So this was my first time being here, let me tell you…..the food is delicious, the flavor profile is absolutely incredible. The environment when we were there was a bit loud for our lil ones. However the food and service were great. The food came out super fast. Everything was super hot and tasted fresh out the magical kitchen.

We have found our new seafood spot period! I Looked at the reviews and we drove to Elk Grove to check this place out. Food was really good crab was tender and tasty, lobster was a little over done but not too bad. Potatoes and corn were all amazing. Butter dipping sauce was seasoned well not just salty but seasoned well. If you need low salt them ask for your seasoning on the side and Dip as you like. Plus this allows your leftovers to be brought home and made into something else. 3lbs is good for a date plenty for 2 people to eat a good portion. Not pig out but eat good! If only one person eating then eat 1.5lbs. If going out after dinner then bring a cooler with ice for your leftovers because I really do wish the server explained more in depth how much food it was that we were purchasing because Im literally gonna have enough to make a stir fry tomorrow 🤣 The restaurant was clean and the servers were super friendly!! Today was my teen sons birthday and our server brought him out a chocolate molten lava cake with ice cream. 🎉🎉 A great time was had by all. Thank you Chasons!! 💕

Was going to do a adult group of 10-12 people but the atmosphere as our family of 4 ate there that evening, was too loud that gave me a headache and just wanted to leave. The music and bar was so loud it was hard to hear one another. Food was fab until I saw that most of the jumbo prawns were not deveined so they still had intestinal tract. Having the intestinal tract ruin the taste of the food and appetite, it tastes sandy. What ever happen to Chasons, they use to cook and clean food better. I do not like to eat prawns poop.

Chasons never lets us down. Its always a good time with great food and awesome company.Came here for one of my girlfriends birthday dinner. The Crawdads were on a buy 2 lbs, get 1 free. We had a total of 6 lbs of Crawdads. We brought our own Asian pepper dipping sauce & they provided us with mini containers. The garlic noodles (not pictured ) are made really yummy here. Perfect balance of garlic, butter, cheese & seasoning. The lamb chops are big, tender & served over garlic veggies. The short ribs were grilled to perfection & were so flavorful. Perfect with steamed rice. We also had raw oysters & its not pictured either.Service was great & attentive the entire time we were there. They also kicked off karaoke after 9pm so I had to hop on the mic! All in all, it was a fun evening well spent with my girlfriends.Chasons has a fun, party vibe so be ready to have a great time.

Just say no! 2 ppl with 2 entries, tea & bloody Mary =65$s. It took over 30 minutes but the waiter did come back 3 Xs to take our order( 2 fish & chips). Enjoyed my experience. Food and service is worth the value. Clean eatery but could use updating.Alcoholic beverages were a little on the Syrupy strong house side, even though I was told top shelf was used. Location is in a pretty busy area. Parking can be a challenge as there are other great businesses in the plaza.

Sorry I didnt take a picture of my husband food. He had the seafood 3lbs boil. He said it was amazing. My son had the burger and he gave it a 5 star. I had the Philly Cheese Steak and I give it a 5 star.. oh and my husband had the jalapeños poppers and he said it was the best he ever had. The poppers had cream cheese inside. Stephanie was our waitress and she was amazing, so very helpful.The reason for the 4 star is my short ribs I had to go. The short ribs were horrible, nothing but bone and runner fat. I gave the 4 star because that was the only food that disappointing.

Experience for an early evening dinner on Chinese new years eve was surprisingly not too busy. Server was quick and attentive answering all of our questions.Food came fast today. Faster than we were expecting.Crispy calamari was good portion size was descent. The calamari was typical but they fry battered onions and bell peppers which makes it a unique and adds lots of flavor.Garlic Crab is a must try. It was very fresh and not fishy on the slightest even the custard. The garlic sauce pairs with the crab nicely so you dont need any extra butter. I will say although it was very fresh tasting, the crab I got lacked the sweetness I was expecting. Could have just been the crab I got.Butter garlic noodles are excellent. Theyre a bit on the soft side but they are incredibly buttery and garlicky which compliments the crab further. I mixed three noodles with the crab custard which was a dream. Only thing I would personally change is to fresh grade the Parmesan on top of the noodles rather than mix it into the noodles.Overall good experience for sea food and a welcomed edition to elk Grove.

