve breakfast I mean everything is just amazing I would not change anything about this place I give it five stars because it really deserves it its beautiful outside and its beautiful inside its close to shopping areas they provide all the dishes that you would need to conserve your family while youre there you really couldnt ask for much more
I came to Chase about two weeks to visit family my stay was great my Room was very clean it had everything I Needed.They made me feel like home everything was great,Because two years ago I came and my stay was not great as this time keep up the good work. I will definitely stay here againπ
So far its wonderful and I like that it had two rooms in one. Im here on a business trip so i have a roomate from another store. Its nice cause we have our own space and our own bathroom. Also had a livingroom and full kitchen.
Id be careful at this hotel. Not only do they not provide service to fix when things break down. They allow people to rent their rooms and host SEX PARTIES almost very very frequently. Id be more careful about using this hotel when youre bringing family along...
It was over priced for a below average suite. Everything is old from the tv, bed, the room by itself. The security that roam around is hella rude specially the one at night time. I do not recommend this. Look for another suite near by theres a lot better than this place .
This is more of a service apartment kind of facility. It is better than most named brands but breakfast does not have variety of hot items r vegetarian hot items. More positive items than concerns.
This place is good for families and its nice the rooms are clean when you arrive only a few concerns the toilet needs a new flusher the maintenance were slow to bring a plunger also the TV didnt work when we arrived waited for an hour for someone to reset also we extended our stay and asked for fresh towels it never came despite all the little mishaps I liked the location and parking was easy

Place is always sold out and targeted by party goers on Friday and Saturday nights. Was kept up all night on a Friday night by a party in the suite next to mine. Office staff didnt respond to my calls and finally had to call cops at 3:30 in the morning to get it shut down !

Loved it, great view peaceful waterfall, nice pool, great beds,clean kitchen and fully stocked to accommodate needs with things such as silverware and pots . This is a must visit I suggest booking early.
I love Chase Suite Hotel and highly recommend it as a place of stay when in Silicon Valley for business or leisure. It has a great location, clean, comfortable and feels like home away from home!
Very nice place to stay. Staff was very helpful. The price was affordable and there is alot of restaurants to eat nearby.

Well it was nice spot but they profile you as a black man I was reminded how far we come but how far we have to go and Arthur at the front desk in my opinion should be fired i didnt know chase let you reserve dirty rooms
Decent hotel, breakfast isnt the best but it exists. Rooms are nice and comfortable, noise might be a little high, easy to hear neighbors/cars
Parking here is packed since they are full. But I was always able to find parking. Only been here one night, but its definitely nice to have a full apartment size to myself.
Quite night. My room was clean. Itβs by the courtyard with the pool view. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Great summer!!

Booked a 2bd suite (nice rooms loved kitchen) for a family weekend we swam and bbqd at the pool. We had an awesome time.

Its just average... rooms were recently remodled which is great, but there were stains on the pillows, and blankets. Good value though.

The hotel overall is nice. Some rooms need to be renovated as the models are very outdated But the rooms are big and the beds were very comfortable.
Amazing hotel to stay at rooms are clean. Its right near a mall to hangout. They have and free happy hour food, and drinks.
The hotel is conveniently located next to a McDonalds, a mall and the highway. The pool and hot tub are open until 10 pm and at night you can go for a peaceful swim.
Good room, friendly staff, okay location. Staff went out of their way to get my room ready early when I called the day of check-in asking for early check-in.

They just use plastic dishes. I think in an advanced Fremont this really shouldnt be the case. No guests in the world should pay that much in unsustainable businesses

This is the worst hotel, front desk is soRude first, following with no more toilet paper or extra towels for our room. Then a party happens in a room above us and we called front desk and again they do not care. Worst hotel
The room was really spacious and clean. The parking lot is small though so I had to park and the building next door.
Room we rented was spacious and clean. Friendly service. We will be back next month.

Any room for improvement would be carpet shampoo.It is next to many facilities so thats great. Never go hungry . Great variety including a tea shop. Macdonalds. Ample parking. Can you ask for more ??

2023-10-29 19:35:16We have been staying here 3 weeks at a time & then we left for 2 days and came back to stay another 3 weeks. We travel for my husbands job. We have stayed at numerous kitchenette type hotels in the last 8 yrs. Chase is one of the nicest we have stayed at. Glass top stoves, dishwasher, full size refrigerator!! The sofa has a chase lounge on one side of it and it has a fireplace!! ππLarge bedroom with a king size bed. A very good breakfast that has a variety of options and we love the fresh fruit which is Cantaloupe & Honeydew and big red seedless grapes also on Wednesdays they have yummy crispy bacon. Hot coffee and tea and love the honey packets for my tea!! Has a pool & jacuzzi too. Ample parking. The first 3 weeks were super quiet. This time on Friday night a big & very loud party right across from us. It ended at 11:30 pm but restarted at 1:30 am!!! It got shut down within 5 minutes by security. Which I was very happy about. Hopefully they lost their deposit . The only other complaint is our TV in the bedroom needs to be replaced as it has 4 bright light spots in it making it difficult to see. We did report it on our last stay and when we came back we got the same room and it had not been replaced. Its not fixable so they need to replace it. Overall one of the best we have stayed at. We would highly recommend Chase Suites in Newark!! A huge shout out to an awesome front desk staff too!! ππ

2023-11-22 19:22:15If you want to get a good night sleep, DONβT stay here because this hotel has a conference room that they rent for parties (quinceaΓ±eras, etc) and you can hear everything.People would be outside of their rooms with loud music and although management asked them 3 times to shut down the music, they would still be partying inside their rooms. Seems like itβs mostly young people who stay there for this purpose.Receptionist were very nice though!But we were not able to get any sleep and had to leave at 6am.

2023-07-25 15:36:09This hotel was really perfect. A nice deep pool with plenty of room to swim and it was well cleaned every day. Not a hair to be found. The apartments were super clean no hair or dust to be seen. When we arrived the staff greeted us very friendly and explained everything. There is also a nice downtown within walking distance and San Fransico is 40 minutes away. Furthermore it is a safe and nice area. With beautiful oleander trees. Breakfast was good, fresh products and they were constantly replenished. The only thing they could change is about the people whoes smoking weed by the pool or outside on the balcony. Also,the number of seats at breakfast is not enough for the number of people. Also the time between which you can have breakfast is fine for people traveling for work, but as a vacationer, sometimes you want to sleep in. So I would do the breakfast from 6:30 to 8:30 to 9:30 instead. Its only an hour but then you spread out the amount of guests a bit. For the rest completely fine and I had a super nice last few days. I will definitely come back.

2023-06-03 14:15:45The rooms are nice and comfortable. Each suite seems to have its own air-conditioning unit so youre not sharing HVAC germs. Easy parking.Sometimes can have noise issues if someone is violating quiet time policy in the neighboring room. Could do with better sound proofing.

2023-08-14 04:10:06Old bad smelling nothing works properly. On pictures this hotel looks fine and comfortable, big full kitchen king bed and everything else, but in reality this hotel is horrible! The CARPET SMELLS WEED! We stayed with a newborn and I was worried about where I can even put her because everything was dirty and bed sheets were not really fresh. For the money its not worth it at all.
