Im not an Indian so I cannot say if their food is authentic. However, we really loved their food. Garlic naan was so tasty. Mango lassi is the best we have had. Service was excellent. The waiter patiently answered all the questions about recipes and ingredients of what we had.

Treated myself to a lovely Methi (Fenugreek) Chicken after a long day and loved it! Spice profile was fabulous and the mango lassi was one of my favourites I’ve ever gotten.Friendly service, lovely food, quality atmosphere, all in all, a hidden gem!

Awesome new Indian restaurant in town! My daughter and I had veg semosas and split goat tiki masala over rice with butter naan. We also enjoyed frosty cold mango lassi. Were big fans of Indian food and we highly recommend Chaska India. Our tummys are very happy!

Our newest neighborhood restaurant, superb Indian food, a real treat for all of us living in Laguna Niguel. We started with a large bottle of Hayward’s 5000 an Indian beer I’ve never had before. Nice! Then the spinach Pakora starter, nice and crunchy from the Chickpea flour. Dinner was the Butter Chicken, Aloo Gobi and the Laccha Paratha a layered buttery, crispy bread. Plenty of food for the two of us. We had to take home dessert, the Gajar sweet carrot Halwa. The manager MM was an excellent host. We had another bottle of beer that MM recommended.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience! The flavors were incredible and each dish was perfectly spiced. every bite was a delight. The naan was fresh and fluffy, and the samosas were crispy and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Indian food, this place is a must-visit!

I have eaten at many Indian restaurants all over the U.S. This place just opened up 2 min from me less than a month ago. I had it for the first time today. Wow!! Sooo good!!! I had the Lamb Korma and my girl friend the Butter Chicken. They both were amazing!! Would definitely come back :)

Searched for near-by Good Indian Restaurant & saw numerous one, but choose this place as of they’ve variety of food dishes which is quite rare in Orange County. So I visited the newly opened restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food quality and attentive guest service. Despite being newly opened, the restaurant has already made a positive impression. While there were a few minor changes that could be made to enhance the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indian style. Our server was manmohn, best guy with friendly attitude went through his recommendation for food 100% it wasn’t an disappointment.kudos to the food and the server.

I must say it is the best Indian food . Best if I have more options in star I would have give more . I had chicken korma and butter chicken with garlic naan it was so flavorful. I still have the taste on my tongue. My stomach is full but not my heart . It’s there first day of business so there are some things to be placed on the right side but that is understandable. They have my all best wishes for there upcoming business years.

Really good food and service. I can not complain at all about that. I need a BJ to score a 5 star review. Sorry folks but that is reality. Interior is a bit stark. Needs some artwork or plants. Great for vegans who want some spice. They gifted us a mango pudding. Very sweet of them. Satisfying and clean, what else to ask for. Attentive.

So excited to find good Indian food in Laguna Niguel! Lunch specials were large and yummy. They have a really good mint chutney that I requested for the naan. All the chicken lunch choices were great. Can’t go wrong at this place. Walls need some pictures but sure that is coming.

Omg the food and service is amazing here!!! The owner and staff were very helpful with my dad who didn’t know much about Indian food. So grateful to have good Indian food in Laguna Niguel! Wow, delicious!Very friendly staff and great food. We had Butter Chicken (best I’ve ever tasted), Chili Garlic Shrimp, Andhra Goat Curry, Mint Chicken, Garlic Naan and Onion Kulcha. All of it was very good. We are looking forward to eating here again.BTW medium spicy is really medium(-hot) spicy for us spice lovers. Perfect for our first time.

Went for a birthday and the starters were good, but after that it got a bit funky. Found a hair in one of our drinks and asked for something else and the server said oh thats just black sea salt, it doesnt dissolve. All of our kitchen staff wear hairnets and he just left it there. And as the rest of the food was being brought out by the kitchen staff guest what....NO HAIRNETS. I get trying to make it seem like your on top of food safety but dont lie about it. And after that the server was just watching us eat, just standing there. Not checking on the kitchen or wiping tables or whatever else but just watching us eat.Other than that the food was pretty good but rather spicy for somethings I know to be mild, the biryani was SPICY. I like spicy but I couldnt have a spoonful on its own due to the spice.Decent food but if I were to go back it would be takeaway, maybe 🤔.

My husband and I have been looking for a great Indian restaurant since our trip to the UK, where we had tried it for the first time. We loved it so much we ordered it two days in a row while on holiday.Since being home we have searched for the last few years and have never found one as good until now. Chaska is absolutely fantastic! We started with samosa, so much flavor! Then had the Chicken Makhani “butter chicken” and vegetable biryani with garlic naan. It was delicious! So good we had to order it two nights in a row. This will be one of our favorite places from now on.

Had a great lunch today at Chaska India in Laguna Niguel. We ordered from the lunch special and got butter chicken, chicken tikka and lamb Korma. The dishes were delicious and you can definitely tell that all of the ingredients were fresh.This has immediately become our go to spot for Indian food.

We travelled all the way from LA to try a new restaurant and it was worth it! We had ordered aachari aloo gobi with onion kulcha which was really nice and spicy. Their medium spice level was also like too spicy for us so be mindful while ordering :p For starters we ordered paneer pakora which was 3.5/5 and it could be 5/5 if paneer was with perfect level of salt! For desserts their Mango Pudding was just yummm! We tried Gajar Halwa as well wich was with perfect sweetness. The manager was very friendly and courteous. He offered us complimentary Gulab Jamuns as well! Overall it was a great experience and I would love to come again! :)

Hidden gem for locals who want very fresh and authentic Indian food. An extensive menu and great flavors. You can tell they go the extra mile to ensure each dish is cooked and seasoned to perfection. We had dinner and ordered the chicken vindaloo and saag paneer with some garlic naan and a couple of drinks. Looking forward to going back soon and trying the lunch special.

I’ve been around the world finding Indian restaurants everywhere. I have had wonderful Indian food in many corners of the world. The food at Chaska, however, is second to none! We had Butter Chicken, Aloo Ghobi and naan followed by Ras Malai. The spices were like nothing I have ever tasted and everything was very fresh! I can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful late evening meal at Chaska tonight. By the time we found time to eat most restaurants were closed. After a warm welcome, we choose Samosa for an appetizer, entrees Tandoori Platter and Mutter Paneer, and for dessert Gulab Jamun. The service was superb and we highly recommend this new and exciting Laguna Niguel dining experience.