I will say that I absolutely love eating seafood. Whether its lobster, shrimp, oysters, crab, pollock, flounder, if you put it in front of me, I will be sure to scarf it up and clean my plate. This takes me on a trip to the northeast part of Elk Grove, an area that I dont venture out to very much where I had the opportunity trying Chasons Crab Stadium. Located directly in a strip mall off of Sheldon Rd. & Elk Grove-Florin Rd., this place has the distinctive trait of being the first crawfish restaurant in Elk Grove.Having been opened since early-2014, I saw the mixed reviews and wanted to see if my experience would be a positive one or not. I arrived with a friend at around 2:30pm during the afternoon of Sunday 6/6/2021. During my visit, there was indoor dining throughout while it looked as if all outdoor seated had gotten removed (since restrictions were easing). Parking was fairly easy to find but can get challenging during busier times; especially during dinner hours and weekends.As soon as my friend and I arrived, we were greeted and then seated at a high pub table. We were given 2 iced waters and a QR code menu which many restaurants have been utilizing more and more. I will say that this place is quite spacious as there are several booths, large tables for bigger parties, and a dedicated bar area with TVs. Which takes me to their drink selection; here you will find a fully loaded bar complete with beers on tap & bottled, wine, scotch/whiskey/bourbon, tequila, vodka, run/gin, cognac, and several signature cocktails.Their menu is just as extensive as they offer a plethora of favorites from the ocean including shrimp, salmon, oysters, lobster, and Dungeness crab. There is also a ton of non-seafood items including cheeseburgers, chicken, ribs, and steaks. Since I came here specifically for what theyre known for (which is seafood), I went with their Seafood Pasta. This included shrimp, mussels, & clams mixed in with creamy Parmesan cheese, linguine pasta, spinach, bacon, lemon juice, & tomatoes. My friend went with their Flakey Fish & Chips which is fried beer-battered cod & tartar sauce with a side of seasoned fries.Both our entrees came out in roughly 15 minutes. My plate was loaded with pasta; so much to a point where this could easily be shared between two people. Best of all, they did not skimp on the seafood portions as the meat in the clams were huge. The texture was perfectly executed as it wasnt too salty and just the right amount of consistency. My friend enjoyed their fish as there was a ton of meat inside of the cod. Tartar sauce was just so-so but still flavored well. Keep in mind that if you check-in using the Yelp app on your mobile phone, you can get either a FREE soft drink OR a FREE side of corn bread. I opted for a soft drink as I knew I was already consuming enough carbs for my day.Overall, Chasons Crab Stadium is a decent above average restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and made sure we were doing good. If anything, I have to make a future visit back this way to try some of their amazing Dungeness crab and lobster tails. But for this type of food to be in Elk Grove is a pleasant surprise. My rating for Chasons, an above average four stars.

Honest opinion!!! This place is average, hence the 3 stars. Basic flavors, basic service, basic menu. In order to get 5 stars from me (someone whos used to flavor) this is what you need to change:1) the sauce has too much oil, re-do your recipe. And it needs spice the hottest wasnt even spicy.2) once you do, add more sauce!!! There is no reason my food should be dry3) dont call your bbq oysters bbq, they are grilled. (This made me so mad, lol)4) just cause you put garlic, raw garlic at that, on top of fries it does not make them garlic fries, it needs seasonings5) just do better! The quality of the seafood is what really did it for me, it wasnt cleaned properly and tasted old, idk how to describe it but it definitely wasnt fresh.I think if they can improve their flavors and come up with innovative menu items, they can get there. Till then, I wont be coming back.

My boys have been wanting to try this place for awhile now. It was kind of busy on Friday night but we didnt have to wait long for a table. The small bar area was packed with large TVs. Energetic atmosphere and louder than Im used to (getting old here..lol)- Jambalaya (mild) added soft shell crab 3/5.Good portion but it was lacking seasoning on the ingredients. The sauce took over the dish and odd that was served on a flat plate.-16 oz Rib Eye 4/5Good meat! Mashed potatoes and vegetables was nicely done with good texture. Great portion! My boys enjoyed this.-Succulent Burger 5/5Angus beef was juicy with all the fixings in a burger. Comes with crispy fries leaving you wanting more.-Lychee Martini 5/5Not sure where I can find a good Lychee Martini for $7. It was delicious! A bit on the sweeter side for me but good amount of Vodka.Quick and attentive service.

Date night out, really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Only disappointed about 1 thing, my drink took forever to get to the table but the strength made up for it. Ok. This is going to be a go-to for me. Drink - Avenger. Doesnt matter the flavor, you wont taste it, but strawberry peach worked for me. Honey walnut shrimp. Oh ya. Good stuff. Now - short ribs and garlic noodles. Um ya!!! Good meat, great flavor. Garlic noodles- if you love garlic you will not be disappointed. And heres your warning...it lingers! Good stuff! Staff was nice and attentive. Tasted the ribeye. Really good flavor, tender. Yum.

Absolutely loved the BBQ oysters they add their own spin with a cilantro chili lime garnish, very tasty. The whole crab which sells for market price, is very good well seasoned without overpowering the flavor of the crab. I personally like a thinner noodle with my garlic crab but that’s just my preference.The atmosphere are staff are very nice, I will definitely dine here again.The only reason I give it 4 stars was there where flys an investment in an air curtain would be nice.

The atmosphere is lively on a Friday night. Thats a plus and a minus. Cocktails took awhile after ordering. Our waitress though was attentive and smiled alot which was nice! Now the food, the Tomahawk steak was worth the cost but sadly the crab and garlic noodles not so much. And ordering the crab was a bit confusing. All in all I will be back, maybe not on a Friday night but now I am definitely motivated to figure out how to order the right crab.

I was really excited to try this place but was sadly disappointed. The steak was alllllll fat and my chicken sandwich was alllllll bread, the chicken was way thinner than the bread and dry with one slice of bacon. I gave two stars for the nice environment and service but sadly it does not make up for food that is being served.

Great food & prices werent bad! We had a large group of 10 that ate here on a Saturday night & it was really good. From the shrimp tacos, to the rib eye, to the 1lb of shrimp with potatoes & corn....all was fire! Our poor server was running around spread thin once it got busier so we had to flag him down a lot for drink orders & some of the orders came out wrong. But still not enough of a reason not to go back.

This place has been my go to for a while, last time I was there, we felt very rushed. My daughter ordered shrimp. When the order came, she quickly apologized and said thats not what she thought she ordered. We were told, if she took it back we would still be charged. I was in shock. We had no choice but to order something else. and mind you this place isnt that cheap.then we get the receipt and had the tip already on there. i didnt want to tip that much, are server was horrible .We had a group of 8. only split the check 2ways . I asked the waitress what if i wanted to another amount? She said not with a big group.I wont be going back.

So looking around for seafood I found this place. We ordered the garlic noodles, oysters on a half shell, and the honey walnut shrimp. The oysters were tiny, but fresh. The garlic noodles were pretty good though a little dry. The shrimp were good. I would definitely go back.

Awesome place to dine. I live everything on the menu! The walnut shrimp is to die for. Love their salt and pepper wings. Raw oyster are fairly price and the sauce is bomb. Crawdads when in season is fantastic and the sauce is out of this world. not a jambalay but it’s the best I tasted. The seafood Alfredo is delicious times 2. Tomahawk was incredible and fish tacos was super huge! I just hope they bring back that waygu burger because that’s the best burger in town! Oh, they have a full bar and Nessa throws it down with the cocktails! I can’t rave enough about this place!

I was initially very disappointed because it appeared the specials advertised were not available. However the manager (a very cool guy) came and made things right explained it was just a miscommunication with the staff due to being busy. Although I feel the staff should have been briefed on specials BEFORE ever opening I am very satisfied with our visit and our meal.

Ive been coming here for years and the food and service is usually exceptional. Today was not that day. Ordered the seafood pasta which is rich and delicious. The portion was so large I shared it with my friend not realizing it contained bacon. We asked the server for a new order excluding bacon as she cant eat it due to her religious beliefs. The new order came, still delicious until she bit into bacon. She pulled out several pieces.. I called the waiter back over, told them the issue and he said: Well it shouldnt have it and tried to argue with us after showing proof. No apologies, not an offer of something else off the menu. Service was a unfortunate mistep.

They were busy when we got there. Were told twice that someone would be right with us finally got our table and it was a two top next to the door going outside in the back which was okay. started off with a gin martini and when the martini came to the table it was an orange color tasted like it was a dirty martini with the waiter holding the olives on the outside in a separate hand asked me if I wanted olives. A Martini up always come with olives. Had send the first drink back because it was tasted like a dirty martini got my second martini and it tasted like vermouth but it was clear this time but just tasted like vermouth so I end up sending back and just having water. I had the Lamb which is always good and it is always good there and my partner had salmon and it was very good as well. The food is always exceptionally good there. When we got our meal we had to ask for silverware because we didnt have any so the service was just a little bit off this time but the food is always good there we will go back

My wood plank salmon was the best Ive ever eaten! Lightly spiced with a tangy sauce on top and very moist and tender salmon that fell easily from the skin.Accompanying the large, meaty portion were the best house potatoes Ive ever tasted -- crispy and brown on the outside and moist and flavorful with lots of freshly chopped garlic. And also accompanying my salmon was a large medley of al dente broccoli, carrots and zucchini.My guests enjoyed the very crispy fish and fries and also the large Po Boy sandwich with soft-shell crab.Service can be very slow as theres only one server. Wow how rude! Entered a restaurant that maybe had 20 people in it and was asked to wait for a table. There was at least 20 open tables. Hostess wandered around aimlessly for five or so minutes and then we just left(2 adults) Went to the Crab spot on West Stockton boulevard and were seated immediately and it was AMAZING. We were coming in for king crab and Dungeness crab so this was like a $2-300 order that this restaurant lost out on because of their rude inconsiderate hostess.

Im a huge fan of this place. I live in Antioch, but I will drive out here to have the food. I first fell in love with the Garlic Noodles. I like the garlic noodles with veggies. Every time I go I get a order to eat there, then I get an order to take home. I went in once and they had pork chops on the menu. Those were so good, but they havent made them again. They told me that was a special. I keep asking for them, Im hoping they will put them back on the menu. The lamb chops are amazing, I also love the short ribs. My last visit I order the seafood by the pound. I got the Dungeness crab. with the mixed up sauce. Sooo good, I now have a new favorite.I also go for the people, every time I go I have a good time just talking with people in the bar area. The best Bartenders there is Nessa, and Alex. I had heard so much about this restaurant, and pictures the food look magnificent. The night we went back at the beginning of January was not that great and did not meet my expectations of what it would be.The exception would be the oysters. Very good flavor on the bbq oysters and just the right amount if seasoning. I cant say the same thing for the garlic pasta with shrimp. Had way too much garlic in it, and Im a garlic lover.I may go back, definitely will have the oysters again and possibly some other seafood. I also have to add, our service was terrible. Once we got our food, she never came back to check on us. And I had to flag her down for our check.But this is a go-to place for the locals and had a packed house by the time we left.

My wife and I liked this restaurant. I got the Salt n pepper clusters, which is fried crab with breading and peppers. If that isnt awesome enough, theres the famous garlic noodles! I couldnt eat more than half of it, and Im not small, so they are rather generous. We will be going back for brunch at some point, since the night life is becoming less our scene. The garlic noodles are really good. I had the short ribs with garlic noodles and it was pretty good. Couldve cooked the ribs a little bit better. It was a bit chewy. I also tried the Manila clams and they were really good. Oh and if you want a drink try the lychee martini its pretty good. We ordered the dungeness crab clusters, shrimp (peeled), lobster tail, corn on the cob and potatoes. Our appetizer was calamari. The food we had was not very good at all. Its a bit of a drive from my house, so I had been waiting for the opportunity to go. I clearly told the waitress before, I could not eat spicy foods. Disappointed when my friends order came and was a completely different dish from what she ordered so they had to start over. She had to wait a 15min for them to make her dish. This meant that I would either be pretty close to done by the time her order came or I would need to wait to eat until her food arrived which would mean my dish would be cold. I chose to eat. Good for families though especially given the high volume of the multiple Flatscreen TVs because it drowned out any crying. Any seat gave great views of the many screens.Service was slow. Had to ask for more water 3 times and we actually got up to find a server to let them know we were ready to go and needed our bill! Restaurant wasnt what I would have considered busy since there were only 4 other tables besides ours at 4pm on a Saturday so Im not sure why the service was the way it was. Maybe we caught them on a bad day? I mean we all have bad days and the restaurant had been highly recommended to me, but that was some time ago...Overall, we might give it another shot but my expectations will definitely much lower than before and if we do return and have a positive experience, I will update my post.

My husband and family went there yesterday . We ordered the salmon meal, the #10, and the sweet garlic wings, a lychee martini, and the mamas koolaid . I will start with the good. I felt our waiter was very good and that is probably why I did not become very expressive about how annoyed I was. I wish I remembered his name. It was the salt and pepper wings, the short ribs combo, and my food was very salty. Especially the potatos is what Im referring to being salty. The cook nor the manager came out and expressed their apologies and usually thats what they do when they dont have items on the menu they dont jave Iwas so annoyed and we spent nearly 200.00 I wish everything about the experience was a good one because I am local resident and the reviews were great. I hope this review helps this location pay more attention to detail and improve . Ill give it another try because I find the menu really good and its by my house so I hope this is just one bad experience and not a normal occurence.

So needless to say utmost customer satisfaction and professionalism is built into these ratings. Ok, I will let you be the judge here. I and my wife drove to Chason on 8/25/2020 and reached there by 7:50pm. I was told by the server that restaurant is closed so my wife who picked this restaurant asked what time do they closes as she couldn’t see it on the internet. So I checked and was approached by bartender lady who was seemingly rude in her tone, told its on the door. I was like we picked this restaurant from the internet where it’s not mentioned. She goes: well then you can take a picture. I have to sadly update my review of chasons.I was here one week ago and ordered the shrimp cocktail. It came out warm because it was under heat lamps to long. The pasta was clumpy. The service was horrible. I thought maybe it was a off night so I went back today. Oh my goodness... Ok, first off the good, the breakfast was good, to much garlic on the potatoes but whatever the rest was good. Ordered 2 shrimp cocktail. She brought only one. Forgot the cocktail sauce. Ordered calamari and she brought it pretty fast. However. Now for the bad. Asked for refill of ice tea, she forgot. Asked for the other shrimp cocktail she said I would have to wait because she didnt put in the second order and a big party just ordered. I said can I have my refill of ice tea please she said yes and then forgot again. Asked for blue cheese for the wings a she forgot. Finally we decided to just put the stuff all to go. She took the food to box up and forgot about us. Finally a very nice lady with braids came to it table and helped out. She was amazing. Thankfully for her we got what we needed after over an hour!! There was only five tables being used, this waitress was rude and slow. She came over at the end and said sorry they just threw me into the deep end and I dont know what I am doing. In my opinion they should hire people that want to work and know what they are doing!!

Our experience was very disappointing. The service was ok initially but the gentleman disappeared and never came back to check on us. I guess I thought it was a more classy establishment looking at the pricing online. The atmosphere was the equivalent of Sizler or Perppermil. They do not have seafood on their kids menu, but I was told they have fish sticks for kids..so I ordered my 7 yr old a bowl of gumbo that was dry enough to be a saucy jambalaya. I really like the seafood here as it is very flavorful. My favorite flavor, by far, here os the Fusion/mild because its sweet, savory/salty, and a nice sizzle of heat to dance on your taste buds for the rest of the night, not in a bad way but in a way where the heat and flavors will leave you wanting more. My wife was frustrated and said she didnt want anything so we enjoyed my steak dinner together and the waiter assured us that the lobster and the crab wouldnt be on our ticket. I told him if it was it didnt matter were only going to pay for what we ate which was the steak dinner that we shared. This was the worst birthday date / date night that we have ever experienced. Chasons is not cheap. Im not calling it overpriced, but not cheap (no place that serves crab and shrimp ever is). The real problem, is the noise that comes from the bar area. It can get really, really loud. So loud, its disturbing for the people in the dining area. What makes it worse, the loudest one is usually the lead bartender/ supervisor. She is very engaging with the patrons at the bar. However, patrons in the dining area can at times CLEARLY hear everything shes saying. It causes you to speak louder to the person sitting right across the table. Add in the higher prices, and I gotta take a star away. If you spend $70 on dinner for two plus a mixed drink for each, you dont expect to leave because you want to get away from the noise. Ive been there three times and will go back again. I just have to be ready for it. If it was a little quieter for the folks that want a quiet meal for two, Id give Chasons a solid 4 stars.

Mediocre food, service was bad. I ordered a crab omelette breakfast. The omelette was over cooked. The eggs were scortched, I had a piece of dry toast, two orange slices and country potatoes which was the best part of my meal. The plate was not pleasing to the eye or my pallet. Not only did it take them for ever to bring my food, it was barely warm. I just watched how the majority of the customers received service and was amazed how we werent given the same level of service. #1centtip

Really great service, the place can become extremely loud, seems clean, the biggest problem i have is its never really consistent, sometimes all the sauses are on point and other times they seem a bit weak, and sometimes the seafood is a little too over cooked other times its perfect! But overall not a bad choice to grub! If anything i recommend the baked Dungeness crab!!

We had the pleasure seeing these clowns in back licking whiped cream off thier hands and looking directly at me with an attitude as they didnt care one bit. OMG! ITS SO FREAKIN GOOD! We had the Dungeness crab with garlic noodles and gumbo with Dungeness crab added it was amazing we ate everything. I am so disappointed that this was my first time, I should have come a long time ago. We will definitely be regulars. Only one thing wrong was the margarita. It wasnt very good. But still five star in my book we just wont get the margaritas LOL

Well, I would have liked to rate this higher but I cant because they didnt have over half of the items on the seafood by the pound menu I wanted. They were out of crawfish, stone crab, King crab ( both sizes) Dungeness crab (clusters and whole) and blue crab. How can a place that has crab in the name be almost completely out of crab?! I came for lunch and it took over 20 min for my order. Well, half my order. The other half took another 6. When it came, it was in a plastic bag? I didnt know you cooked clams in a plastic bag. I will have to seriously think about returning. One good thing, the serving of snow crab ( the only kind they had) was very generous. Would have been better if it was warmer though.

If you love garlic- you’re in heaven! We had snow crab legs, crawfish, and Dungeness crab- all steamed. The Dungeness was fresh. Seafood is steamed- then brought to the table in a bag containing garlic spice herb broth. We had corn and potatoes added, which is a great touch. Also had the garlic noodles- which are a must- similar to street noodles you’d find in Guangzhou. And steamed mussels as an appetizer. Which translated to $40-45/per person before tip. However, we ordered a LOT of food for our group. Finished it all- but everyone was very full.
